Was very well stocked and was helped with every question I had. Felt like the employee was very keen to help! Will be coming back making this my primary cosmo prof since I live so close!

The employees there isnt professional and rude. I went to buy color and it was the wrong color but the employee kept arguing with me and raise their voices at me. They dont know the meaning of good customer service. They shouldnt be allowed to work there. Their very rude people!

Unbelievably unhappy souls working here. I am baffled by how unprofessional and rude they are. It’s almost inhuman to treat people that way . But like I said, unhappy souls . Shake my head . Good bye .

Horrible customer service. The older gal with dark hair and grey plus another one with red streaks were super rude to my friend and I as well as another customer. They aren’t fully stocked like you would expect and they don’t offer any assistance. You’re better off going to salon centric in tukwila across the highway from iFly.

This place withheld products and only sells certain items to selected customers. Placed an order and its been 2 months and they still said they dont have it. Sent a co-worker to buy products and surely they have it but when my wife goes shes always been told its out of stock. Horrible customer service and rude.

Wow, cant believe some of these bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience with these ladies. Always willing to get me what I need and have always been pleasant and nice to me. Although, I do have a license. To those who tried to shop there without a license or because they know someone who has a license, did you not read the sign on the front door? You will not be allowed to shop without a license. Period. And No, you cannot just look around. The wholesale prices are clearly marked with a shelf tag and as a consumer without a license you are not privileged to such information. So No, you may not just look around. You think workers telling you that you have to leave is rude? I think that you totally disregarding the sign on the door letting you know that this is not a place for you to shop, yet you try anyway. Extremely rude. And then you give them a bad review? Even more Rude!

Customer service is good but they never have exactly what your looking for. Selection is always low.

My favorite place to buy all my stuff. They finally moved to a better location and better parking as well.

They’ve been undergoing an inventory “remodel” for the last 4 months and half of the products are still shoved in shopping carts in the back of the store. There’s rarely pricing posted and if you ask a sales associate what the price is they will tell you they don’t know and will not check unless asked.Overall, really unfriendly and really disorganized.

Horrible customer service ! Extremely rude and unprofessional staff !Especially store manager . She was on the phone for so long, Ignoring me .Finally when she finished her conversation I asked my one of my question .She didn’t give me a chance to ask another question and left to continue her phone conversation.She also was rude to my kids saying that they cannot touch anything . Also she was trying to put on my baby boy huge mask and when he didn’t want to she said that she needs him to be out the door.I never had such a bad experience in my life and I would never wanna see her again.

I was reading the other reviews. The ladys have NEVER been rude. Ive watched them be more than helpful & always helpful if I need help.This is not a kids store and should not be able to run around like a playground! I beat kids dont get to run around in your salon if you have one. For not being able to be in the store with out a license it says it on the front door. As a stylist I appreciate the ladys. Go to school and get your professional license if you want the benefits of supply stores.

Wow!!! Although they had what we needed and the store was clean and organized, the staff here need a serious attitude adjustment. Im not sure why they were so cold and annoyed. I asked no questions, was quick and neat with picking out my order and then upon heading to the register to checkout, I stood for what seemed like 6 or 7 minutes without any staff present. I had to go find them in the store, to which they seemed so annoyed that I would have sought them out to ask to be checked out. The girl was silent, had a scowl and never even looked at me as we checked out. EXTREMELY rude staff. No customer service, very unprofessional. I do not have a license but have friends that do and wanted to check out what they had but was told I couldnt even look unless I had a license. Good job rude employees on making sure this location is unsuccessful. Will not be recommending this place to anyone!

Horrible customer service.

Horrible!To make it short, they is not happy people working there. Not kid friendly or people friendly. Ive experience problems before but this was beyond. Unfortunately its mainly one lady who is beyond rude that is bringing the store down. She doesnt work with a smile doesnt want to help you get products or ring you up. And because of this I will not be returning.

The store has curbside pick up only, even if it says in-store shopping... Unfortunately... Came all the way and was really disappointed... Phone’s busy....

Very rude customer service. Didn’t greet me when I walked In, and had an attitude when I couldnt Find what I was Looking for. Even said “wow she’s rude” as I was Walking out. She was a manager, poor judgement.

I went to get some items,, I asked If I could use their restrooms,, the girl told me no because bathrooms are not public,, and I have to left my items, why ? Because is a necessity to use a bathroom they dont want to help you with necessities like use bathrooms but they want to take your money ? In my case I wont never come back here,, I will have to order online,, ladies if you got there make sure you got to the bathroom before and dont ask them even if you are pregnant (my case)

Such bad staff, nobody greeted me or asked if I need assistance, nobody was upfront, was waiting forever for somebody to come ring me up, and hardly anything was priced.
