They generally have what Im looking for. Service can be great or mediocre depending on the employee. The place is large, clean, well organized and easy to navigate thanks to clear signage. Covid protocols are in place.
I had an exceptional experience with the Geek Squad. I scheduled an appointment for repair and dropped off my phone at the scheduled time and had no wait. The person was very efficient and checked me in and told me my phone would be done in 90 minutes. I returned and the person who helped me came right out with my repaired phone. It seems unexpected, but should be normal. Great job!
What an absolute joy to shop at Best Buy!! I have been there quite a few times recently and have received over the top service. The manager was friendly and enthusiastic. You could tell he enjoys people and makes it a top priority to hire the right ones for the job. They have awesome shift managers, customer service reps, and sales people. It was time for a new computer so I went to Best Buy near Southpoint and in Raleigh and Im glad I did. I spoke to 3 staff on different occasions and found them to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me understand all the differences in the operating systems and narrowed down my choices based on my criteria. They really helped me make a decision that Im happy with.

Took my new chromebook in for an keyboard issue and it was returned to me damaged. The bottom of the chromebook was scratched and scraped up like someone took a knife to it. The charger that came with the chromebook no longer charges it and doesnt even recognize that a charger is even connected to it. The lid looks like someone wrote on it..drawing little doodles on it. Never had any problems with it besides the keyboard until took it to best buy. Had the Chromebook less than four months and it looks like someone had it for for years.
My sd card broke in half I went into the store on capitol Blvd and a guy from geek squad told me to look on YouTube to put it back together wasn’t very helpful at all. I was about to leave until a guy named Claude waved and came toward me asking me if I needed anything I explained to him my issue and he offered this usb sd card reader stick and to tape my sd card back together. I was able to recover all of my footage and I just wanna say he gave the absolute best customer service I have received in a very long time. I have cried because the footage saved was from when my children were babies thank you so much Claude -lifesaver
The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me solidify my choice of a mesh router and shared their personal experience of why the specific product I bought would work best for me. Glad this is my local store.

I had to wait awhile for assistances. The staff would walk past you and not even ask if you need help or tell you they are going to send someone to help and never did. But once I did get some help the associate was very helpful
I highly recommend Nate Moore, Geek Squad consultant, at Best Buy. He was super helpful trying to update my computer issues. Nate was kind and patient, and I really appreciate how he when above and beyond to help me. Even though it was getting late and his shift was up, he stayed long enough to make sure that I was taken care of.
This Best Buy location has everything. I was so surprised but in a good way. Staff was very helpful, the next time Im in NC, I will shop here again.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT!!!We have brought our electronics and cell phones from Best Buy, but Ill never buy another item from them since you cant get a human being to answer the phone!!!!!

Couple weeks ago I posted a review praising this best buy . I would like to retract my review. They continued to push the delivery date of my TV back until finally just canceling my order without informing me . The credit card they signed me up for has not arrived and the first bill is coming due .DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BEST BUY ! I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE, WALMART SOMEHOW BEATS THESE GUYS.

One star is too high of a rating for the unacceptable service we received. We were not greeted or offered assistance when we entered the appliance area even though there were 3 people without customers at the desk. When someone finally acknowledged our presence,, we made it clear before the over $3,000 purchase that the install had to happen before the end of month because the purchase was replacing a wall microwave and oven unit that no longer worked. The unit stopped working shortly after the install and we could not get anyone to come out to repair it immediately with the warranty plan they sold us. Completely UNACCEPTABLE to be treated as if we were invisible and to not get immediate warranty service for an obvious installation error.
Joshua helped us with a Ring doorbell and Security system. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really helped with our choices. I recommend him highly when shopping this store.
I have been choosing this location even when there are more convenient ones for me, purely based on the level of customer service. The management is superior, and a world class example of how management really impacts employee morale. I have never left the store without complimenting an employee.

Its basically become a post-Covid Circuit City (ominous?). They have appliances and simple accessories, but if you need something specific beyond a television, laptop, or refrigerator, just have Amazon deliver it and save yourself the disappointment.

I went in there looking for a battery operated coffee mug Tumblr for my wife. I saw them in other Best buys but this one did not have it. I saw sales associates two in the fat with each other instead of servicing customers. I eventually went to one of the girls at the pickup desk who didnt know where it might be and directing me to another lady behind the service desk. She could not find it on the shells nor could she find it on her computer. I know Best buy carries it and it runs for an expensive $130 because my son-in-law bought one at Christmas from Best Buy.
I went in knowing I was going to be looking and pricing out a downdraft stove and refrigerator. I had 2 choices of stove (just cause they just dont make them much) they had the one I wanted to look at - thrilled I could actually put my hands on it! You can only research so much. Xavier Baker assisted me with my questions and pointed out other features I didnt know of. Stove Done! We moved onto a refrigerator, Xavier was very knowledgeable on the products listened to what was important to us but yet was fun showing off the more fancy over the top models just not for us. Not pushy at all. I have been in retail/customer management for many years. It was truly a pleasure to work with him. He did work out the best price he could-we were comparing to another retailer. It was an easy choice to purchase with Best Buy. Cant wait to get my new appliances! Keep up the great work Xavier!

Do not buy a phone there! Its very difficult to get phones activated especially with T mobile/Sprint. I waited over an hour and had to get a refund because the store was closing and the process could not be completed. They do not have access to the system. Everything has to done by phone by the customer. Go to a corporate store for T Mobile/ Sprint
So, I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy back in May 2020. When the guy came to install it, he said that it couldn’t be installed due to fit. That was fine. He said that in the matter of two days, I’d have my refund. Guess what? It’s almost August 2020. I’ve been on the phone with several people have several case numbers and have been promised a refund, but still have NOT gotten my refund. 12+ hours of my time wasted with multiple transfers and too many hang ups to count. Best Buy swears that they are a customer service forward company, well that’s clearly a lie. They don’t care about their customers and they swindle people. I’m out of $625 with no product to even justify the loss of money. And even though they are the only company that has the fridge that we want, my $1700 will be spent elsewhere. Horrible customer service and their supervisors don’t even want to speak to anyone on the phone.
Very organized store. Very clean and sanitize. Plenty of great smiles from their very helpful staff. They even have a guy that everyone calls the golly giant . It might be because he is like 8 foot tall and looks so golly. This location is where i pick up all the tech that i get if i do not order it offline. Nice place i give 5 stars

Took my laptop i bought in Nov because it could not keep a charge. Never communicated with me status of my service, that was all up to me to figure out. Had enough and went in to store this evening after weeks of different reasons for delays. My laptop had been trashed because it could not be fixed. I could get store credit. By the way, I would have to buy a new geek squad warranty.

Geek Squad here are extremely kind and get everything done. They know exactly what to do and answer all your questions and support right there and then and if you have or need something else they or someone else can help with they get it done.

I drove an hour to buy a TV that the website said was in stock. It was not. However all is not lost. A very polite woman helped me choose one. I would have rather had the other one but I am still happy with the purchase I made well worth the trip.
Spacious store with good collection. Customer service is super slow. Management need to add more staff and also train to multitask and teach people skills. I.e greetings, acknowledgement, be considerate etc.

Purchased a razor laptop plus the warranty. Was told that if I needed the computer while being repaired to use in class, that a loaner would be given. Did not happen. Called Tim, the manager, told me that he would expedite the repair and would have it back in one week. When I took him the laptop, he said it would be 2 weeks. Now he has had it for 4 weeks. Still no laptop. I called numerous times tonight and stayed on hold for over 20 minutes. Called back 3 times after that and the recording hangs up on me. Very poor customer service. Last purchase I’ll make at Best Buy.
