I went into RDA to find my shampoo and conditioner, all I could fy were the large bottles, Amy showed me a combo that was on sale of my shampoo, then recommended a leave in conditioner, she was so nice and helpful thank you RDA for hiring someone like her.

Ive been going to RDA for years, with great service. Not the case this time around. In their monthly advertising, they had an item i needed and they had at 50% off regular price . I brought up to the counter, was charged regular price although they had it in store and advertised cheaper. When I asked about they say they ran out of the product on sale. What? You have it, I want it, yet I get charged regular price. Do not appreciate false advertising!!! Very disappointed.

Walked around looking at products for 15 minutes, I had to go up to the employees for information about everything. Just to be asked if I was licensed and say I cant purchase anything because Im not licensed. Terrible experience, was super excited about the products.

Cashiers are always very helpful & store is stocked well most of the time than most professional warehouses during g this pandemic.

Management at this place is horrible especially the owner of Marylin she treats her employees very badly harassing them throwing items slamming product on table to get the employees attention in front of customers. Every time I go in the store they’re different people working and they all seem to be under age. I’ve contacted the store and Left a complaint and no one called me back. The HR person Mariam is just as rude and harassing to the employees there. Speaking to them like they’re beneath her. I will never shop and support this kind of harassment again especially when Management thinks it’s OK to treat people this way. I will not support this business.

I love this place always get what I want and the young lady that always helps me and always has a smile on her face. Not sure what her name is Lauren or Lorena she speaks Spanish and always understands what I’m asking for. Great friendly stuff love this place wouldn’t change it!!!!!!

This place is no good!! the managers Jesse and Ashley were smoking marijuana in the back. Stay away from this place the prices are way to much and if you hate being treated rude and wait for things that are expired and over priced this is the place to be and you also have to have a license to shop here which is bogus in my opinion so you’re better off going to Sally’s were they have better service and prices!!!

I wanted to share that I love all these locations and your front store girls; the crubside is awesome I hope you all are giving them a rise with all this going on risking their lives for this! I appreciate how they work so hard to give us our orders dispite with what the world is going through. So for whoever is trying to buy hair color to do it at home and if your a licensed professional PLEASE order here they take extra precautions with everything where masks taking to ur trunk and still saying bye and have a nice day. I appreciate ur front store girls! Much love!

Good and helpful staff and great selection!

I never knew this place existed! Just drove by and boom found the motherload! Of course this is for hair professionals and current students hold a cosmo permit. This is the biggest RDA Ive been to, pulp riot, they have joico, matrix, kendra, loreal professional, like a tiny framar section, small eyelash section but they do have grande brow, small clipper section, definitely worth checking out!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with management, you think because you are a loyal customer that continuously purchases large amounts of products from the store for the hair salon, they treat you very unprofessionally. Just because you walk in the store and don’t meet their expectations, that shouldn’t be a reason to look down on a hairstylist and make them feel like they don’t have the money to purchase anything from the store. As professional hairdressers we know the importance of giving our best service to our clients, so they can keep coming back. I don’t think I will be buying from the same place that has poor customer service.

Worst product store. Prices are never correct and they never honor their mistakes. They failed to take a sign down for Pravana Bleach when the sale was over 5 days ago and of course would not honor the sale price. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Awful service, these people must be selling animal care products because they seem to have been raised in a barn. Their manners and etiquette reflect that. When I go to one of their competitors like Armstrong or Sally’s I get better service then what these people have to offer.
