Commercial dryer was shut down because of loud noise. A tech was out 2 days later and diagnosed it needed new basket rollers. Rollers were replaced and continued to make noise. Rollers did need replacing. On the same day the rollers were replaced the tech (Alfred) went back to the shop and located the needed part without having to order a new one. Saved us yet another week of downtime! Thanks Alfred!

They sell machines they cant seem to fix but they know how to charge. You get promised warranty, but you still pay for parts under warranty! Save yourself alot of headache!
