HORRIBLE! My husband and I were prepared to buy our sons car here. We came (maybe) 15 minutes before closing. WE WORK! And were met with an absolutely rude and horrific attitude from the owner. His nephew attempted to cover the obviously bothered uncle with ...sorry, hes just tired and wants to go home.UMMMM...

I have a been loyal Good Deals on Wheels customer since 2018 when they were super awesome about financing me on a Chevy Suburban locking in low monthly payments that i could afford! I have bought two vehicles from Good Deals on Wheels and one from Honda. I would much rather go to Good Deal on Wheel then Honda anyday. Cody is amazing everytime he has got me in and out in less then an hour. If anything whatsoever goes wrong with the vehicle they know where to take it and sometimes they even help pay for it with reason of course. Also they are not related to Best Deals on Wheels and I would never recommend Best Deals on Wheels to anyone. For first time buyers even third time buyers I will always say to come here. Amazing people they care about there customers, best service ever, and they will tell you the honest truth about that vehicle.

I know this lot and the staff quite well and have personally purchased about eight or nine vehicles from Cody and I have to say the reviews for good deals on wheels make me sick.First off I would not give a copy of my drivers license with my home address to somebody going nuts over another person opening the door and bumping their door into theres something that happens probably Every 10 seconds. Demanding drivers license and insurance and calling the police over a door hitting your door is not only excessive but a little alarming. So I dont think I would want that person having a visual image Of my address.If I go to a car dealership and especially a used car dealership all I want is a good vehicle that doesnt break down a week later I dont care about handshakes or conversation or anything like that. There are plenty of dealerships around here that will shake your hand and Pat your butt and comfort you and bring you coffee and while theyre smiling in your face sell you a lemon 🍋 the Fact is, good deals on wheels has been in business almost 40 years as a used car dealership to be in business for almost 40 years in a town this small you have to have something of a good reputation. The length and yards good deals on wheels, the staff and Cody personally have gone for me as a customer are astronomical. I know if I drive the vehicle off the lot and something is wrong with it tomorrow all I have to do is have communication with the staff or the owner and it will be resolved I see all these reviews saying this was happening with the car and I had to pay for this and that but it doesnt once say that They contacted the dealership or Cody or the manager about the problem it just says what they had to pay to get it fixed.The staff a good deals on wheels and the owner especially Are amongst the best people that Ive ever met and have done any kind of car business with. I know if I buy a vehicle from them I can rely on it for quite some time because I am driving one right now already paid off and I have put through the ringer and is still going strong for me right now.these reviews are people with sensitivity problems if you want to be pampered and your handheld and coffee served to you Im sure theres plenty other places that will do that while you are signing papers for a clunker. I go to a used car dealership to buy a used car and good deals on wheels is the only used car dealership that I will go to and that I will ever go to.If you had a bad experience with good deals on wheels or with the staff or with the owner its probably because of you not them. Most car places are really shady - they just want to sell you any old car. But my experience here was much more positive! The owner himself came out to help me and I could tell he was very knowledgeable about his inventory. He listened to all of my needs and recommended a few cars that he thought would be a good fit for me. I test drove a few of the cars and they all ran great and seemed really well-maintained for being previously owned. I had a hard time making up my mind! But in the end, I think I came out with a really good car for a low price. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I am a big believer that the quality of ones staff is a direct reflection of the business in question, and while I was not looking for a vehicle, I was forced to have a number of interactions with their company.The first started in the parking lot of a Walgreens, as the office manager Frances opened the door of one of their for-sale vehicles into the front passenger side door of my own vehicle, leaving a series of scratches and dents up a vertical line. I got out, demanded insurance information which was refused and instead handed a business card. I watched as Frances tried to wipe away signs of the damage from my vehicle.I followed up almost immediately by calling the number on the business card and began my interactions with Cody. I told him Frances refused the insurance information, which he said seemed odd. I went to the dealership and waited for 20 minutes to receive the insurance info.Almost immediately I knew what was about to happen, as both Frances and Cody tried to downplay the situation, as if my vehicle and somehow magically hit the inside seam of Francess door.After more back and forth, I was finally given the insurance information, but was refused my request of a copy of Francess drivers license.I would never trust a business so dishonest and shady. Had they simply apologized for the damage their company had inflicted on my property or been cooperative from the get go, nothing more would have come from it. Instead I have to go through the police.Avoid this business, youll be happier in the long run. I wasted an hour and a half of my work day trying to get them to do the right thing, and was rewarded with neither a sorry or easy way of settling this matter. I was somehow the bad guy for being upset that Frances wasnt paying attention when she threw her door open.

Very rude people. The guy did not even shake my hand like he did with his other spanish speaking customers. He did not explore payment options with me. He said well ypu have 6 months to come up with 11 thpusand dollars. Very nasty rude people. When i callrd back eveb the manager had an attitude like i was wasting his time. Awful crappy service
