Just Purchased a brand new XC90! Super stoked! My experience with Eve the Sales Consultant was above and beyond from what we expected! When I first visited the dealership Eve was the first one to approach my husband and I. Her very awesome customer service made me decide to go with a Volvo. (I was undecided between an Audi or Volvo) she showed us all options available gave me a head to toe tour of the vehicle. I was not completely happy with the colors available. Eve and the team got to work and basically found one custom made to my liking. It took several weeks for the car to arrive, but Eve was there every step of the way reporting every detail I needed to know. There was a couple obstacles on my end, but they helped me through everything and at the end of the day it was a happily ever after story with my new car! I 100% recommend Volvo and even more “EVE” is the Sales Person you need to work with!
After two tow trucks and a rough trip, Mike and the service department was able to get us back into our car within a day. In particular, we needed to be somewhere in the morning, and they were able to get us our car back early enough, washed and charged. We really appreciated their help.

An emergency repair in spring brought me here. I was impressed at how well my car with about 90000 miles ran.
I have tried to schedule service here 6+ times. Service department never answers the line when I am transferred after waiting an average of 10 minutes on hold. When rerouted to the reception desk again, I am directed to the voicemail of the head of service. Ive left a voicemail before and heard nothing back - resulting in me trying to call again. The one time I did speak with him he told me the vehicle is diagnosed and looked at for free, which seems odd to me because no shop does this, including dealers of any sort. What happens if I bring my vehicle in and this is not the case and I am expected to pay?This experience, before Ive even gotten in the building, makes me want to rather drive to the bay area for service that will be done correctly, and for the most part at least get scheduled to begin with. Unsure how to proceed from here and confused and annoyed as this problem is still plauging my vehicle and I cannot seem to get someone to at least look at it to start.
Repair #1. Brought my 2004 Volvo in for a headlight fix. They didnt fix the problem, the light bulbs were dangling out of the headlights. Charged me $100 but I had to perform my own repairs on the side of the road in the dark. Oil change was #2 and they left a socket attached to the car post service. I drove around with it for 3 days. The courtesy inspection report was never sent to me even though it was promised. Repair #3 quoted me $11,000 for a new engine even though only 2 exhaust valves were burned out on cylinder 4. They are totally useless and will never buy or service anything there again.
The Reno Porsche dealership is somewhere I will continue to purchase my vehicles from due to the wonderful service staff. My car had what I thought was a strange issue, but Bill Pearce Motors not only fixed the issue under warranty, but went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that the problem was resolved and explained to me. Jeff, Dolf, and the entire service staff are truly amazing and most importantly completely honest. I cant speak highly enough about this dealership based on my personal experience. These are nice honest good guys!!!!

I needed a new tire and decided, on the spur of the moment, to stop by the service department. I was welcomed at the entry. Christi checked to see if they had a tire in stock. The did. They took my car, added the new tire and completed an alignment, all in a very short time, all while I waited. She was so nice and accommodating. They do excellent work. I am grateful to have Bill Pearce Motors for all of my BMW service needs.
Underwhelming experience. Waited months for a part that they had sitting, which is after they broke a compartment in my brand new vehicle.
Made several appointments, showed up for my appointment only to be told they could not do the work because I needed something else done first and I would need to make another appointment.... more money 💰

Showed up to the porsche dealership on a saturday morning around 11:30 am to test drive and buy a porsche cayenne for my wife. Walked around the lot, went inside, waited for 30min and not one person was to be found in the entire place. To say I am shocked would be an understatement. Going across the street to mercedes!

Now that we.live in Lake Tahoe, the decision to purchase our new Porsche in Reno was an easy one! Michael was a great salesman-extremely knowledgeable with an easy-going personality. The service department at Mini Cooper was amazing. Everything they did from customer service to technical knowledge was outstanding. We had an issue with a used mini bought elsewhere. Thank goodness for an extended warranty. We were able to convince the other dealer to release warranty work to mini because they did not fix the problem originally. Lloyd Daniels who had amazing patience to work with an incompetent service person at the the other dealership. Thank goodness to the tech group who got to the root of the problem.
Excellent dealership! Im from the Bay Area and had locking system problems at Lake Tahoe that required a BMW Roadside Assistance tow to Bill Pearce BMW to investigate. Service Manager Bill Patrick handled my repair on an emergency basis, took great care of me and got my car ready to drive quickly. Bill was professional, courteous and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Ive visited many BMW deaerships in the past and this ranks as one of the best.

I bought my first BMW this year from So. Cal and I’ve had a few things go wrong. The service here has been over the top great accommodating my requests for a loaner car since I live in Tahoe. They call to keep me up to date on my car’s status and are super nice and responsive. The waiting area is always clean and filled with drinks and snacks. I highly recommend.
Michael and Marvin always take good care of me and my Volvo. Had my car detailed at the 40,000 mile mark and I was very pleased. It looked like a new car. They had their work cut out for them and they did a terrific job.
One word for my experience with the service at this car dealership: Horrendous. There is absolutely no follow up and they do NOT provide an ETA on when the service will be completed... We are placing thousands of dollars in their hands and receive no updates after multiple calls and voicemails? Definitely expected more professionalism from this company and the service head Dolf.
Michael made our experience wonderful, his deep scope of knowledge on the products (cars) was incredible. This entire process was professionally done, no pressure, and designed around our comfort level. We could ask all the questions we wanted and he took the time to answer with no pressure of time. We would completely recommend Michael and this dealership.

This place deserves 0 stars in all honesty. I used this place to get my Porsches serviced and i have never received good customer service on any front. They lack follow up, never provide an ETA of when service will be completed, AND the worst part of it all is it takes MONTHS for my Porsche to even get serviced! I let it slide the first time but when this starts to happen on multiple occasions it becomes unacceptable. Wont be taking my Porsches here again.
I had the engine light come on and stopped in to see if they could tell me what the issue was. I did not have an appointment and, notably, had not purchased the car at their dealership. The fit me in that day and not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it. They were very busy, it being Christmas week, but went out of their way to help me out. My service adviser Bill was courteous, friendly, and helpful
Were Planning to get a new car in the next few months and want a car with the highest safety rating we can find, so we went to Volvo, theyre know for being the safest and having the best crash ratings.Very nice visit. I like looking at new cars, but hate when salesman wont leave you alone. We did not have that kind of experience here. We browsed for a while, had a salesman come to us just to say hey, Im over here when youre ready, and he wasnt the typical salesman. Super nice, and didnt try to push us towards a vehicle out of our price range. Rather, tried to push us to one that was affordable and we would like.
Have had less than satisfactory experiences there to say the least. Lack of follow-up, lack of updates provided on when cars will be finished, and no offer of a courtesy vehicle when they kept our Porsche Cayenne in the shop for 3 weeks straight (its still in there). I repeatedly call in to request an update from the service head, Dolf, who has failed to contact me back numerous times. Wont return my emails or calls. This is a terribly mismanaged service department. Takes forever to receive parts (partially because of covid, which I get), but should still check in to provide update. How is someone supposed to go 3 weeks without a primary vehicle without being offered a courtesy car?
We were very satisfied with the service we received from Mini of Reno. Marvin was very nice. My work was all under warranty which was nice. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took longer than expected. However, they did give me a rental car for 2 days which was convenient.
We bought our first BMW and we liked the experience for the most part. We did buy a certified used BMW not a new one 328i xDrive with lots of goodies. Our sales person did a great job ask for him by name Matt Dooley.I was disappointed with a few things during the process.1.) When me and my wife first walked in we were dismissed / labeled as not worthy to buy from the first sales person. *** If Bill Pearce Motors follows up I will provide the name if they are interested.2.) Price Negotiation. They were unwilling to move on the price this was disappointing. I asked for $900 off and they did not budge or counter a few hundred dollars. So with that said we could just buy online point and click and get the same results.3.) They need to step up the coffee bar IMHO.4.) It was very cold and icy outside, and inside the dealership was all tile flooring and glass curtain wall so it seemed cold inside as well. The sales cubicles were not very comfortable. Nothing fancy or nice about it. Very different compared to other luxury dealerships.
My experience with John Pohl was extraordinary. From the first time I met him, took a test drive, and then a week later purchase. He was patient and answered all my questions via email, text or phone with professionalism, humor and fun. It is the first time that a car buying experience was truly a pleasure.
This was another pleasant experience with the Bill Pierce Motors Service Department. Our two BMWs are regularly serviced here, and as each time before this was a very positive experience. The scope of work along with the expected cost are explained in detail in advance. The service is completed in a timely manner, and your vehicle is delivered to you washed and vacuumed. We have had the pleasure each time of working with Brett. He is extremely knowledgeable about our cars, professional, communicates clearly, and has been very accommodating to any special request we have had. The ease of securely dropping the car off in advance with the drop box option works extremely well for us. In fact, the ongoing great service experience weve had at this dealership will very likely be the rationale for purchasing our next vehicle here.
Christi was very professional and handled my concerns well. I’ve been with BMW since 2011 but recently moved from Texas. Bill Pearce blew my previous dealership way out of the water. They are very booked up so it’s a good idea to call ASAP and schedule. Worth the wait though.

Marvin has excellent customer service skills. Car was delivered as promised in the estimated amount of time. Shuttle to mall was great. The shuttle back took a while waiting for pick up, but good ride. All in all a memorable experience. This is the second time I have dealt with Marvin, and both times have been excellent. I brought my Mini in for its first service, and everyone in the service department was incredibly friendly and helpful. The customer waiting area is beautiful, stocked with cold water, soda, coffee, tea, bagels and danishes. The bathrooms are VERY clean. Upstairs is a pool table and two tv’s, complete with cable and video games. My car only needed an oil change, but it was done very quickly and my car came back to me clean and vacuumed. I look forward to my next service!

Since 2005, when I leased a beautiful new 750LI, I have always been treated very well by Bill Patrick in service and Jeff Leathers in financing.This last Monday, I arrived after 4 pm to pick up my car after a service and repairs. Unfortunately, due to the new hours, BPM was closed. Jeff, who was in his POV headed home, saw me at the door and drove up to ask if he could help me. I told him I could just return the next day but he jumped out of his vehicle, opened up shop and closed out my repair file.That was above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks guys!

Within 15 minutes we were able to make a deal. An appointment was scheduled with finance so we would not wait around. Finance was a smooth and efficient process. Be sure to ask for John Pohl.
Auto buying just got streamlined. We recently purchased through Bill Pearce motors and the process was easily one of the easiest buying experiences. Closing out year end deals, the price was the price. No trips to the sales manager or endless waiting in the lobby. Get in and get out. Not sure car buying will ever be considered fun but this was as close as well probably see.
The Service Rep Brett did an excellent job. When I checked in he noticed my car was new to me and new to Bill Pearce. He suggested we transfer over the service agreement from the previous owner. So, for $100, Ill get 2 more years of service. This is over and above the call of duty. Great job and thank you Brett.

Excellent service today at Bill Pearce Porsche. Dolf spent some time with me going over the factory recommended service schedule and my Boxster was serviced was in a timely manner. I was given a loaner, which allowed me to run errands and have lunch while my Porsche was being serviced. Dolf has a huge amount of experience as a tech and as an advisor and its great to know he will be there when I need service.

Appointment easily made on line, work done when promised, itemized work done always explained in detail. Also advice of whether future work may need to be done. Car is always washed and I feel confident that my car is in good working order until my next service. We purchased a Volvo through the overseas delivery program. Michael Gracey is a wealth of information and hes very patient! This was the very best new car purchase experience ever. Since the car arrived, he has spent numerous hours with us explaining the many features.Our first service experience was excellent. They washed and vacuumed the car even though the roads were covered in slush and snow. Not skipping this part of the service, knowing the car would be dirty in minutes, demonstrates their 5 star care of their clients.
I have had all service work, warranty work, and repairs, done by Bill Pearce Volvo since I bought my Volvo from Bill Pearce Volvo in 2012. The cost is sometimes more than I would pay in a general auto repair show, but the confidence of having Volvo Certified Technicians work on my vehicle is worth the price in peace of mind. Having now over 150,000 miles on the vehicle, I have never had any sort of road problem or come-back after work was completed.Michael Sanderson, Service Team Leader, is knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, integrous and honest, as well as a genuine gentleman. Really the smoothest car buying experience for us ever. No hassel, showed up with no call ahead on a Sunday, told Zeb what we were looking for and wanting to spend, options we needed. He drove up in a mini that was on the lot. We test drove it, it had more options than we originally stated, price was great, signed papers, all in all it took about 2 and a half hours and we drove off in the mini my wife wanted. Great experience.

I was very happy with the service center at Bill Pearce Motor’s Mini Cooper Dealership. I dropped off my Mini in the morning, they diagnosed it, had the part and fixed it by the afternoon. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up after. Very nice professional people. And my warranty covered everything!
The service staff at Bill Pearce Motors took care of a couple of recall issues, as well as a problem with one of my door locks recently. They had to order a part, which they did, and gave me a loaner car in the meantime. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally.
In making an appointment their system brought up my information from my phone number (very helpful)...I like that. Dolf in the Porsche service is wonderful as always. He is helpful, kind, and funny. My vehicle is at 106K mileage and I know my cayenne will reach over 200K miles easily! Thanks porsche team for keeping my vehicle running great so I can keep it a long time!

This was my first service appointment at Bill Pearce Volvo and I had reservations since Ive just moved to Lake Tahoe. Right from the start my fears were quashed. Michael Sanderson helped me by walking me through what I needed and how best we might go about it.
