Horrible customer service, no one came out to help and all employees saw us waiting outside and continued on with their business with their headphones in ear. Don’t recommend at all, one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever went to.

We bought a bmw x5 from this dealership and within 2 weeks we needed 1200.00 in repairs and we need 2000.00 more in repairs. Dont buy a car from here unless ur mechanic is present cuz its almost a lemon. No, it is a lemon. We spent 5000.00 at this dealership and by no means expected this outcome. BUYER BE WARE...update, feb 16th, now we need a fuel pump, the driver door handle needs replacing, and the driver side rear tire arm needs replacing..$750, $550,$265....Do not buy a car from here!!!!!!

Do not buy a car from here bought one from this place and 3 months later it caught fire while i was driving . they hid issues and when i brought it up 2 days after taking car home they refuesed to fix damages that where there . now no car thanks to these people .also the sales guy kept a key to my car and when i went buy to get the papaer to registar my car that they never sent me he was messing with the locks on my car . i would give half or zero stars but cant . being a single mom they will take advantage of you . dont trust these people spend your money else where .they hid alot of damages by washing the engine bay and under cariage and when i took it to mechanic they said i had $6500 in work that needed to be done and i could not afford that and dealer refused to make it right . car did not pass the 10 point inspection it needs to to be sold

Purchased a Sprinter here and it was not cheap I was not trying to buy a cheap vehicle in poor condition, owners swore by the quality of vehicle and produced a clean carfax that turned out to be inaccurate with time. The owners absolutely refused to negotiate on the purchase and from that I concluded that the over marked price and carfax were a good indication I was picking up a decent vehicle. I drove in from out of state and acquired this late at night, the next morning I realize the DPF is missing, battery is below voltage, struts rotting off the truck, leafspring cracked clean in half. Nestor was extremely rude to me when I confronted him about it and Brad belittled me for the fact that I use youtube to research my vehicles. Brad eventually tried to smoothe things over with me and said he would replace the DPF which is over $2k in California, never heard from him again. Performance of vehicle became rlly poor within 500 miles of purchase, after deep inspection, a Mercedes expert found black electrical tape covering the check engine light behind the dash. When the title arrived in the mail, it was a bond title and I was never told or warned about this at all. I feel certain he mailed me the title so I wouldnt see it and back out at the time of purchase. The actual major problem was with the ECU and after labor I have spent over $5k on this van since purchase 2 months ago and I have driven it less than 1000 miles. I will update this if there is any resolution, if this in not updated then it has not been corrected. Take your money elsewhere.UPDATE: now found that the wheel bearings on this van are toast, still waiting for response from Brad and CalNev

Took my friend there to purchase a vehicle. They were very nice respectable gentlemen and the whole process took about 35 mins it was the quickest I have ever seen anybody get a vehicle. I highly recommend this place if you need a nice used car

The way you treat your customers who come to you with their hard earned money make us sign a bogus contracts, give a late fee but don’t accept late payments, won’t answer the phone and then when you do you guys are rude, disrespectful and offer no help. Your in the business of getting people to put down payments on cars one late payment and you ask for the full balance! No options Straight cons! Tons of these same complaints and you guys won’t even respond and when you do it’s rude voicemails! You guys can’t treat people like that brad and nester are bad business! Go to sparks auto sales
