The mark of a quality seller is how they handle things when theres a problem. We purchased a Jenn-air slide-in range from Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World. When it arrived the installer immediately realized that the dimensions would make it protrude in a way to block access to kitchen drawers. I called Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World and they could not have been nicer about accepting a return with no expense to me even though Im sure they must have had to absorb the cost of the installer coming out to my property. This is a first-class operation. Great products, great variety, super service before and after sales AND they come through when things go wrong. Id recommend them to anyone shopping for an appliance.

Terri was awesome. The ongoing shortages of appliances has been miserable. Distinctive Kitchens was not only able to get me a better price for our new slide in range. But they were able to check the delivery pipeline and provide hard details on when to expect the range. The time moved around a LOT but Terri was glad to keep tabs on it for us. The range actually arrived earlier than expected - in time for installation in our kitchen remodel.I called Terri back when it was time to make a decision on range hoods, and she made some great recommendations.You are also going to get a better price on extended warranties through Distinctive Kitchens - we purchased one for our Range.

Teri is kind, patient but most of all very knowledgeable on products lines.Responsive to my every question. With supply chain issues of today she was always on point with keeping us updated and staying on schedule.

Our dishwasher had died & my 93 & 90 yr old parents were in a dither! Did online shopping, looking at the big box stores & Distinctive Kitchen. Big boxes couldnt deliver for 3 to 4 wks! I chatted with Terri about different GE models they had in stock & she was very, very helpful! The big plus was the dishwasher could be installed in 2 days! Wanted to thank Teri for fabulous customer service. They had what we wanted, despite significant stock shortages, arranged pickup and time. They provided assistance loading and the entire process from the first phone call was seamless. Would definitely recommend them and will be shopping there again, should the need arise.

Terri was fantastic. She was great helping us make decisions before we ordered. She provided regular updates on where things were while we waited for appliances to come in. And when something arrived slightly damaged, she arranged a rush shipment of a replacement. I couldnt ask for better, nicer, more attentive service.

Had a great experience with distinctive kitchen. Our dishwasher pump died and we were having trouble finding a new dishwasher. We wanted to replace our builder grade Maytag with a Miele but had a lot of trouble finding one as appliance are hard to come by right now. Ashley was super helpful both over the phone in letting us know which models they had in stock before we came out there and then in person showing us the features. Install was super fast (less than a week). The installer (who manages the showroom) showed us how the new washer worked and made sure we were all set and ready to go... all questions answered... before he left. Overall, highly recommend. I will definitely look back to them the next time we need an appliance (although I hope that wont be soon b/c I dont want another appliance dying anytime in the near future).

We stopped into distinctive Kitchen to look at a range after being overwhelmed with just looking online and not a lot of help at big box stores. Ashley was extremely helpful and friendly. She walked through each of the ranges and described their features without being pushy about buying anything. We had a good understanding when we left. Within an hour after we left she sent us quotes for the ones we were considering as well as any manufacturer promotions. We were able yi take care of ordering via phone. Our order came in a month early and delivery was seamless. We’ve looked at the range and it is beautiful! We have not had it installed as we are waiting on redoing our kitchen. We would definitely go back if we need anything other appliances.

Terri was quick to respond to my request and actually had this item in stock! I went to Ferguson first and waited for a representative to meet with me, after a half hour being ignored I decided to leave. This was my second appliance (stove,refrigerator) purchase in 3 months. Service was excellent, went out of their way to deliver fridge earlier since the old one completely died. Sales was great, knew products and what was available in warehouse. This is the place to go if you need an appliance soon.

Our 6 year old KitchenAid Refrigerator died - well, a part was bad but there was no eta on when the part would be available. We tried another store first, but they told us that there were no similar style fridges available (you know, Coronavirus).Well, we tried Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World because we had a great experience buying our Speed Queen washer/dryer from them. The were friendly and told us they had just procured some GE fridges, so we were good to go. My only comment - they didnt wear masksThe showroom people didnt wear a mask. The installation crew were very friendly, capable and DID wear masks

My husband & I bought all of our kitchen appliances from Distinctive Kitchen & Appliance World 12 years ago and had a great experience. Recently, we learned that our house is going to be converted from LP gas to Natural Gas, and we started our investigation on whether or not each of our gas appliances could be converted. We stopped in the showroom the other day and Liam was extremely helpful. Since our appliances were older, there was minimal published information about conversion, so he did some digging and got back to us very promptly with the answer. We highly recommend them.

Eddie and his staff at Distinctive Kitchen and Appliance World were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had a few questions regarding the specific model of Miele washer and ventless dryer that would work best for my downtown condo, and they provided all the answers in a straightforward way that made it easy to determine the best combo for my needs. The entire purchase, delivery and set-up was completely seamless and painless!

Our stove top went out recently and so we had to sprint to the appliance store. Luckily we chose this one. It was impressive how much these guys knew about stove tops. They broke down everything we needed to know and had many gorgeous models in there (jenn-air downdraft cooktop if youre curious, would recommend). Installers were efficient and unobtrusive. I plan to do a remodel with them before long.

I went in looking for information about the Viking range and Miele steam oven they carried. I may as well have not spoken at all. They had no interest in showing me either the Miele nor the Viking and kept pushing another line no matter how many times I said no thank you. The Viking wasn’t even hooked up, so it couldn’t be tested. They also spent a good chunk of time bad mouthing Wolf and several other appliance places in town. Unpleasant experience all around.
