This business has horrible customer service skills I was absolutely rushed out of the store before I could even look at merchandise due to arriving 10 minutes before the store closing. I will never shop here again extremely poor customer service. This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered as I am a traveling registered nurse and this is how we are treated. I would not recommend this store to any of my friends or colleagues.

Arrived at 545 pm, 15 minutes before closing time, however I was pressured and rushed out by an employee. Ill never return, poor customer service! All I wanted to do was repurchase another item, however I felt very uncomfortable and just left the store due to the wig sales person that had no regards for the the owners or daily sales.

Great place to get hair products. Easy access off of Walzem rd. Workers are very knowledgeable about their products.

Store will accuse you of stealing if you dont buy anything they chased me to the door and held me there until I opened my purse and once he saw I was innocent I still didnt get an apology... They are for the black dollar not the black people though

Love this hair store.t hey always have great deals and a good variety of hair. And the staff is like my second family. I think they know my hair styles better than me .

The manager Nadine is very friendly courtesy kind helpful & sweet always going above and beyond her call of duty. She gives good advice when helping patrons making a selection never mind your color or race

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! I bought an item and tried to exchange it for the correct color the next day and the owner refused to exchange it. So just know if you go in there, make sure you buy the correct things. Their outrageous policy won’t allow you to exchange or return it. A store full of idiots.

I came here for the first time 2 weeks ago. Even though the store had a good variety of hair type & texture in the all-in-one category, they were lacking in color selection ( I like cinnamon to honey blonde, but not the multi ombre look ). They arent overloaded with product like Daisys. The woman on the floor was very helpful, friendly, & approachable. I was the only one in the store for awhile & I was looking around for a long time just because I was indecisive. I didnt feel like I was overstaying my visit. The price points were reasonable. I liked that they carried the Model Model line of hair ( the all-in-one in the pink box, AWESOME! ). I only found that in Austin. I will be going back. In fact for the Northeast side I would choose here over Dailys or Daisys ( Ive been going to those exclusively for about 4 years ).
