Really great and friendly dealership that actually treats you like family. My experience was fantastic and they answered every question I had and made the whole buying process very transparent. They made sure I was happy with whatever I chose and helped me to understand every step of the process including what I could and couldnt afford and did their best to help me get my payments to something I could realistically handle. I cant recommend them enough based on thier helpfulness and knowledge and want to make sure I got the best vehicle for my money.

I am appalled at the way I was treated at this dealership. I drove 6 hours after speaking on the phone with the sales department about a Tacoma on their lot. When I arrived to test drive it, it made a suspicious cranking sound upon turning it on. They assured me the sound was due to a part being loose. I requested to see the inspection report since they claimed it just had gotten out of the shop, but they told me they didn’t have it (contrary to what they had said before), and wouldn’t tell me the name of the third party mechanic. The manager told me I could take it and get it inspected by my own mechanic so I set up an appointment. However after I made the appointment they changed their minds and told me no- that I needed to buy it as is (without knowledge of what the original issue was). The manager was extremely rude, talking on the phone and on his computer in the middle of me talking to him. I was very disrespected. They absolutely lost my business today- as I would have gladly bought the truck had they allowed me to view the report/ get it checked out.

I bought a Toyota rav4 about 4 months ago. It had a weird noise. The guy who sold me the car. I entered say his name on here. Said I was the gas running out,this was on test drive when I bought it, it still maid the same noise. I told them they fixed it but it wasnt fixed. Not only that but there was never an old change done on it . I was very desapointeded that they sold me a car like that. They were nice no doubt .but the grinding noise is still there even after they took it to a mechanic. So far I dont recommend them if they cant even do a simple oil change or even ve honest with you .

Had a great experience. The guys were super helpful in identifying the right car for my situation and really made us a good deal. They even helped us with getting some cosmetic repairs done through a local body shop. A month later, my car is still fantastic. No high pressured sales, they really care about the customer. 10/10 will go back to them for our next vehicle.

Didnt have vehicle on lot was looking for.frendly staff. Trade in prices not good in my opion

Purchased a 2015 BMW. The tire pressure was low. Lance assured me it was a pressure sensor. Took car to Pearce BMW for oil and brake fluid change. Was told tire had a nail in it. 800.00 for 2 new run flats. 330.00 for the brake and oil change. Took car through car wash. Passenger side floor gets wet. Front speaker blows next. Next problem, car won’t start. Had it towed to BMW. Needs fuel pump, 900.00 for this repair. My 30 day tag just expired. Called asked for Lance, he won’t come to the phone. The other guys tells me you should have bought the extended warranty. I will report these people to BBB. Beware, they all come off super nice. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IF YOU DO, TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A REAL DEALER AND GET IT CHECKED OUT. DO NOT BE FOOLISH LIKE I WAS. I TRIED NOT TO GIVE THEM ANY STARS BUT IT WONT LET ME POST UNLESS I GIVE AT LEAST ONE! THEY DESERVE NO STARS!

Fantastic Experience. Out daughter needed a car and probably test drive 8 or 9 if theirs. Not only were they gracious and patient with her/us, but you could see they truly wanted to help her get a great match. Then they proceeded to help us meet the financial plan we needed. We most definitely recommend them.

This stealership is by far the most crooked business I have heard about. They excessively harassed a friend of mine who purchased a car from them. Not only did she pay well beyond the minimum monthly payments every month, but the finance chick, Denise, would repeatedly spy on my friend by activating her GPS module in the car. She would then question and harass my friend via text message, about why she was going to certain places, along with a long list of other very concerning actions that no individual let alone business should be asking of their clients. Warning to all people potentially considering doing business with these folks, as they employ very shady business practices, and blatant violations of their customers privacy.

Very nice group of people. I found a car on cargurus/carfax and forgot I didnt contact them, just showed up. They were very nice, walked me around the lot to see if there was anything else I liked too. We went for a decent test drive, not one of those around the block ones. Although you normally buy used As Is there were a few small things that they were willing to fix to ensure my safety because they didnt know it was there before. If I ever need to purchase another used car, they will be my first stop!

My wife purchased a vehicle at this dealer 2 months ago. We purchased a warranty. The check engine light has come on and off 5 times since then, and they refuse to do anything about it. They avoid my phone calls, the warranty company knows nothing about us or who we even are. Buyer beware of this business. We got stuck with a lemon!
