Got a couple of Cadet Pro toilets today. Mack was on the counter and did a great job and Bill pulled the order and he was excellent as well. This is the best plumbing supply house in Raleigh hands down. They have great inventory, prices, and customer service. Just FYI if you want a really good flushing toilet get a Cadet Pro, and buy it here. They do not have this model at the box stores.

I am very thankful that we chose to order our new cook top through Wilkinson. We have had quite a fiasco receiving 3 defective cook tops. Wilkinson was not at fault with any of the 3 units. It was a manufacturing issue. However, Wilkinson was extremely responsive to our issue ensuring that each unit was returned and we received one that was in good condition. They were a liaison between me and the manufacturer during the process. I felt frustrated with the manufacturer in this situation and their lack of responsiveness but felt taken care of by Wilkinson. We had a great experience with Becca at Wilkinson Supply in Raleigh. She did a terrific job listening to our specific needs and putting together options for our bathroom remodel. Her choices matched what we had in mind exactly. Becca was also very responsive to our emails. We experienced no issues with the selection, purchase, or delivery of our order. The installers we hired also had everything they needed to complete the installation process quickly and easily.

I went to a competitor with a specialty fixture and they reached out to the manufacturer for parts by emailing the manufacturer rep, still no response from either the store or the rep (it has been 3-weeks). Wilkinson found the parts onsite and held onto some important parts I mistakenly left behind. Richard, Jeff, Dottie and everyone I interacted with there was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Cant recommend this place enough! It is rare for anyone to treat your problem as their problem, I received that kind of service at Wilkinson Supply.

First of all, Im a repeat/account holding client of Wilkinson. I have been shopping here since 2012 for my plumbing supplies because of the folks who work here. What I mean is, they make me feel welcomed here, like Im a friend. I really appreciate this friendly/real down to earth atmosphere. The bonus is their prices are good,or is it the other way around?! I see myself doing business here for years come. Mack is in a band,Richard is a retired Plumber full of knowledge, Bob is the water heater specialist, Dave is the Mgr, then there is Jeanie,Chad, Jason, Steve, Frank, Gary, Stephanie, Laurie, Bill, Kenny. They also have lunch at least once a month,yesterday we had hot dogs and soda.

We purchased a sink and faucet from Wilkinson ~3 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen and had a very positive experience so we didnt hesitate to go back when it was time to remodel a couple of our bathrooms. Courtney was extremely helpful when we were trying to select all the plumbing fixtures and accessories we needed, making sure that we had all our bases covered . She was very patient with us and answered all our questions which was a huge plus as we are plumbing novices. And for one item I selected, she suggested I look at a nearly identical item in another brand at a considerable savings. I did some price comparisons and while the total cost for all our items was slightly higher, the expertise Courtney provided, one-stop-shopping vs purchasing items separately, free delivery, and the fact that they held our items until we were ready for them (we had limited space) more than made up for the small cost difference. Well definitely be back in the future.

I had a wonderful experience buying a Bluestar range and wall oven in a custom color from Wilkinson. Paul Martens my sales person was the most knowledgeable person I have ever met on the topic. He walked me through the pros and cons of each brand and made sure I knew the trade offs I was making. I ended up with EXACTLY what I wanted and Paul checked in and made sure I was happy and offered ongoing assistance. I cannot imagine a better experience. Highly, highly recommended.

Purchase of $11K worth of highest end appliances one of which was a total lemon product, company unwilling to exchange or replace or refund.We bought $11K worth of highest end appliances 2012 from Wilkkinsons for our custom home. They sold them to us with utmost sincerity and we thought hey theyll stand behind us if anything should not work. (Capital cooking range, Miele DW, frigidaire Freezer, Fridge and Oven/Micro). Of all 5 appliances ONE of these: Frigidaire Freezer has been a complete bust - within first year needed servicing for leaking fluid, bad pipe, bad circulation. Warranty covers this. We report it saying hey thats a lot of service issues within first year, this is a faulty unit, (confirmed by the serviceperson as a lemon) and requested them to replace it. No they said, its within warrranty its normal to give Frigidaire a chance to fix it. This is after we told them we had to throw out $300 worth of frozen foods EACH SERVICE VISIT (it had rotted before they could come out to fix) thats $600 worth of tangible damage and heres the most horrifying part: HAD TO THROW BREAST MILK FOR AN INFANT bc freezer broke down. INHUMANE AND AWFUL AND HORRIFYING. NO TANGIBLE COST TO THIS. They didnt care, no sympathy just passed it onto being Frigidaires problem. Next year 2 service calls, one for a power failure and another due to leaking fluid again. Frigiadire keeps saying well fix it and they do, until the next time something else breaks. I JUST WANT A NEW UNIT THAT DOESNT NEED FIXING EVERY 6 MONTHS. I DIDNT BUY IT FROM FRIGIDAIRE I BOUGHT IT FROM YOU WILKINSON so I think YOU should replace the unit you sold me. Here is the final response I received after multiple phone calls emails to their CEO and Sales person:We have discussed this situation at length. We believe that Electrolux/Frigidaire has provided you with appropriate service and has handled the issues in a timely matter. The latest issue was unfortunately caused by external cause and not a product failure. Even in this situation we believe Electrolux/Frigidaire has responded with an appropriate solution, even though failure due to power outage is outside of the scope of the warranty. We at Wilkinson certainly empathize with the situation, but with the knowledge of what Electrolux/Frigidaire has done to date, we have decided to not replace the unit at this point.BOTTOM LINE: I expected highest level of customer service and if Im saying within first year of purchasing a product hey Im not happy, replace it, YOU NEED TO HABE INTEGRITY TO REPLACE IT. PERIOD. How many new mothers would tolerate OUTRAGE of throwing their precious breast milk out bc a high end freezer isnt doing its job??? Pathetic and SHAME ON YOU WILKINSON for not taking this more seriously and saying hey even though Frigiadire has washed its hands off you, since you walked into OUR store, WE will take responsibility and make you happy. If youre looking to just browse, Ferguson has a much larger selection. If you know what you want to buy, Wilkerson is a decent option, although not the most competitively priced choice.

Terrible customer service. Tried talking to multiple reps, including the boss Paul who never returned my messagez. Its taken a month and a half to get a brand new LEMON of a dishwasher fixed. When the tech finally came, Wilkinson didnt tell us, so we missed the appointment. Itll be another week before we *might* have a working dishwasher.
