I usually have a positive experience here and have been coming to this beauty supply for years. Although today I brought a product back because, after one use, because I did not like it. Was told I can’t return chemicals? Never been told such a rule before…the receipt only says you can’t return “hair, wigs, cosmetics, or accessories.” If you’re going to have a policy then make sure to include it fully so that customers know… Will probably look for a beauty supply more in my area since I usually drive a bit to reach this one. Poor customer service since the least they could have done is apologize for the inconvenience.

Huge selection of products and so much to pick from!The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful.I appreciated how much product they had to choose from because me and my sisters tried Black Fox first and they werent nearly as stocked up as this place. The store is huge!The aisles are pretty wide too,so while browsing,you dont have to worry about squeezing passed other guests.

This is one of the worst businesses I’ve been to in a while. It was nice when it first opened. They had decent customer service and a good selection, but now both have greatly declined. The workers are rude and don’t speak. Today, the cashier was at the register with a bonnet on her head watching something on her phone. She barely looked up to speak and ring me up. The selection of braid hair has declined. There are always boxes on the floor with products to be shelved. This is a low budget store with low class workers. I’ll go else where or better yet online so I can avoid dealing with this.

This place is very unprofessional and un-polite 100%!!!!!!!!I went last week to get a couple of things and while I was shopping the cashier SHOUTED at a customer saying “You have a tail back there”. Later on the cashier LOUDLY spoke about the lady and was laughing at the fact that the feminine product she was using was showing through her clothing. Then the cashier begins to laugh with another gentlemen who works there and continues to replay the video footage in front of customers. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TAUNTED, DISRESPECTED and publicly humiliated. There’s other beauty supply stores that have more compassionate employees. I highly suggest going anywhere else. Also, I was almost charged 20$ for a NAIL FILE until I said something about the total and then the price was changed.

Walked in the door greeted by 2 EMPLOYEES yelling, hollering and laughing at the top of their lungs. I thought I was on the Eastside at a bar or something. They almost ran me over joking with each other and never did they EVER acknowledge I was even there let alone apologize.I saw 6 employees and not once did either of them say a word to me, any other customer or ask to assist in any way and that includes the girl who checked me out as she had her ear buds in and was on the phone the whole time I was there.She couldnt even tell me my total... she whispered it to me not to disturb her conversation. When I ask about the mask behind the counter she pointed at the package which you could not see through and never offered to show me anything as if I was disturbing her.Good Gospel music playing in the back ground but no presence in the atmosphere.I pray the owner will correct this establishment and bring the correct customer service, employee standards as well as presence up for all customers patronizing this establishment.I was truly sadden visiting this establishment.I did find everything I needed and as far as supply goes it was well stocked with a wide variety of just about everything. If you know the owner let them know they can do better.

This is the most fun place to shop for beauty supplies be it hair or chemicals. The staff is very helpful and professional.. But, its the customers that make it a fun place also, kindof like going into a Walmart you can never be surprise by what you see. 😂😂😂😂😂

I really loved this place, went there a few times never had a problem until a few days ago I went with my daughters and one of the employees yelled out yall better not better not be stealin or putting anything in your backpack (then said Im just kidding), at first didnt know who they were talking too, then another employee said hello or hi I didnt know they were talking to me then said something in Spanish then told what you dont speak English, I told her I didnt know you were talking to me, I will never go back, never have I felt so racially profiled. They lost my business I really hope they treat people better here and corporate see this and gives a talking to. I will tell my friends and other associates about how my family and I were treated.

THEE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDSThe level of unprofessionalism that occurs here nights and weekends is unheard of. Ive encountered it here at the Kenwick location quite a few times and reluctantly ignored it. Loud talking and laughing always near the very entrance of the business, inappropriate topics, Yelling across the store, providing false information and making up policy rules at their discretion. More people are there that do not work there just to socialize. It can be compared to walking into a poorly supervised high school cafeteria with misbehaving children running wild, VERY uncomfortable for a shopping experience! Improvement and staff monitoring is well overdue at this location!!!

I love this place! They have beautiful and affordable makeup, eyelashes and hair accessories wigs etc...Only thing is Every time I check out... cashiers have attitude!! Like Im interrupting her.

They have a nice selection of cosmetics, nails, extensions and wigs. They also have a good product and accessories section. I dont like the way I felt while I was there and staff did not make me feel welcomed.

The Most Massive Inventory of Female Hair Products in All Of San Antonio!

Love this place and the giant selection. They are always running specials and I have never disliked any of the wigs I have purchased. They have such a large selection I could spend all day in there. I had a small problem with a bump and the counter girl recommend a heat comb since it was real hair and now I love them both. Thanks for the help and your knowledge.

My experience at this hair store was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a woman at the register named Tasha ...she was very helpful and professional she even assisted me with finding a specific hair grease I was looking for. The women in the wig section were very helpful and the girls walking the floor were also very nice. The prices were reasonable, there is a great selection of beauty products and hair and the customer service was great. I WILL DEFINITELY SHOP HERE AGAIN and I RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT HAIR STORE ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF TOWN!

Delivery guys dasher app gave wrong route issues for my food delivery. Delivery guy explained that one of the workers lied to him about being me. That worker stole my food and lied to him. This place is shady and I’m sure they steal from their clients as well. No ethics involved in this business space.

It was 10 minutes left before they closed, I knew what I wanted before I walked in. As soon as I walked through the door a guy yelled You got 5 mins, we leaving at 8:00 on the dot today. I started to look for my items and every time someone waked in he kept yelling the count down...very annoying, I felt rushed, place wasnt organized at all, I just walked out without buying anything, definitely looked hood, Yea I wont go back there.

They always have a wonderful selection. The background music is gospel, which is rare nowadays. Its where you can go and get all your 4C hair needs and more.

Cutomer service was great, some items of stock but what do u expect. Customer traffic was pretty high but I didnt see anyone without a mask even employees.

I was like a kid in a candy store. I could have stayed all afternoon. I had never seen so many wigs.My only thought was to find a store like this close to me. There was no stone unturned. They have everything for every type of hair. It was crazy.If you go be prepared to spend some time. There was so much stuff, I know I only scratched the surface.

The store is a bit crowded but they have a good wide selection of wigs and a lot of eyelashes and huge inventory on hair products.

I wouldnt even give this 1 star but I had to, so I could leave a review. My mom who is a health worker trying to keep people safe during this pandemic and she was disrespected! The employee was very unprofessional with attitude and made this first experience not great at all.

Love this place! It is literally a hair haven. It has so many excellent high quality hair products! I could spend hours there. I think it is mainly a store for professional hairdressers though, but is open to the general public. The thing is, you really have to know what you are looking for there because you dont get much in the way of customer service.

Customer service is poor. They follow you around like your going to steal which is not right because i worked in retail before and we were told to report to our managers not catch the thieves and question them ourselves! If you have money to throw away this is a great place to go. They will NOT refund, exchange or give you store credit for the merchandise you purchased from there EVEN when its CLEARLY PRINTED on their receipt. I was told they are NOT refunding ANYTHING. There were no signs displayed anywhere advising you of this. BUYER BEWARE!

Ive bought numerous wigs/ extension/ hair pieces from USA Beauty and have always had a great experience. However this past Saturday 12/21 they made a life long customer of me (I will forsake all other wig shops in town). Previous to going to USA Beauty, I was closer to another wig shop on San Pedro, went in there was not greeted and when I asked about a product I was told they were $$$ and dismissed. I immediately left and drove across town to USA Beauty. I was greeted upon entrance and even asked if I need assistance finding merchandise, the associate helped me choose the right color and cut and I paid $ . If in doubt check out USA Beauty, more than likely they have what you need and for way less, with a great experience too. Ive never felt out of place at USA Beauty where as I have at other wig shops. They welcome people of all colors and hair types, being of mixed heritage I feel like my hair type is often dismissed. Ive never felt that way when visiting this store. Thank you.

The service here is absolute trash. What kind of wig store doesn’t let you try on the wigs? Actually let me rephrase that, what kind of wig store picks and chooses who can and can’t try on the wigs. I walked in and saw an employee helping out a customer try on one of the wigs. So naturally I assumed I would be able to do the same. I was wrong, as soon as I tried on a wig the same employee basically ran towards me and snatched it away from me saying that I wasn’t allowed to try on the wigs. How else am I suppose to decide whether or not I want to purchase it? I’m also going to add that the wigs look poorly treated and cheap. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would.

First time buying one and when I went home to try it, it was the wrong one.Spoke with angel to have some compensation or exchange performed she never called me back.
