I have been here twice. First time I went for a cracked screen around the time the pandemic started and the nice gentleman, Rich, fixed it while I waited. He charged me the same price that it said Samsung would charge but I didnt have to deal with sending my phone out in the mail and waiting a week to get it back. He even helped me put on my new case I bought which was nice.Second time, I had to go here a few days ago when my screen went black from being dropped. Dashon was the friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who helped me and he did a great job. I have a phone thats not super popular so he had to order the screen because all he had was a tester screen for it, and he was nice enough to put on the tester screen for me so I could use my phone until the following day when the actual screen came in which he could install, which didnt take long at all. I think their prices are fair and they do a great job here. Hopefully I dont have to ever go back but if I ever have an issue with my phone Ill definitely come back here!

Fix it now! Really fixed it fast and I am happy. I dont have to put my phone on speaker anymore to hear. 30 minutes and I was out of there with a very reasonable fee.

This shop is terrific. They are knowledgeable and very customer oriented...particularly Rich. He swapped out a battery for me and the price was very competitive. He beat his own time estimate to do the repair on a busy Saturday. Then I needed an iPhone screen replacement on a 7Plus but had to be out and to a meeting in 45 minutes. Rich made it happen and the end product looks better than the original Apple screen!

Honestly didn’t think my phone could be repaired. It fell off the roof of my car and was able to find it with the tracking feature from my other device. I brought it here thinking they would say I need a new one but the guys here assured me that it could be fixed for a reasonable price way better than buying a new phone. They gave me a time estimate and even called my brother who was with me when it was done. Smooth easy transaction and all done in the same day. So I brought in my iphone 11 pro max to this location and was helped by a gentleman named simon. Simon was VERY knowledgeable about not just apple but most electronics. He didnt have the part in stock he said he would be able to get the part a little after 3 pm and it would be fixed the same day so I left my phone with him. Sure enough I get a call back a little after 3 pm like he said and told me it was all set. Simon you are the man thank you for saving my phone I will recommend my family and friends to your store 100% thank you for the same day service and professional quality work!!!

Had a few of my friends come to this place highly recommend it I had a completely shattered iPhone 7 to the point where I couldnt see or use the touch on my phone.... I honestly didnt think it was fixable until I walked in to the store and talk to Al they told me it would only take a half an hour? I was shocked... This place is great. I wish I could take a picture of the phone I’m posting this from, but the fact i’m able to type a review without getting glass in my fingers is testimony to the good work he does here. Would highly recommend. The store is small and there is just enough space to wait while he works. It is a little noisy but a working phone is a great thing!

I took my Android in to have the screen repaired, the guy who worked there was very nice, but it took forever to get my phone back. First he had to order the screen, then he called to say I needed a new charging port (which I never had a problem with before) and that the volume up and down buttons were damaged (my fault). Thats when it took the longest. After spending $165 (was $190 but he knocked off $25 since I had to wait so long), I have had nothing but problems with it. It takes FOREVER to charge, then the battery drains really fast. Had I known what I know now, I would have just bought a new one.

A co-worker recommended this business to me to get my phone fixed. I took my Htc one M8 in for the charger port to be fixed. It was way cheaper than paying for the handset deductible. The man that worked there, I didnt get his name but he was very professional, the procedure took less than two hours. Im very happy with the work and now my phone charges and no loose charging port. The man that fixed my phone, he even tested the charging port in front of me, he wiggled the cord, shook the phone and verified to me that the issue was fixed.
