I have been coming to this location for 10 years. However, the quality of the customer service at this location has been rapidly hitting rock bottom. The pharmacist will wait 3 weeks without updating the customer of prescription delays. In the past they would at least send some type of update but no they dont care here. I refuse to leave my health up to pharmacist with no care. I was trying to be loyal overlooking the broken windows, low inventory, but I draw the line with treating my medication as the least important thing as a PHARMACIST. I will no longer come to this trash location.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They kept me on hold for an hour and 10 minutes. They could not find a supervisor or a manager. They left my medication and did not fill it for two days. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend this place to anyone

Ive been waiting for my prescription for 9 days. Ive tried calling to get to the bottom of this, but as soon as the phone starts to ring again, they just put me back on hold.Avoid at all costs if you need your prescriptions in a timely manner.

The ppl are nice but its so nasty the floor looks like its never been clean there piles of garbage in all corners and the check out counter 🤢

I have a 10am appointment at the Renton store, and the are closed. No sign in the window, just closed. Nice of them to call to cancel.

Able to get what I needed in short order

I’ve always had quick service here for prescriptions. Call in ahead of time to check your prescription status. Pharmacist is very responsive and is helpful in filling your prescription if you let them know you are going to pick up.

I took my cousin for a covid shot Thursday August 12th, we previously made an appointment we went to the pharmacy and Lady who works there told us she ran out of vaccines and ask to comeback the next day, one think we notice that lady give the last vaccine to different person with out appointment we went Friday 13th to get it and the personal of the pharmacy said their system show he got the vaccine the day before and they cant give it to him because he has to wait 4 week for the next one but he never got the fist one what a unprofessional staff from wallgreens I dont recommend to get anything from this place pharmacy personal is very unreasonable and not responsible awful service.

Noticed a customer wasn’t wearing a mask and no one cared to say anything because two employees were also unmasked. Didn’t feel safe at all. It’s unfortunate to see this level of carelessness.

Always open when i need them .. Not fond of some arore policies but its a nice 2nd choice for good pharmaceutical help

Its very clean and neat and it had the item I was looking for. The prices seem a little high and you have to pay attention to the terms on sale items, but its a pleasant place to shop in this day and age.

I went there because it is down the street from where I live. The sales people were nice. It is a little bit expensive. They only post their prices if you have a loyalty card. For example, a cosmetics brush is posted at $1.29 but without the card it is $2. If you shop there, get the loyalty card.

Bad customer service

The employees are friendly n courteous. I have just recently started going there. I think that it should be focused on the quality of service in the store. Not the out side of the store. They do their best to keep it clean. People should be more responsible and place their trash in the trash cans provided.

Im a snow bird with my wife of 46 years.We travel extensively but alway use Walgreens pharmacy for our monthly prescription needs. I wound up at this Walgreens for my latest prescription. The pharmacist was unpleasant, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was a nobody.The store is run down, dirty and approaching a state of disrepair.I will not return to this store!

Staff fine.Watch OUT!!!!!!!NeilMed Wound Wash 7.49 at store, 4.29 for same stuff their online website.Walmart prices are 4.22 online and at their stores.Either buy WALGREENS online and avoid store or go to WALMART.Check your prices online first.$3.00 difference adds up, so buyer beware big time!!!!!

Does danger EXCITE you?The area this Walgreens is in is absolutely terrifying and I would not recommend coming here on foot or even alone. Or past sundown...I can’t say it enough, it is a bad neighborhood.The overwhelming feeling of looming death aside, the staff here is actually really great. Things are always stocked and they do try their best to make it a pleasant experience which I really appreciate.Get in and out quickly and you’ll be good.

Staff is friendly and helpful

It closes at 10 so that employees can chill and lock the doors. Even when the sign on the door clearly says they close at midnight. I am just irritated because I googled it came out of my way to come here this late only to find out they were closed at 10:15. The gate was only half way closed and I could see the employees just talking and not doing anything. Which made me feel like they just closed so they didn’t have to do anything. Several other people also came only to find out they were closed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OKAY AND USUALLY THEY ARE FRIENDLY. tHE CUSTOMERS ARE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. CONVENENIENT IF YOU ARE JUST TRYING TO RUN IN AND OUT FOR SOME THINGS THEY HAVE MOST THINGS A DEPARTMENT STORE HAS.

I think that this Walgreens should be focused on the quality of service in the store. Hope it gets better in the future.

This Walgreens is very outdated, they should take advantage of the prime location they have and make it welcoming and fully stocked, the parking lot is dirty, the merchandise is scarce, and the store inside is not at all inviting. We’ve been here twice and neither time found what we were looking for,we don’t plan on coming back.

The staff is amazing. I lost my work badge at their parking lot. They were so helpful with looking for it. They didnt find it at first, but called me later to let me know it was found. I didnt even leave my phone number. They called me back using their caller ID. They are A+++ in my book. Thank you Walgreen staff!

The staff is courteous and most want your customer satisfaction. But your right they should have more groundskeeping going on.

Had flu shot in pharmacy and employees were helpful and kind. Many customers complaining about perscription prices and all this mess. I was impressed how polite they were to all customers despite bad attitudes and complaints employees have no control over.

I generally like Walgreens except at this location, it has an oppressive feel to it, and the entrance is blocked off from the register making you take a big detour if you want to go straight to checkout, this is no doubt due to the shady element in the neighborhood who do more than their fare share of shoplifting.

What an embarrassing drug store! I came here to fill a prescription. I usually fill it at Bartell Drugs and, were my prescription not already in the Walgreens system, would have went there.First, they dont accept Boeing insurance; curious given how many locals work there. So that will rule it out as a sensible option for many.When I went the pharmacy had a single staff member working, alternating between the counter and the drive-through. Why any pharmacy has a drive-through eludes me, because theyre rarely staffed properly to serve even walk-in customers.The staff member didnt seem to know how to properly look up or bill insurance information. It took the staff member an inordinate amount of time, and meanwhile they switched between me and the drive-through.The pharmacy staff member took pains to explain that they didnt take my insurance, something I got the first time. It must have been at least three explanations.All told, it took about half an hour to get a prescription already in their system. Its ridiculous, and I wont fill here again.If youre desperate, they are open 24/7. Thats about it.

Run away as fast as you can, it took them 5 hours to fill my prescription, and it was still not done! I refused to leave the counter till they filled it, but I will never be back!!!!!!

Stopped here for a soda and to use the bathroom, was told, rudely, No bathroom. Walgreens = Fail

Rude on the phone and over charge for photos. You want to trust them with a needle in your kids arm?

Nasty the neighborhood cares nothing about throwing garbage on the ground. Literally looks like a war zone.
