The sales rep woman Ive talked to is sarcastic and should not be in sales or marketing. Did not help me at all. No patience and cant answer my basic inquiries without sarcasm. I believe in a saying love your job even it is small for it will make a big difference.
7 stars. The best car buying experience ever. Test drove 2 cars, they offered us a third.I love gas, I use it every day, not selling my favorite gas car. I might get a gas generator for a camping trip to top off the battery pack on a Tesla... However the world is changing - Tesla has a truly revolutionary product. These are rockets on wheels. Stable on the road, everything you could ever want in a driving machine. Everyone gets out grinning from ear to ear after driving these amazing machines. I have one on order. Dont take my word for it. Go here, feel the revolution, see how these folks are truly changing the world.Look under the hood... wait, there is no hood.
Picked up my model Y yesterday. This doesnt even seem real that this is how you can buy a luxury car like this. Got a text day of that it was ready to pick up and it would be sitting in a specific spot. Showed up...checked it out. My sales rep DJ comes out and says hi and just says Youre good to go. Just unlock it with your phone and you can drive off. Open the app, unlocked and got in. It was easier than picking up Chick-fil-A. One of the most amazing experiences ever.
Pure junk. AC has well know problems/Defects. Search the internet before you step into it. They dont honor warranty and will blame you. Went from a big fan to canceling CT order. And selling this 2020 pile.
Show room was nice, and showed off the technology well, but the salesman was unable to answer several important questions that I had. Test drive was great.
When we first walked into the dealership. The guy helping didnt really show us any attention. He treated us as if we couldnt afford it and he didnt want us to waste his time. It wasnt until he realized we were already driving a new expensive truck... thats when he changed his dismissive attitude. Lesson 101, never judge a book by its cover!

Friendly with low pressure, relaxed, environment. They allowed me to test drive the car over night and that was honestly a great experience to have and is what sold me on buying one for real.
The future doesnt have to be cold and sterile...the dealership needs something alive in the sales room...plants...also Reno is very,dirty, dust and pollution. My sale guy was kind and helped me professionally....the street address dosent reflect the actual location on the backside of Virginia street facing the freeway...making it a bit of a task to even find...my experience with Tesla was fine...Reno? A sad place....

The sales representatives do a very good job of being welcoming and allowing you to test drive and enjoy the Teslas before you buy. Theyre also good at navigating through the purchasing process. The service center attached Ive had pretty good experiences with so far.

Bad and extremely unprofessional experience with the Tesla Showroom, specifically one of the employees. Just yesterday, we had ordered a brand new Model Y and my family felt very satisfied about the car. However, we discovered that for the package that we chose, 21 inch wheels were included at no extra cost compared to the 20 inch wheels. Given so, we decided that wed upgrade to the 21 inch rims. The person that we ordered with at the showroom explicitly if we had any changes wed like to make wed call him. That being said, my husband went on the phone with the employee to make the wheel change. We had gotten our wheels changed, however, the employee my husband was on the phone with didnt hang up. That employee then had spoken inappropriate language. Whether that language was regarding my husband or the employees coworker, I believe that he was being completely unprofessional under any circumstance. I am an owner of a restaurant and I believe that customer service is at utmost priority, but my experience was not the case. I am considering cancelling our order and I am astonished by their service or lack there of. The Tesla itself was amazing, the customer service on the other hand, pitiful.

What can you really say about the Tesla experience? The sales guy was nice and knew most of what youd want him to know. The car is interesting, impressive, austere and... interesting. I think the future mindset makes your mind want to be more impressed than it really might be. I dunno. This car is different than other cars. In some ways you seem to get less for more but youre riding in the future so theres that. Theres a steering wheel, turn signals and computer screen. The rest of what were used to aint visible. The showroom for such a high tech car is less than impressive. Its dumpy: there, I said it. Covid may have something to do with that. Seemed like they had maybe 5-6 demo cars. As you may know, you order the car so there is no giant lot filled with them. You might be interested to know the wait for one is down to less than 2 months.The most interesting part of the showroom was the section off to the side that had the bare chasis, batteries and drive train parts. Anyway, this is supposed to be a review of the showroom, not the car.. So if its only about the showroom, it aint the Jetsons. Its drab. But hey, its the future.
Great service I felt the cars where over priced for what you got. The fit and finish for such a pricey vehicle was lacking.

What a privilege and an honor to just walk around these amazing works of art and scientific marbles. The Teslamodel 3 was shockingly fast absolutely shocking :-). My boy and I still have a headache after getting full throttle 8 or 10 times just crazy cool... Joe are salesmen was and is such a great fellow :-)

Sam was awesome at the Tesla show room. He helped me figure out something on my car that was confusing me and I had tried to figure out myself without any luck.Thank you Sam! Now my car is fully self driving when I want it to be.

I have really wanted to get a Tesla and when the time came I went down to the dealership to test drive the model x and I really liked it...I was picking between a Range Rover and a model x and the difference between th. The Land Rover dealership went out of their way to give me information and help me make my decision whereas when I requested additional comparisons the Tesla employee told me that I was giving him too much to do by asking for an email explaining the things we had talked about and told me just to come back in the next day. Its a luxury car and I expected luxury customer service. I decided to go with range Rover because I was concerned if I had any issues in the future that I would receive the same poor quality service that I had received while trying to purchase a model x.

My fiancé and I have been wanting to buy a Tesla for a while now. We live 4 1/2 hours away we drove to this Tesla location and we weren’t planning on leaving this location with out a Tesla. As we were going in an older couple went in at the same time as us . My fiancé and I of course have respect so we opened the door for them and let them go in first. However they were helped right away (about 3-4 workers working at the same time) not all of them were busy by the way .so ok we thought let’s look at another model we looked at all 3 models took pictures sat in all 3 cars walked around for about 5 mins and we never even got a hello from any of the guys working there. The funny part is the older couple didn’t end up buying one yet there we were ready with our checkbook out but never even got a “hello” or “have you been helped “ so we decided to walk out. VERY RUDE! I am not even sure if they noticed we walked out. They could of sold a car if they would of helped us! WILL NEVER RETURN HERE WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
