BEWARE - they say you can return something within 60 days if you have your receipt but then refuse to give you a refund later. They say you can return if you don’t like the end result even if the product had been opened. I was told that by the associate. It’s also on their website and on the back of their receipt. I called the store before making my return and was told to bring all the product/packaging back, but then They gave me my boxes/bottles back saying they won’t honor a refund, so I threw them away thinking I had no use for them. Now I am being asked to go through my garbage and bring it back in order to get my refund.. Their customer service team is also a joke. Never giving my money to this joke of a company ever again. The manager at this location also needs an attitude check. I can go on and on about the run around this store has given me, but I’ll save my breath bc I am tired of repeating myself.

I’ve lived in the area for a while and have frequented this store over the years. The earlier employees from a few years ago were cool... a little unconventional in character but they were nice enough. But lately over the past 2-3 years theyve had some really helpful employees. They answer a bunch of questions, they are knowledgeable and seem passionate enough about hair and beauty and they always guide me with care. They don’t try to upsell too hard but they give their honest opinion, gentle recommendations and they don’t follow me around the store!! they always offer assistance but keep their distance which makes shopping so much easier for anyone with anxiety. I appreciate this location, I’m usually very happy with the experience every time .

Upon walking in I was pleasantly surprised by the new management and how hard she worked to turn everything around. This store used to be a hot mess but, definitely much better now. It was more organized, cleaner and, the manager and her coworker took care of us right away! They were both extremely nice and actually care about their customers which is always amazing to see since many other places simply dont care or overlook their customers. Kudos to the new manager!

Went in early around 10:30 and Alec was super helpful!! Ive never died my hair before and Im hoping to dye part of it White and I feel so much more confident about it now after talking to them! Will definitely be returning

The brand new assistant was positively the most helpful customer service representative Ive ever encountered! Her hair was awesome.

A few months ago I walked in this store with a friend of mine who’s lacking in speaking fluent English. He was looking for razor blades; he couldn’t find it on the shelves and couldn’t make the cashier(the dark-skin lady) understand of what he was seeking. I was quiet and by-standing and watching the conversation between the two. The black lady, assuming I don’t know English either, began making fun of my friend and mocking him and tried to ditch him by saying “we don’t have what you want, go to Walmart!” I wanted to intervene and help them out, but the way I was frustrated by the misconduct of the store attendant just grab my friend and left the store. Extremely unprofessional!

My experience going to the store was very nice. The young ladies this evening who were running the store were very informed and were able to help me with making a good decision on the product I chose to purchase. I see myself going back to the store in the near future

Store manager was rude and got straight attitude from her. We walked in and got zero help, we had to find everything on our own while she just stood up front. Other customers werent being helped, she just watched as they searched every isle for what their looking for.

There is about three employees who are darling sweet, who deserves better than to be working at that location.**Update*** I havent been in this location in months, I needed hair color and had no choice, when the only one employee on duty gave me the rudest attitude. I will be contacting HR once again; although they rarely follow up.

This is a nice store location, store is always neat and pretty stocked. Nice friendly staff but not everyone is knowledgeable about products, and prices are high for what they sell.

Rude sales associate! February 26th at 4 PM. She would not get off her stool to help me, or stop her conversation with her boyfriend! He even suggested to her that I needed help and she continued talking to him anyways.
