We remodeled our home in 2019, including our kitchen, which my wife had a vision for a modern style. Christy Rosario helped us design our new cabinets with the space we had available and the team at Kitchen & Bath were instrumental in finding the appliances to match our cabinet design and installed all of our cabinets and appliance on time during our complete remodel reconstruction. They were spot on with their recommendations and provided excellent service. Kitchen & Bath Galleries has Superior Service in our opinion compared to all other business vendors in North Carolina. They have a great team to help you build your dream kitchen & bathrooms in your new or remodeled home!!
I could not be any happier with the job they did for me. I have worked with many companies over the years and Kitchen & Bath Galleries are on a different level than all of them. The service was excellent. The product lines were endless. Their knowledge was amazing. Their interest in making sure my budgeted amount was met was wonderful. From the showroom floor....to the measuring trips to my house...to the install, they were as professional as it gets. I would recommend them to anyone that wants an excellent product for a fair price while working with professional people. As you can see, I work with about every department they had. We would not use anyone else!!
We used Kitchen & Bath Galleries to remodel our outdoor kitchen. Their employees were very knowledgeable and helped us to select the best outdoor-friendly products for our project. The materials were delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The finished product is even nicer than we had expected. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Galleries. We could not be happier with the finished product!
The folks at Kitchen & Bath Galleries have been trusted partners of mine since the late nineties. They’re careful attention to details, thoughtful design, and craftsman like installation is rare to find in today’s cabinet companies. Their expertise extends well beyond just cabinets. They also offer stylish countertops, appliances a chef would covet, beautiful tile, and fine plumbing products. Being a residential home builder, I’ve teamed up with K&B Galleries on many projects, including my own home renovation, over the years and they’ve always exceeded expectations.
Overall, working with K&B was a good experience. The designer, Kim Kruskamp at the Glenwood Avenue store, made design adjustments in both the kitchen and laundry room making these areas more functional and creating more storage. Kim was very patient as we worked through selections for everything and I appreciated her guidance. The subcontractor used, Freys Building and Remodeling, was also good and responded quickly and fairly on issues. If you are someone who lacks design sense like me, working with K&B saves a lot of time and helps to avoid mistakes in choices.
I thought that I was the only person to have a terrible experience just trying to get someone to assist me. I waited for about 30 minutes trying to get a sales person to assist me. I was finally able to get someone who promptly handed me business cards and told me I could contact the installers, cabinet maker and plumber etc. myself; Iwas planning on a master bath remodel. I told the salesperson I wanted to work with a designer to assist me. She just walked away. I left the business cards she gave me on her desk. It was an insulting experience. I don’t know how this place is still in business
The service, communications and timeliness was poor. I paid and ordered a high end Dishwasher and it took over two months for it to finally get installed in my home. When purchased, I was given dates it would be in and installed. I understand manufacturing and shipping delays, but was what entirely unacceptable was the total lack of communication and caring. If I did not call K&B Galleries, I never heard from them. I never received a proactive communication, and often never got called back when promised. I finally escalated the situation from my salesman (who was not proactively helpful or caring) to his boss, and never got a call back from the boss. Miraculously, the DW finally appeared after the escalation call. The installation was great...but it was done by an outside contractor and not K&B Galleries company/personnel. Stay away if your looking for great service and caring.
We had a really great experience working with Kim Kruskamp and Cathy Lankford at the Kitchen and Bath Galleries location in Raleigh. Our kitchen was the original one from 1988 and it needed a significant revamp and upgrade. Kim and Cathy helped us design a new kitchen that was not only much more functional but also beautiful in style. We truly appreciated their eye for detail, suggestions to match our tastes and surrounding décor, and ability to give us options that suited our preferences. Their involvement and project management skills were essential to keeping the project on track and in scope. The final result was a gorgeous kitchen that transforms our entire downstairs and that will be a center point in our house in years to come. Thank you to Kim and Cathy for making this a wonderful journey resulting in a kitchen that we love to use! We would highly recommend them to others planning to remodel their house in the future.
Christy helped us remodel our bathroom and came up with creative ideas we would had not thought about. We love our bathroom!
Visited the location off of Glenwood this past weekend and it was a terrible experience. The whole place has a very depressing and somber vibe (just look at the website and youll see what I mean)... That said, the worst part was the customer service or lack there of... We walked around and stayed in the area looking at the granite options for about 20 minutes and had zero employees greet us, check on us or ask if we had any questions. Once we decided no one was interested in helping us, we decided to leave. As we were walking out we passed not one but TWO very miserable looking employees who clearly didnt want to be there and werent helping other customers... just sitting at their desks texting and couldnt be bothered to say a word to us. Clearly they dont need any customers. Its actually pretty comical because as you read through other reviews you will find this has happened to so many other people so I wouldnt just chalk it up to a bad day.We ended up going to a local competitor who provided us with a completely opposite (and amazing) experience as we finally put the finishing touches on our new home.
Were buying a new home and wanted to look at kitchen appliances. The gentleman that reluctantly left his desk to greet us was actually confrontational towards me... answering my questions by correcting me or or challenging the veracity of my inquiries. It made no sense. Clearly he was in a bad mood. We went somewhere else and had far better luck finding someone helpful and knowledgeable. And polite. Well buy from them.
Great experience with Kitchen & Bath Galleries. Kim was the designer and she did a fantastic job. My kitchen is just beautiful. Very happy🙂Just had my bathroom remodeled and it is beautiful. It went from being a gloomy carpeted sad space to a beautiful spa. I love it. Once again Kim did a great job. I have had two great experiences with Kitchen and Bath Galleries. Thank you😊
We were very impressed with our experience at Kitchen & Bath Galleries from our visit to the store to installation of our new Wolf Range. We were immediately greeted and told someone would be right with us. We were lucky to have Bill Ginsler who helped us. Bill is the BEST! He was very patient and helpful answering all of our questions - including through email and phone. He was not your typical sales guy - he wanted us to make sure we could get the necessary venting in our kitchen before selling us the range. He also wanted to make sure our set-up of gas and electric was right. Delivery of the Zephyr Hood and deliver/installation of our Wolf Range was great too. The two gentleman who installed the oven were professional and friendly. Kitchen and Bath Galleries will be our go to for any kitchen/bath needs in the future!
Our newly remodeled kitchen is perfect! Kim listened closely to my wishes and needs and created a plan that is perfect for us. The contractor and all the subs were excellent and cleaned up after themselves. Subsequently, we have signed a contract for a bathroom remodel.
I was initially nervous to use this company based on some of the reviews. But, my countertop was installed extremely quickly and the installers were kind, courteous, and timely. The end result looks absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended!
I have been very impressed with Kitchen and Bath Galleries! They did excellent work, were prompt, helpful, polite, and delivered everything in a timely and professional fashion. I could not imagine my kitchen remodel project without the help of Jennifer, a designer there. She went the extra mile for us and we couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend them and her!
You know you have a great design when after 6 months your still get excited walking into your remodeled kitchen. Rima, our K&BG designer, was fantastic. Not only is she an excellent designer, completely knowledgeable on all the latest trends, but has a quiet way of guiding you in the right direction. It was a pleasure working with the entire K&BG team. Their installers were first rate, professional and detail oriented. They went out of their way to ensure we were pleased with every aspect of the renovation. The entire experience and final product exceeded our expectation! We look forward to working with them on our future bathroom renovation.
Kitchen and Bath, and Bill Ginsler, did a first rate job recommending replacement appliances for our kitchen upgrade. We have custom cabinets with existing appliances and so had to make sure the new ones would fit. Kitchen and Bath recommended both a cabinet maker and an installer who inspected and determined the new appliances could fit, with several modifications. The appliances were ordered, came in promptly and were delivered as promised.Jeremy Pickering at Southeast Installs and Leon Walton, Raleigh Cabinet Works both did excellent work and problem solving on a very tricky installation, performed the work on the schedules promised, and returned texts, phone calls and emails punctually every time they were contacted.Leon Walton did a beautiful job revising and refitting the existing custom-made cabinets, salvaging the original walnut pieces to preserve the original grain and finish, without adding any new walnut. He also took out a drawer, and the old oven cabinet floor, and dropped the new oven cabinet box several inches to lower the oven set. He then made a new pan drawer to fit above the oven, using the original drawer front and adjusted all the other drawers and doors to where the gaps and clearances were indistinguishable from the surrounding cabinets. I’ll say this was VERY tricky with very little margin for error. I believe he did not even have 3/8ths of an inch extra on the entire 60 inch cabinet face to work with. Real craftsmanship.Jeremy Pickering, installer, managed to work out wiring challenges from the old oven sets to get the Wolf ovens mounted just right. With the new range top and vent he was able to make everything fit just right without the need to have a stone cutter provide relief by cutting. Again, a very difficult and custom installation. Everything looks like it was made to go in place where it is now.Every bit of this project and the work surrounding it started with Kitchen and Bath Galleries and their recommendations. Needless to say well be back for any other upgrades.
Went in at a slow time - didnt see any other customers in the entire store. Everyone who works there was sitting at their desk on the computer. Left and went to Wilkinson who had a better selection anyways.
It is a pleasure doing business with Mr. Steve Barker here. I would assume the rest of the staff are great people too. Very responsive too.
Wow! Talk about bad customer service. Went in to buy all new appliances and not a soul got out of their chair to help me. I was in there for 45 min looking at displays and never got any help. The best part was there was only one other customer in there at the time and he never had help either. I walked out laughing, never to return.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been here twice and both times I was not welcomed or helped by any of their staff. Two women sitting at the desk near the entrance saw my family walk in, did not say “hi” or anything and then talked away about their personal lives. I will not come here ever again!! I would give them a zero rating if I could! It seems like HORRIBLE customer service is normal here from other reviewers!
We had a great experience working with Christy Rosario at Kitchen and Bath Galleries Glenwood. She listened to all our needs and we couldnt be happier with the finished product, highly recommended.
My wife and I were having a difficult time determining a kitchen design for our renovation, and decided to go into Kitchen and Bath Galleries on a whim. Visiting the showroom offered some great ideas, but the real breakthrough came when Rima began talking with us about our goals. She asked all of the right questions and helped us define our scattered wish list. After a site visit, Rima offered several practical designs that gave us the confidence that we picked the right supplier. The delivery and installation crew were on time and professional . We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Kitchen and Bath Galleries to anyone.
The most horrible customer service ever. The designer didnt want to help me and lied about trying to call me and contacting me via email. She stalled doing the work saying she was so busy that I’d have to wait weeks and months for her time. She didn’t want to lend out samples and said they had to be back in 1 day. I talked to the store about this behavior and nothing changed so management is obviously condoning this behavior from their staff. Must be the owner’s wife, who else could cause a business owner to allow staff to run-off and lose business in this manner.
The design and finished product deserves more stars, but the customer service brings down overall rating. It was just one problem after another on our project. There is a huge disconnect between the various departments and they are NOT as full service as they lead you to believe. I understand construction brings various challenges, but their project management was the worst. We also spent thousands on new appliances and they dont even install them! It was left up to us to hire additional contractors for installation.I would not recommend them to friends, if you do decide to go with them, buyer beware.
I stopped by and filled out a consultation sheet a couple of months ago and no one ever called me. I stopped by recently and filled one out (letting them know that no one called me the last time) and they scheduled an appointment. The appointment time came and went and after calling in I found out the design consultant forgot about the meeting.
Went to see their selection but ended up being greeted by locked doors - during business hours. The funny thing was that we were not the only potential clients waiting in front of these locked doors - 30 minutes before their official closing time on a Monday.
Christy Rosario at Kitchen and Bath Galleries is a top-notch designer who is amazing to work with! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Our project is a large home addition that includes a complete kitchen remodel and two bathroom remodels. My husband and I have no idea what we are doing, and do not have good design sense--Christy has been extremely patient and has helped guide our decisions, spending tons of time with us to make sure we are comfortable (always going above and beyond in terms of her time). She has also kept us on track with deadlines. We are so happy and confident with what weve chosen. Christy is incredibly knowledgeable about scale, finishes, colors, materials, etc., and makes the design process fun and manageable. She has been very conscious about our budget while ensuring we are getting the best value and options for what we can afford. We really love Christy and would use her again in a heartbeat!
Custom service here is a joke. My boyfriend and I walked in to purchase some cabinet hardware and not one person approached us for assistance. There was even an employee working at her desk maybe ten feet from where we were standing. We just ordered the hardware we wanted online. Tip to this store: work on your customer service.
Great place for appliances and staff is amazing 😉
We recently renovated and remodeled our 15 year old kitchen. We chose Kitchen and Bath Galleries to help with the process. It was a positive and pleasant experience. Our designer was Christy Rosario. I was impressed with Christys ability to ask insightful questions and to discern our objectives for our kitchen remodel. Christy offered suggestions that made our kitchen more functional and livable and that allowed us to stay within our budget. Christy and her team at Kitchen and Bath Galleries stayed with us from the beginning of our kitchen remodel until the project was successfully completed. Our whole family is happy with the results. Thanks to Christy Rosario and KItchen and Bath Galleries we now have a kitchen that we enjoy spending time in and one that has become a place for family gatherings.I absolutely would recommend Kitchen and Bath Galleries and designer, Christy Rosario, to anyone who is planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel. I would use them again which is the highest praise I can give.
Awful customer service!! The plumbing specialist look so annoyed when we interrupted her lunch at 11am and was completely unhelpful! If Im spending thousands of dollars on a kitchen remodel, it wont be here!
My wife and I visited the store to look for bathroom fixtures and fittings. The selection was very poor and the staff showed no interest in us whatsoever. Customer service is a complete joke.
Walked in with my family and the staff didnt bother to offer any help or even say hello.
GREAT FOR BATHROOMS
Awful customer service!
Poor work, overpriced, and lousy customer service.
