On Friday September 24, 2021, I stopped by Rite Aid (Renton Village Store near Renton Uwajimaya) to buy a notebook for my morning class. I’d waited at the register for check out for quite a while but there’s nobody there to help me. It was in the morning. I look at the time it was 7.57am and my class was about to start at 8am. I walked around looking for an employee who could help me. There was only 1 lady employee in the store. She was helping another customer get something from the locked cabinet. I didn’t mean to rush her or anything. I just showed her that I was waiting for check out and waited for her at the register. She must’ve thought I was rushing her while she was helping another customer. She yelled at me that she’ll be with me when she’s done helping that customer. After she’s done, she came to the register where I was waiting for her. The customer who she helped was so nice. He let me check out first. I said thank you to him and said I very appreciated that. Then I smiled and said sorry to her and that customer. I said “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to rush you but I am running late for class. My class is 8 o’clock”. I didn’t expect the way she responded to me. She replied with very unhappy face that “If you don’t want to be late then come early”I had been a customer service associate at a different drugstore for a few years before switching to the pharmacy at the same company. I’ve been working customer service my whole life. I’ve met so many angry or very rude customers on the days I’m so busy and multitasking, but I’ve never talked to any of my customers the way she talked to me. I’m not her employer. I don’t have power to educate her or tell her how to treat customers when she’s on customer service duty. Hopefully one day she will realize that she really needs what it takes for her role to build good image of the store.

I went in at 936 or so they close at 10 only like four customers but the employees were kool didnt have an additude or anything actually a little nicer then most you know when its almost time to get off you want to go not wait on last minute shoppers and I wasnt followed around the store either....Just saying.

So giving this company a one star rating is a first for me. Rite aid and I go way back and Im talking rite aid at least 10 years. All I can say is I hope the store manager on duty and all your sales floor today got a good work out because while others may be quick to jump on the sue you band wagon on following me around every isle and browse trying to pass the time or just because? Since when did browsing become a bad thing?

The store is clean and well stock. The workers are very friendly and always welcome me at the door. The service here is exceptional.

Tina was extremely helpful. Ran in for formula and diapers. Told me where to find them. When I was checking out she asked if I forgotten wipes. I did!

I have been coming to this Rite Aid specifically for their pharmacy for past 4+ years because of their excellent pharmacy staff, especially one of the pharmacist named Wina. She has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service that makes me come back to this Rite Aid specifically despite my insurance preferring CVS. The pharmacy techs are also very friendly and gives me courtesy calls [which I always appreciate] and actually calls me back when I ask for a call back if they happen to call in the middle of a work meeting. Not sure about the other reviews, but I have seen their social distancing marks on the floor and people abiding by them. I also recommended this pharmacy to my friends who also live in the area as well.

Rita was very helpful with positive energy. She answered all the questions very thoroughly.

Good distances between shoppers for covid19. Easy to shop in store. They have been kind to me, a senior citizen.

If youre looking for the worst experience a Rite Aid location can give, then look no further than here!...Its like an American Chernobyl experience in this store, man. Theyre not even trying to do an admirable job - quite the opposite in fact. If youre particularly drawn to the lowest grade of customer service imaginable, this is your bag, baby!

This is just an OK location. It could use some sprucing up. The staff is friendly, but nor particularly helpful overall. I dont dislike the store, but I mostly stop here out of convenience.The location is really good as there are several good shops in that center, a couple of places to eat, and easy access back onto the busy streets.

The lack of respect for social distancing at this pharmacy (by the pharmacist) is appalling. Would give it zero star if possible.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Had filled a script for years, price changed from $5 to $50, at Walmart price remained $4. Poor customer service, told me to take my business elsewhere. I absolutely will and encourage others to do the same.

Worst Rite Aid location in the area. Went here today to pick up several items including new tweezers. I looked at several pairs and decided on a Revlon pair. The price stated they were $4.29. I proceeded to the register with all of my items to pay. The tweezers rang up $10.79. I immediately told the cashier that they were marked $4.29. She said (in broken English) that they must have been priced wrong. I asked her to have someone go check. She called over an even more useless blonde lady, who I walked with to show her where I grabbed them from. It CLEARLY said Revlon tweezers- $4.29. She then said, they must have been put in the wrong spot and that it was actually a different type of Revlon tweezer that should have been in that spot. Ok...well, thats not my problem, nor my fault that your incompetent employees put them in the wrong spot. You should still honor the price as I stood in line for over 10 minutes waiting to pay for them since you only have 1 cashier up front. They would not honor the price, so I walked out and left all of my other items too. You can lose the 85 dollar sale over 6 bucks. I also immediately transferred our $680 dollars monthly worth of prescriptions over to Walgreens. I was not surprised to see this store has such poor reviews. Its a mess and has awful employees. Wont be back!

They had what I needed and the aisles werent cluttered. But the checkout area was cluttered and there was no clear place to line up

The website and phone line state they close at 10 but they closed the pharmacy well before that with no indication my perscription was ready for pick-up. Garbage!

Because of their policy I couldnt get my inhaler and ended up having to go to the ER. Because you should already have one .Yeah, maybe its spring and I needed to use it more often.

Never having spent much time to find a parking spot or walking inside to find a product that I need plus seeing a bargain or two while walking through, I shop there somewhat frequently without a single complaint.

The Pharmacy doesnt open until 9am...not sure how this got overlooked but it needs to be updated ASAP.
