Always well stocked and knowledgeable staff. Grateful they limit the number of people in store. Not just for social distancing but allows a better flow through the store.

Great service yvoone and Celia were great at their service talking to my wife and embracing the heat please bath and body buy them a homedepot fan so they can provide great service to their customers! They were super hot 🥵🔥 and they smiled and shared stories with new customers as they were entering safe socially distanced.

Jessica, a professional associate was very kind and genuinely funny! She came all the way around the counter just to give me the bag! Now that I’m writing it I just realized she did that because it didn’t fit through the protection glass. Lmao! She awesome anyway and made my day!

I am so sad to see how this store has declined. It seems since the management has changed the store is not the same caliber. The shelves are not stocked and it looks like it is always going out of business. When Sara and Amanda Bishop were there working as managers, employees seemed to be trained well and knew what to do. The customer came first. Now it seems as if they don’t care. Case in point, in the past I have bought decorative wallflower plugins with the guarantee of something going wrong with it, I can bring it back in and since allProducts are 100% guaranteed they have given me another decorative wallflower as replacement. Now they would only exchange it for a 4.50 one when I paid 15.00 for the other one!! I know where I won’t be shopping Black Friday because I feel this store has sorely gone downhill. Customers notice. Hopefully it will get fixed.

Just so happened to stop in to smell all of the new frangrants on display. However, this location was a bit hectic especially during Christmastime. To my surprise, the staff were pleasantly considerate and attentive to all customers as well. The best part was the event sale on all lotions and body sprays for $4.95!! Yes, I saved a bundle on gifts for my entire family! Woohoo!! All I can say is that day was a good day at Bath and Body Works! Lol! Yes I recommend this location and company.

I love this store. I wish I could get one of everything. I had to restrain myself.

I wish their mens section had a little more. I used to wear their Oak cologne but it has since been replaced by something called Mahogany Woods. It just doesnt smell the same and the prices for Oak on ebay are a bit crazy. So I came to check out what else they offer for men...and it isnt much. But the place is clean and the staff appeared to be helpful to the people that needed them.

(It didnt expire til (09/30/2018) I literally was so excited about going and getting this amazing deal just to get turned down! Not cool because if the coupon said its an in-store coupon why not acknowledge it??? I lost out on the deal because I came to this store I will never go back!! I am upset, I did not get to enjoy the coupon & online if you try and buy the handsoaps they over charge for S&H! I wasted gas money to go over there 👿 YOU SHOULD HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THE COUPON BATH & BODY WORKS!!!!

The regional supervisor should be ashamed to oversee this store. Emoloyes were lazy leaning on the counter popping up when the saw someone come in though it is unclear why as their elbows immediatly returned to the counter. Very poorly stocked, the outlet store in san marcos holds its own with the popular mall locations. To see a b&b looking like a store thats going out of business on the cusp of what should be their largest profit period it is just sad. I wilk leave you with this the lack of merchandise shows how discustingly filthy the place is. The entire store needs a scrub down with a bleach based cleaner some fresh white paint on counters and displays, have you heard of a mop? And lastly you couldnt pay me to try hand soaps at the (grey) test sink. The employees are lain rude and lazy but make no mistake store supervisor this reflects back directly on you, does home office in ohio know what they are paying you for.

The staff are okay...constantly following and pestering you. The manager, Sasha, is RUDE! If you have a issue, she becomes VILE! The inventory is always low and they don’t carry a lot of the items available at the location at mall and 281 north. I won’t be returning to this location.
