Well, it was my first time coming here to shop.Well I Love it the prices very very good.the girl very sweet n very nices personality.And and they explain to you each and every product and things that you buy I really loved it liked it more than Sallys store. Im sticking to this girl from now on for my supplies I do recommend you ladies to go and see all the nice things they have for coloring hair all types of nails even press on nails that are very pretty and design already. And very pretty costumes that they tell you if its so right for your skin as well. Even for extensions of prices are very good and the wigs prices are very good as well I love your store and I will continue or hope your like it go and check this or out where hope you all like it God bless you.

I asked for a simple picture to see if the product they had is what I was looking for, so I wouldnt have to drive 45 mins only to find it was not what I wanted. They couldnt send one little picture, made up some excuse like I dont feel comfortable using my personal phone. Well send the picture and block my number. Way to treat a cancer survivor that is trying to look preventable for an award ceremony. Your customer service sucks!!!

The gentlemen at the counter the afternoon of Wednesday june 24th is so polite. The Staff here are wearing masks properly and the entire time, customers are required to wear masks as well. There was sooo much stuff here! Its a smaller space but they had soemthing for everybody in the hair industry. All lengths and colors of wigs, all kinds of natural and fashion hair to add in reasonable prices. Fashion jewelry and nail stuff, make up for days and eye lashes every where styling products and salon products.

The staff there was amazing from the moment i walked in. The young man that greeted me was so so helpful and so was Steph! Some of the best customer service I have received in an establishment in so so long! Literally everyone working there was really nice and answered every question i had. Their prices are on point too! Purchased the Kiara Sky portable nail drill for a discounted price that you won’t even get on the actual website so i Highly recommend checking out this place! I’ll definitely be a regular from here on out.

Shine beauty is the place to go ! The girls were very friendly ! And very helpful .. I forgot her name again but she was so kind and patient with me ! I want to say her name was brianna or ariana very sweet girl !

Thank God for a place on the Southside!!! I DONT have to drive all the way to the east side or northeast side of town. The location of the store is nice. The owner is ALWAYS smiling, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff is also friendly and helpful. The store is bigger now!!! Its ALWAYS clean and organized. The prices are AMAZING too! Other chains and stores have outrageous prices! And FINALLY it has the BEST quality of hair and makeup products. A friend from the north side visited this area and needed jewelry for prom. I recommended SHINE BEAUTY!!! They were IMPRESSED by the quality and prices of the merchandise. I would recommend SHINE BEAUTY to anyone and everyone!!!

Wonderful customer service, love their rewards card, I’m almost done with mine . They have a good selection of stuff, I always go for my nail supplies but I’ve bought makeup here as well and it was great. Not too expensive either, everything is super affordable, I wish I had a location near my home but for a couple months now I’ve been driving 30 min just to have their quality products, prices & kindness.
