This is the brain of all the Salon Services across the USA. They have the most beautiful retail show floor with the full line of most every wonderful brand from hair to skincare. Go find the free coffee and tea upstairs. I enjoy the classrooms and education here very much! I am greatful to have such a wonderful community to network with other estheticians and beauty industry professionals.

I went there for a training and it was very nice, the building was clean and very easy to navigate. The four stars is for the parking! I got there at about 9:30 and there was almost no where to park. Luckily, I found a place but please make sure you come early to your class/pickup delivery since parking can be scarce.

The women that work here are not nice. They judge you pretty hard. Never smile. Never put prices on anything and get ingored when you cant find the price in the price book and they have to get off there phone to look it up for you.***Go to cosmoprof or salon centric. Much better places then here. The only thing that is great the that it is a pretty atmosphere.

Good products, but the staff can be very snotty. They are not friendly or helpful and when asked a question usually seem put out or irritated. There are 2 particular young ladies mostly giving this vibe... I only have this issue at the Lakewood location. Im about to start shopping exclusively in Renton.
