Our experience with Raleigh Discount Appliance was terrific from the point that we entered the showroom to delivery of our refrigerator. Our salesperson,Mercy, was extremely knowledgeable and took her time helping us make our selection. We shopped around a bit, but found no better prices, even in the big box stores. Our delivery team, were very skilled, prompt, personable, and polite. Start to finish this was a great experience. I look forward to working with Raleigh Discounted Appliance in the future.

When I brought my washing machine a week later it was malfunctioning. I called the owner at the store and in two days they brought me a better one out and they were very professional. I have recommended this store to my friends and family. Thank you for your professionalism and courteous attitude.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Was sold appliances that I was told were repaired, tested, and refurbished equipment. First washer sounded like a freight train and the dryer didnt have wire clamps on a 220V circuit (Fire Hazard once insulation wears through from vibration). When called, they told me no refunds and that I would have to bring back for exchange because I didnt pay for delivery (and therefore, they wouldnt come out to service a few miles away). So, I brought back. Was told I must have damaged by transporting. Their techs/delivery personnel told me that I could not have damaged by transporting. They exchanged for another set (Better). I was repeatedly told I could not damage them transporting them by their techs so I took with me. Worked fine for two weeks and the washer burnt up (smoking/smelling). When I called, they said no warranty since I didnt take (i.e. pay for) delivery and must have damaged during transport (but it worked for two weeks with three kids/lots of laundry). All this was inside their 30d warranty period from the original purchase date of the first set and they didnt exchange or refund. THEY DONT HAVE A WARRANTY. Im out $750.

Just one in here. I was trying to find a fridge and freezer. I get all the way to the back before somebody greets me from the office. I tell him I wanna freezer he says he doesn’t have any, than I ask about the fridges he does have and he’s too busy on his phone to respond or even stand up and act social. A minute later he finally says huh, and I just respond nvm I’ll go somewhere else.It’s also dimly lit which make it harder to see how dirty and stained some appliances are.

Got a French Door Stainless Steel Refrigerator at a really good price. For a pre-owned appliance, it is working in perfect conditions. The Staff is very friendly and one thing I noticed is that this store is very clean and all of their appliances look like new. I purchased three kitchen appliances from Louis: a fridge, dishwasher and stove. The dishwasher wouldnt power on, he replaced it. The new fridge (still had the plastic on the stainless) had no kick plate. It was a limited edition fridge and it took Louis a bit of time to locate one, but in the end he was a man of his word and got one for me. Bottom line...I would do business with Louis again.

I had been searching around for a full kitchen set and I finally found Raleigh Discount Appliances through their Facebook ad. I called their store and told them exactly what I needed. Claudia was very nice and patience, she sent me several pictures of the appliances available and gave me a quote over the phone. She also gave me relevant information regarding the warranty and condition of all the appliances. After I spoke with her, I was very confident to buy the entire kitchen set over the phone. Delivery was extremely quickly and I was completely pleased with the condition and quality of the appliances. Everything works perfectly and I’m just really glad I found them before I went ahead and commit to buying new. I would definitely recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE! Dont waste your time or money with this business. We were looking for a washer and dryer and saw this place online. We walked in that day, and found a washer/dryer set for $300. Its a fee of $60 to deliver it, so we took it home with us. They have a 30 day guarantee with their products. After about 2 weeks with the set, the washer wasnt draining water. We had to hand scoop the water with a mug and squeeze the clothes to not break the dryer. I called them, they said Oh thats so odd, well give you another one. We then had to pay the $60 fee to deliver it, because they needed to take the broken one, and deliver the new. Then about 3 weeks later, that one broke as well. Following that, the dryer stopped drying properly too.It is VERY clear that they put a temporary bandaid on the problem so itll work for a few weeks and get them cleared for their 30 day BS. When I called the manager and asked why they kept breaking, he proceeded to tell me how busy he was and that he didnt have enough staff and was overwhelmed. While I felt bad, that should not effect the experience and quality of products a customer gets. We gave them multiple chances to come fix the BROKEN ones they kept giving us, and every time, they continued to fail and be a hassle. DONT GO HERE, dont spend your time or money. The worst business Ive ever seen.

Bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from out of state with a friends help. Was told the appliances we chose were brand new. Washer and dryer had been painted when they arrived and the $1300 fridge stopped working after one week.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! We have had nothing but an awful experience. We were sold a refrigerator that had issues from the beginning. They have sent techs out several times to essentially patch the problems. Even the techs have said the issue is far bigger than just fixing. Ice maker never worked, the cooling goes in and out, and it makes very loud noises all the time. I was told no refund even if it was sold to us working improperly. I have reported this business to the news and I would recommend everyone else that has had the same issues (seems like alot) to do the same.

Drove out my way to check this place out on a Monday at 4pm get here and its closed but online and on door of store says closes at 6pm... Very unprofessional no letter with reasoning or anything. Im glad I found their Ad on facebook. Sales personnel was very nice and patience by helping me find the right washer and dryer set. I got a great deal for a Samsung Washer and Dryer set for almost 50% off of regular retail price. Delivery was good just a little delay but the items arrived in perfect conditions, they even helped me install both machines. Im very satisfied with my purchase, I would definitely recommend this place.

I have tried to talk to them to see how we can resolve this issue with their washer machines not working in a amicable way, but they refuse to listen and instead spend the whole time on the phone screaming at me for writing a bad review. Now I begin to believe what people have said about this business. So sad we could not get this resolved in a professional manner, gave them many chances to be better, but not worth the time and aggravation.

Do not fall for their deals! Once they get all of payment from you they do not care about your experience. They came and delivered a stove and fridge for me two days late.They left the fridge on the porch and told me that I couldnt put it in alone that he would be back to help me. I called everyday for four days to see when they could help me put it inside the house, he rudely told me that that was not his responsibility and I was basically screwed if I wanted my money back! He says because he doesnt have any staff he cant take calls or go out to do any work. You are better off buying an appliance from an individual then dealing with a business like this one.

Horrible service, seems nice at first but didn’t let us know bout no refund, their appliances look nice and cheap but some don’t work. We exchanged it a couple times until we just gave up. A waste of time and money I’m not getting back, I don’t recommend this place.

Im typing this as I wait here for the owner to give me a refund... been waiting for about 20 minutes in his office. I believe he went off site to go get me the cash without telling me. His communication is the worst and you will see for yourself if you shop here. OMG! This was the worst customer service experiences Ive ever experienced... It all started when I came in to purchase a used dryer. Paid FIFTY dollars extra just to have it delivered between 1- 2 PM TWO DAYS AGO. They never showed up and I took off of work just to be here. When asked where they were theyre always just TEN MINUTES AWAY. 10 mins from my address is where the store is. But, anyway. When I called them to cancel (because I had to leave) he promised me that he would call the following day at 8:30pm. I made time to wait. Again, no call. When I asked him he made several lame excuses and didnt seem to understand why I was upset. Then said he is TEN MINUTES AWAY. He also kept calling me BRO even after I told him to refer to me as SIR. He then got frustrated and offered a refund because he didnt want to deal with me. He honestly, couldve just apologized, refunded me the $50 AND KEPT the $169. However, he offered the entire thing. So, we hung up after he told me to give him a few minutes to get it refunded. However, as you can imagine. That did not happen!!! Then, I call him back. He said its gonna take awhile but he would call me when its handled. HE DID NOT CALL ME BACK. Then, I call Navy Federal Credit Union several times and they did not see the refund initiated whatsoever. So, here I am this morning, attempting to get a refund in person. He never apologized for his poor customer service and never said Thank You either. THIS IS A [step] Mom & Pop spot... for the hassle youll waist here... you can go on a major website and pay a little more for stellar service and delivery. This gentleman Luis could have easily mitigated this situation and still made money plus had my old washer and dryer for free. HE REALLY DROPPED THE BALL. Shop here if you want. Amazing appliance store better than any other great service

I practically gave away more then $700 to this business, their appliances do not work and they like to say appliances are checked before sold, obviously it is not checked successfully. When I shopped here I thought I was getting a great deal. My first set did not work and after weeks of waiting for a response they said they fixed the problem and brought the washer back and it still did not work, it had the same issue. Now I have a washer that does not match the dryer and they basically told me to deal with it. The washer that I ultimately ended up with after all the back & forth still does not work. My suggestions are if you are going to spend so much already, like in my case just save the extra $300 to get a brand new set; like the one I originally purchased. It will save you much frustration, disappointment, time and money! Thanks
