Went to this location to return a modem after cancelling my service, they had me check in and wait 30+ minutes just to be seen to return to them their equipment, as soon as cancelation was the assumed reason all care, customer service, and urgency disappeared completely. This only affirms I made the correct choice in changing service providers.

Waited about 15 min or so. Had problems with my equipment. Store manager handled my issue with ease. If I knew it was going 2 be that easy I wouldnt of waited so long to go in. Clean inside & social distancing in place.
People in the store are nice and willing to help. I had a tricky problem transferring out of Xfinity service. They contacted their call center multiple times and finally resolved it.I don’t like the Xfinity customer service hotline, though, you cannot find a person to talk to during the weekend and that’s why I had to visit a store. I also had problems receiving electronic statements in my account or via email. My account setting has been in error for years and I cannot fix it. That forced me to transfer out despite of the nice store representatives.
It’s sad that this is the best cable and internet provider. Miss information and time line for repairs, 24-30 minutes turns out 4 hours. On hold 1 hour. A system that once’s to sent you information by your internet is down. You can never talk with a live person!! Probably no way to improve when you don’t care! 😝

This is the only store in the Sacramento area I will go to. Ive tried the stores in folsom and cities heights. I have had such a poor and inconsistent experience from the others. But this store, man they get it with customer service. Last visit I came to see if they would swap out my cell phone for another. In the end they couldnt and I fully accept the reason why. I owed a little to much to make it an easy switch. But I did leave with faster home internet and a smaller bill. He made sure I was leaving satisfied. And I surely am
I came to exchange my Xfinity modem for a newer model so cant speak for the sales portion of the store.It was also during the pandemic limited store operations time when I had to come for the exchange. The store was set up to only allow a certain number of guests in at a time and only by appointment. I arrived too early for my appointment according to the online scheduling app, but the staff was able to let me in and got me on my way very fast.The store was nicely laid out without too much crowding of displays or shelves. Although I didnt browse the store, there looked to be many nicely displayed cell phones in several kiosks.
Deactivated my account when I went to pick up my router. Customer service to turn it back on was the worst. Comcast: great when it works. Horrible when it doesnt.
My customer service was extremely bad. I went in to find out why my bill just increased by $20 dollars. The young man speaking with me told me he felt like he was speaking with a wall. He didnt even try to be helpful and was extremely sarcastic with me the entire time.I told him that I guess I will bring in my equipment and he said no problem.Terrible customer service.

Latrinka is the person you want at the Roseville location because she got me in and out of the building in 20 minutes! My account information was correct, my Comcast box was correct, I had all the correct power cords that I needed. I was very happy with her service and told her I would come back in person for her help (if I needed it) because she was great! (unlike Comcast phone service).Ask for Latrinka!

Excellent customer service in this store!! I just went into this store to ask about my bill because it was really messed up. I was furious the whole way to the store! I know that the staff had nothing to do with the problem on my account so I really tried to keep my cool. When the person greeted me at the door, Alberto was his name I believe, he took me over to a desk and started helping me out. Without even saying anything to him, he immediately saw the problem that I was so mad about. He asked his manager to come over and look at it. The two of them figured out the problem very quickly and in the end they upgraded my plan giving me an even better deal! Thank you guys so much! I didnt even have to say much, which was good because I was really mad. They found and fixed the problem without me having to say much! They are awesome, I went from being so mad, to very grateful and happy! If it wasnt for social distancing and stuff I would have given them both a hug! Thanks again guys! You made my day!

I have had to replace my remote 3 times in one year. Waiting for 3day shipment once, twice having to drive across town in a pandemic to replace. This is after at least an hour on the phone trying to troubleshoot before having to replace. I find out from the customer service that even though this has happened to me 3x that they were giving me REFURBISHED remotes, leading to constant breaking and interruptions in watching TV. I’ve had to call twice to reboot cable box due to losing connection. Not to mention when they initially installed the cable they drilled through my entire houses electrical and I was stuck having to call an electrician myself, cut a brand new houses wall open, patch the electrical and then call an additional dry wall replacement and repaint all to fix their issue. They credited the bill for services but it wasted two full days dealing with their ineptitude. I cannot wait until my contract is up. I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent company that has zero regard for their customers time and annoyance to constantly deal with broken equipment.

Went in to the store today and this lady came out and took me and my wife in and told us to go straight to her desk where she will help us. Asked her that I am interested in adding another line and want to get more information about the new iPhone 12. She did not smile the whole interaction and wanted us to tell her if we touch anything to let her know because she needs to wipe everything. I felt uncomfortable that someone was watching over us with a towel and a spray bottle. I am aware of the safety but I just did not feel welcomed. She wanted to run my application right away without asking me any question about which device I wanted. Left the store due to feeling uncomfortable and ordered the phone online.

Loved the gentleman that helped us and I have been a Comcast customer for many years. One huge complaint though. Got a new cable box which is great BUT. The remote control is awful. The arrow buttons are these tiny little v shapes. Very hard to push. Had thumb surgery and cannot even use in my left hand. Please bring back the buttons and let me know when you do. Thank you
Let me tell you know I will never go to this location ever again. Unprofessional and Unknowledgeable. Be careful how you deal with them when obtaining help. Was given bad information. Spent 5 hours and no resolution. Horrible!!! Contact customer care and received better help!!
Staff is short and not helpful at all. Went there twice with to different people to ask about plans and adding mobile phone service. You would think they would try to sell you thing. They seemed happy not helping or trying at all. Both times I asked about mobile phones and was ignored.

Get an appointment online or youll be in for a wait. We just had to wait for one of the team members to finish with their client and got helped right away. There was probably another 10+ people waiting.Also they said if you go later in the afternoon its not has busy.
My wife and I went to look for a new phone for her. We were told that only one of us would be allowed in the store at a time. We would have waited to come in because of occupancy reasons, but we want to make this decision together. Ridiculous policy.

I have had xfinity for 3 years and I have had xfinity mobile for 2 years. I had 1 unlimited phone line for $45 monthly and second phone line free as long as I didn’t go over 100mb a month. With out letting me know they changed my plan from free to $12 a month. When I contacted xfinity they blocked my mobile account. I have tried contacting xfinity many times even going into the store. They told me I had to call tech support to access my account. It has been 8 months I just got back into my account. Now they told me they no longer offer the free plan. I have tried to talk to a supervisor and they keep transferring me to a different department. I have now been in contact with the fcc and now they still wont fix my account.

The modem was defective, I forgot to have a mask with me. I was greeted at the door, put the modem and cords on the provided cart, was given a mask, went to the store and was given the replacement modem and a receipt. So professional, quick and easy!
Much better than the old store on Douglas. Immediately greeted and helped when I walked in the door. The old store line was 30 to 40 min sometimes before anyone would even acknowledge that you were there. Much better job Comcast!
I went to return equipment & save a little $ on my monthly bill. The staff was very friendly and even helped save me even more money be renewing my service for additional twelve month term. It took a few minutes but was worth it.
I cannot say enough about the pleasures of my dealings with Xfinity. From the gentleman I spoke to on the phone (Chris I believe was his name) setting up my order to the beautiful location to pickup my equipment (the store at The Fountains in Roseville, CA. Just a beautiful store) The employees were friendly. Just an absolute great experience. Im a former wireless store sales representative and store manager with about 10 years in a retail store and Xfinity does it above and beyond anything Ive seen. Their merchandising (although a Apple product heavy and Im not a big Apple fan but iPads are cool) was great. Their displays were interactive and on the point. Even with people ahead of me the wait time was minimal, not bad at all. Plus nice seating areas were you can watch their TV service. Would I recommend Xfinity? ABSOLUTELY!
So sorry to have to cancel my acct, but they dont come out to Lincoln.

They were accusing me of renting their equipment when I bought my own modems and routers. Do not do business here! Take my and millions of customs nationwide word for it! In addition they xfinity has been sued for this issue countless times.
My remote broke at home and I needed a new one, I didnt even have to go in the store, the employee at the door just exchanged remotes right there, easy peasy.

I know some people may be thinking that this is kind of an odd place to choose to review. I do work in a service industry so like to point out when I see great service and when I see service falling short. I had to come here 3 times within a short time period, due to networking issues, and each time I walked in, I was promptly acknowledged and advised if there was to be a wait. This location is well staffed and comfortable in an Apple kind of way. I didn’t have to explain my situation much as each person I encountered seemed to know their products and services well enough to quickly ascertain what was needed to assist me. I really thought they went beyond what was just required and really gave impressive service.

Well, we finally did it.. We left Sprint after being loyal for years. Loyal customers to Sprint raising fees, rude customer service, changing grandfathered account to never ending contracts and just plain BS..Xfinity Mobile added to our TV and Internet has saved us hundreds by switching. Couldnt be happier. The store customer service was full of welcoming smiles along with knowledge. Thank you Xfinity/Comcast. ❤

Excellent customer service rendered by Mason! Xfinity has $12 per 1GB data fee. If youre most of the time at home and youve got wifi, this is an option to save money monthly! God bless!

Scott - relatively new employee - what a great guy! He was friendly, professional, thorough, and diligent in finding me a great deal!This shop space is an improvement over their store on Douglas. Its larger and feels a tiny bit like an Apple store, only more user-friendly. Parking is a bit of a challenge since The Fountains is such a busy center, but its doable.
In less than a week, I received emails stating that I had bought two iPhone 11 from this store. I did not. Someone is using a fake ID to buy these phones. It makes you wonder how secure your information at these XFinity stores really is.

Typical Comcast initiative. Impossible to call a retail store to get an answer. Impossible know if you can pay a bill there. I wish they had better customer service other than remote call or answering machine

Xfinity lies about its service. At&T offers faster speeds and unlimited data for less money. Xfinity limits how much data you can actually use.
After being customer for 15 + years. I call it quit as they dont appreciate loyalty. They have better service for new customers then keeping loyal customer.
Typical sales experience. Cant get a definitive answer. The facility is nice, but their check in/queue process needs a bit of work. They only use 1st names, which allowed for someone who just walked in to go before those of us who had been waiting.
Comcast service in Roseville is terrible. I have to call them all the time because the internet speeds drop off and the cable goes out regularly. They also charge more than anybody else for their lousy service.The local reps try to trick you when they come over for repairs and some jump on your network. Cant wait until my contract runs out.
They do what they need to. Effective as much. Wait for contract to be up and them to price gauge you then you switch, then all of a sudden there are deals. But, they all run the same way. Youre not really missing anything by being self motivated here.

If you make an appointment you get right in. I made my appt 8 am online for 10:30 that day. Didnt get the name of who helped me. But she was awesome. I had equipment to return. Was taken from me and got a receipt right away. Then waited moments to talk to someone.

Great store looks a lot like Verizon locations but lower prices and better unlimited plans and hotspots also xfinity wifi is amazing also great customer service with is something I never thought I would say about a cable comcast company.
Just signed up for internet and TV over the phone. Was able to speak with a customer service representative right away and the set up took 10 minutes. Thomas helped me and was honest and professional. I recommend!

11/17/18 roseville store ordered a new replacement phone through warranty and the roseville rep said I would get it in the mail in a couple of days. 12/8/18 I still dont have it and the rep does not return my calls or texts to let me know the status or why I never received the new replacement phone. The store location does not have a main phone number so I cannot call and talk to someone there. I am going to have to go into the store AGAIN and wait in line to be able to talk to someone to find out what is going on. Already took over 2 hours on 11/17 for this issue.
Consistently poor service, incrementally increasing rates for service over time, no customer service of any suitable quality.
Quick upgrade help and corrected my account issues.
Sent me away and had me call a customer service number that put me on eternal hold with a message recurring that talked about how high the customer service is rated. I am closing all of my accounts after 27 years.
