The first time we went to Verizon and Josh Ching helped us we were so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and kind demeanor we decided he would be the only customer rep we will work with. Even when we go in for something we dont understand on the phone we get the proper answer and we leave laughing every time. I went by to pay my bill and transfer my phone svc and the guy made me stand in line while he helped the wonan behind me. Hers was an easy fix and tjat he was making an exception for me. Some exception! I will rethink transferring my svc if this is the kind of customer svc I can expect.

This store deserves zero stars, Me and my wife walked in and Bryan was our sales rep and advised us that we can buy one phone and the other will be free as well as it was stated and displayed on there advertisement next to the phones on the wall. Well that was completely false and a big lie, We requested to talk to the manager Shane he came over and lied to us as well if you buy one phone you will get the second one for free. The correct deal is if you buy one the other phone will be $700 off. False advertisement at its best. This store trains their employees to be crooked and try to trick people.

I seriously wish I could give -5! I was here a week ago and I am so mad! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! I usually go to Natomas Verizon and it’s fine, but this time I had to come here because they had the phone in stack that I needed. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who was “helping” us. I was extremely disappointed. Very disrespectful and lazy people. I don’t know what they are getting paid for there.

I was helped by Trejo Jackson. HE WAS BEYOND AWESOME!!! I was really very scared to come in today and switch from Sprint, which I’ve has for 15 years, over to Verizon. But Sprints coverage was not working at my home anymore.Trejon was so considerate of my lack of technical knowledge, answered all of my questions fully. He has an excellent rapport with people....me, that is. He made me very happy that I finally decided to come in today.You need to give him a big bonus and pay raise for the way he does his job. Verizon is the worst phone company in existence!!! First off I paid them $80 to start an unlimited plan because I felt that their 4G service was the best around. I decided to go with the prepaid account which was a mistake. They couldnt refund me the money after they activated my own phone that was open to every carrier and it couldnt get 4G service after I paid for it the service and the cashier said that my phone might work but we should try it anyways.

I went to this location to pay my bill, which I mentioned as soon as I was approached. There was 1 other customer who appeared to be waiting and 4 salespeople standing around. I was directed to use the kiosk. I went over to it, but there werent any directions on how to use it. I went back to the group of salespeople.( Im 61 yrs old and not very tech knowledgeable) and a man, who appeared to be either the manager or senior salesperson, asked the group who wanted to help me. They all looked at each other, then he directed a young woman to help me. It took her 45 seconds to process my payment. She didnt smile or make eye contact, even as I was leaving. I will NEVER go to that Verizon location again!

I have found if I call ahead and make an appointment, the wait is shorter (much like the DMV).If not, wait time can be long at times. Ive had great service & poor service.The one thing I dislike (in any store) is salespeople that watch the door and are already thinking about their next customer. I always try and set it up so the sales persons back is to the store and door.

Too bad but Verizon has gotten so big they are no longer a service company. They are a retail sales store. Whether you need a part like a new Otter Box for my Note 8 which they didnt have or trying to figure out the iPad being full of data and no one that could tell me how to delete movies off of my videos feed. The response was buy a new iPad that could have more GB to download more movies. Also to buy a new android Note 10. We are almost 70 and just cant learn another phone. Besildes seniors are on fixed incomes. Very disappointed.

The people who work here have no sense of time, I waited over an hour in an almost empty store for a problem that was solved in less than ten minutes. Told the guy I was having issues with my mic, speakers, making calls and my camera was no longer working properly, which at that point i said that I just wanted a replacement and yet he assumed I was asking for an upgrade. Resulting in a situation that ended up taking me 15 minutes to correct and finally after about 30 minutes of explaining(again) what was wrong and what I wanted, they eventually ordered me a replacement phone. Sadly, The service at this store is poor. I prefer the Natomas Verizon over this one any day.

Im seeing a pattern in many of the other reviews... They will lie to you.If you know what phone you want and you know your plan and the options inside and out go here, otherwise steer clear as I was lied to by 3 different sales reps on 3 different occasions, and in each case I asked them point blank if they were sure about what they were telling me, and each time they lied to my face.My dad also went here to get his service adjusted and they lied to him too (resulting in him losing his unlimited data and being charged an extra $10 a month when they straight up told him neither would happen). Was lied into adding a free service that ended up being billed for an extra $15 a month, was lied to about the specs and payment terms on a new phone, and when they offered to set up my autopay for me they intentionally set the autopay up 3 days AFTER the bill due date and I went about 4 months getting dinged with $5 late fees which they refused to refund.

Absolutely terrible experience. Not only will we NEVER go back to this store (1900 Douglas Blvd), but I will ensure none of my family or friends even consider it. After my recent experience at this store, and then my nightmarish experience trying to get customer service on the phone, there are very few ways in which Verizon will be able to retain me as a customer.The staff (Miguel Ayson) who helped us upgrade phones blatantly lied to us to get our business. After telling him our objective (not to increase our monthly bill), he claimed to lay out exactly what our bill would be. He said itd increase $15, but that it would be cheaper over 2 years than we were paying. He had also told us, during check-out, that we would still have a credit of over $100 from our two trade-ins. He failed to mention anything about a new, regular monthly charge for the tablet that we purchased with some of our trade-in money (mind you, he still said wed have a credit on our account at that point). We had received our first bill and it ended up being $25 more, and on top of that, we had NO CREDIT!In attempts to find out where the credit we were told wed have was, I spent 4 hours bouncing from technician to technician, repeating my entire story. I was disconnected once, transferred to the wrong store, and forced to call back and wait for over 45 minutes multiple times. All of that headache, only to be told that it appeared the technician, Miguel Ayson, lied to us about having a credit.When we got our first bill and saw the increased cost due to the tablet, my wife called. Twice she was told the issue was raised to management and we could expect a call back. The last time, the call center employee seemed very helpful and stated he sent an email to three of the 1900 Douglas Blvd. store managers; he suggested if we didnt hear anything within 2 days, that she go to the store in person. She did, and waited over 45 minutes before being helped. After all was said and done, we were able to return the tablet, but still had to pay a re-stocking fee. Were anxiously awaiting confirmation that the tablet (which apparently required a phone number) will rack us a early termination fee that we get to deal with the terrible Verizon customer service on.Seriously, if youre considering going to this specific store, or even joining Verizon, STOP! Go somewhere else!

Promised a deal, came back next day and I was told Verizon never had that deal...Verizon service became horrible over years. In my location a had full bars 5 years ago and now I get tons of dropped calls and the 4G is very slow. Too much buffering always. SERVICE DOES NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAY.Ive been with Verizon for 10 years and now they took all benefits away. Cant upgrade your phone, took my discounts away and service is poor.The way they fix your phone is by offering to do hard reset and its not fun to go through your setings after hard reset.
