The ladies working here are always super nice. There is a good selection of hair pieces and accessories. They have lots of eyelash options and tons of other beauty products. Overall a great place to go for beauty supplies!

Just live here I would if I could! They have everything hair, and if not on hand then its always just a call to there sister store. Prices are affordable and they carry professional grade equipment and hair products

Poor customer service at closing time. I had the poorest experience in my life at this wig shop. I was there with my daughter and my granddaughter. The employee the was rude and disrespectful she told my daughter and I we shouldnt be in there and rushed us. When it came time to get paid for my wig she was disrespectful rude talking about its 10 minutes to 7, I gotta get off work. The employee was Rude and disrespectful to customers. Once I told her how she was she was combated and then her the owner or whoever manager of the store interjected and said I had to leave and that I would not get any service so this place is not a place that I will ever go and buy a wig at Instead of telling the employee to get off the line and have somebody elses chat she kept her online online and its not a customer service that I would attend again.

The worst experience ever... They lost a long time customer of me and my family and friends.Buying my first wig Unfortunately was a bad decision and there . Final sale Policy robbed me. and other people for sure... get rich on us why dont you, so will treat this has a donation... THERE IS TRULY an injustice with final sale..So if I try a wig on in the store you sale it to another customer if I dont buy it.. I take the wig home and try it on with the cap I purchased and you tell me you cant re sale, to another customer.. Concerns me... what the differencea perosn can have lice, or, COVID, with a cap on in the store.. you put the wig back on the displays and sale those if they are the last ones like the one I purchased. This final Sales is really discrimination....

As someone new to Seattle, I was beginning to get discouraged in regards to beauty supply stores and thought I’d have to resort to blindly shopping online. I’m so glad I found this place! Ive shopped here the last few years but wont be back after the terrible customer service I had a few months ago. There is one woman there with a short hairstyle they just need to let go... shes rude and seems to make the people who work with her uneasy. Im not sure if theyre still doing this, but store capacity only allowed for 10 people to be in the store at once. Just go to the Queen in Federal Way... not only do they cordially greet and thank you for coming in, the store is bigger with more of a selection.

Today I had the worst customer service experience ever and literally came in contact with the rudest person in my life!!!! I have been going here for a while now and its been a good experience but Unfortunately today I came in and the lady behind the counter was very mean immediately as I walked in didnt even say hello and I told her that the hair that I bought JUST YESTERDAY was used and I just wanted to exchange it for the same thing. They said no that is how they come we dont sell used hair. I posted a picture below of a conversation I had cause I previously bought used sale hair from them and they exchanged it no problem (picture shown). I insisted that I should be able to exchange it even though it was on clearance and is a final sale but I DID not and would not have knowingly bought a final sale on USED hair. She said no AGAIN also stating you can take your hair and go as she pushes the hair away. I said clearly you can see it is used and she yelled excuse me, dont you tell me what I can see or know I dont know anything. I said but look at the dirty sticky stuff at the top and she goes ehh I dont know where that came from but you need to just take your hair and go. I still insisted that get at least an exchange so she says fine thats how you want to be or something along those lines and picks up the phone as if she is calling the cops and she just continued to talk on the phone walking around the store then hung it up and started to talk to the customer behind me ignoring me as I just stood there quietly in hopes she would just exchange them I want asking for anything more then new packaged hair that I paid for. but 5 min passed by and I just grabbed the hair and said ok well I hope that made you feel better. Not just dirty greasy smelly used hair is sold here I am actually going to look through the hair completely cutting it up for fleas cause there something obviously seriously wrong with their hair if it wasnt used then storage spaces could be infected with some gross stuff...

The staff was very helpful. I also appreciated how they kept their customers safe by not allowing too many customers in the store. Making sure everyone was sanitized when they walked into the store and socially distanced.

Staff was extremely helpful, helped the wife pretty fast and got the business handled quick. I would recommend its services without thinking twice about it.

Definitely lacking professionalism not all employees but most seem angry not inviting at all came in for braiding hair as a license professional just ask about inventory hit response what You see what we have.... okay thanks not a let make doubled check our shipment comes next week nothing just unprofessional I felt rushed and also I didn’t receive my discount for being a license cosmetologist because she said in system it say expire weird because I was just there so brought it back in and updated it same day same license not expired with my ID definitely will call to let a manager know about my experience just be aware of rudeness and attitude again not everyone but some of them employees

Im a bus driver. I picked up a lady at queens wig on renton. The older lady was in a wheelchair. I asked her why she was waiting outside for me. She bought 2 wigs. They made her wait outside. Its a very organized store. Staff kept to the protocols and allowed a few clients in at a time through mobile text messages. They made sure that the hands sanitizers were used upon entering the store. A con here is that the products are mostly pricey.

I dont promote any business that does not respect customers. Bought a pack of weaving hair and within 3 days took it back unopened in its its original state. The two sales ladies both claimed to be the store owners/managers and refused to refund the money back to my card. They were very rude about it, regardless of the fact that I am a frequent customer. I dont think they are the store owners and if so should know better about consumer rights and reporting.
