Ive gone through a lot of cars. Bought new, bought used, bought cheap, bought expensive. I bought this past week from Puyallup Car and Truck one of the worst vehicles Ford has ever built (2007 Ford F-350 with 6.0L Diesel). The experience couldnt have been better, couldnt have been smoother, couldnt have been faster.I asked a quick question on-line, got an immediate response from Javier. I then visited three other dealerships on the way to Puyallup to look at one other model car I was thinking of and none of the three even had the car they had posted on Craigslist. Finally got to Puyallup Car and Truck. The truck was out front. It was detailed. Air freshers were throughout. Leather was washed and waxed. Salesman came out and I said I was here to look at this truck and he said Are you Mike? Javier was fetched and within five minutes we were on the road. He told me to take it on the highway and see what itll do - he had full faith I wasnt going to blow it up.I brought it back to the dealer and said lets do it. Within five minutes I had a fresh espresso in my hand from their machine, I was haggling with the Sales Manager (Also great) about price, and within an hour from setting foot on the lot I had a loan with my preferred bank, the truck I came down for, and a triple espresso for my long drive back to Wenatchee. A+++ Guys.
This was my first time going to a used car dealership and I was expecting the cliché greasy car salesman using high pressure sales tactics run around but I got outstanding, patient and very helpful service. I took 4 hours of this young salesman time, Jon was his name, and he seemed more than happy to make sure I got the right car and I did, my car is fantastic and the price was right as well. Best car buying experience Ive ever had I came in a customer and felt like I left a friend thank you guys especially Jon, you are a smart, kind all around stand up young gentleman who I can see running that place one day.
It is rare that I take the time to do a review . Went to Puyallup Car And Truck to look at a 1 ton flatbed for my business. It would not work for what I needed but I still ended up leaving with a new vehicle. I have to say experience was great. The main reason for this was the salesman Tyler Happ. While I was looking at the truck with Jayson the store manager Tyler was talking to my wife . He gave her an espresso from their espresso machine which I had one later it was awesome and then proceeded to show her suburban that she had spotted on the lot. He is a credit to their company; Patient, knowledgeable, polite and just a really nice person. My wife talked me into taking a test drive in the suburban with her and Tyler. During the test drive we fell in love with the suburban. When we go back to store my wife informed me that we were going home with a new suburban. Tyler and Jayson made the whole process easy. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you guys!!!
I worked with Gage while looking for a vehicle. Puyallup Cars and Trucks had a great selection and the prices were solid. Gage was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on hand. He was also patient and courteous, and was the only salesmen out of many to have greeted and acknowledged by girlfriend. I will certainly be back here next time I need a vehicle.
Best dealership in Puyallup. Jason always come to the rescue. Amazing place to shop for a car or truck
Jason and Tyler are fantastic! They didn’t try pushing anything or rush me, even though I showed up 30 min before closing they stuck it out! Gave me great customer service and treated me like an old buddy! If the truck runs half as good as there attitudes while I own it I’ll be alright! Even Got a call today from Jason saying he got me a better deal and lowered the payment a little more! What dealership does that? None I’ve dealt with! Until today
Best place to buy a car or truck. amazing service. not pushy. the perfect buying experience. this is actually my 2nd truck from here. first 1 lasted me 5 years and was still running strong. never an issue. was time to upgrade so came back. truck i wanted to see was already pulled up waiting for me and once again got great service from everyone. great price. i will be back again.
Bought a used wrangler here two months ago. I knew what I was looking for and feel like we got a good price on a great vehicle. There was no run-around or pressure here to buy, and we visited five different dealers and test drove over a dozen vehicles of the same model in order to zero in on what we wanted. I did my homework online to know what to look out for in a used vehicle and Puyallup Car & Truck gave us the Car Fax, and all the vehicle history they knew. Adam the sales manager has been very helpful after the purchase too. What more can be expected?
Bought a used car and I got a fair deal. There were some minor issues with the car and they fixed them. They had no obligation to fix them and Adam squared me away; great integrity. I will use them again in the future and refer them to other people. Jonathan was great and Rex added a nice touch by leaving a folded American flag on the dash. Great way to treat a veteran.
We recently bought a BMW X5 from Puyallup Car & Truck. Without a doubt the best service Ive received while buying a car. I was personally taken care of by Morty, Adam, Jason and Ken. They made my trade in very easy and went above and beyond to get my family into a beautiful, safe and reliable car. I would recommend!
Awesome staff, great place to buy a truck. The customer service is on point, they make you feel like your family & tell you how it is. Overall great experience. Ask for Jon, hell hook you up!
Just bought an 09 F350 from them. Everything went smooth and we are very happy with our Truck. Customer service was a solid experience. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.
This hidden jewel amongst the big bullies down in Puyallup is definitely worth checking out. The inventory is top-notch & the staff is laid back & easy to deal with...go see Jason or Tyler & youll be treated right !!!
I came back because I bought my first truck 6 years ago from here. It was a great truck. The sale was fast and smooth. So when I saw the GMC I have been thinking about getting I had to come see it. Once again a great experiance. Fast and smooth.
The manager Jason always tries to help us out and is up front with what we can afford and what the best financing options are for us. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
This car lot lives up to the worst stereotypes of used car sales. From the get-go in my interactions with the staff they are friendly and personable and act like your friend but as soon as you sign on the dotted line its like you are dead to them. Whatever you do DO NOT buy a vehicle from these guys without a thorough mechanical inspection no matter how much they tell you everything has been checked out. From reading the yelp reviews they seem to have a pattern of passing off defective vehicles as mechanically sound.I would literally choose any other dealership in the Puyallup valley than ever step foot on this lot again.Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
Javier was great at helping make a deal, called a company that fixed the truck i was looking at and found out that information was good. i appreciated the prompt service!
The sales men dont jump on you when you enter the lot, very respectful of the elderly and women .I bought a beautiful car from this lot very good experience. Thanks guys
Jason and Jon did a fantastic job getting me into my new F-150. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy their next used car.
Bought a Yukon Denali and a Infiniti FX from Adam. And both times were great. I mean my wife loves the convenience of buying here cause I feel like they just told you how they see it. . I noticed that (not talking about my buying experiences) Even if things were not 5 stars with others I saw buying cars. If the customer expressed what they were feeling to the sales team. They did their bestTo make it a 5 star experience. I thought that was pretty cool. And their inventory of cool trucks was surprising. They are tucked in on the backside of the other dealers. A lot of people dont take the time to drive through there but they have gotten some nice cars and TRUCKS back there.
You guys were top noch and did a great job in selling me this car. 5 stars for sure
Bought a jeep here. Got a great deal and got great financing which they worked hard to get because I have no credit. Had some problems initially, but they stood by their product and spent a lot of money having issues fixed for me which is a loss for them. I bought it at is, so they didnt have to help. Nothing but good things to say about the whole team.
Adam was great. Worked his butt off to find the car to fit my situation and then worked equally hard to get me the best financing. I tell all me friends to see him.
Adam and the Guys are top notch, very accommodating and Ive never had buyers remorse buying from Puyallup Car & Truck. This the 3rd vehicle purchased but not the last.Gary & Dawn
Careful with this dealer, they put gas in a diesel truck and sold it to someone. They will not take responsibility for their mistakes, or help costumers they sell bad vehicles too. Buy at your own risk.
Very rude salesmen working there they kept trying to pressure to pull up my credit after i told repeatedly that i dont want to do that until i know for sure its a car i want to buy. And they offered my trade in so low yo where i felt insulted I would never buy a car from there
We have been looking for a Mazda 5 & we found the ad for a Mazda 5 on Craigs list. I talked to Tyler who did a great job on the phone He was professional & clear and set good expectations for our visit to your dealership. When we arrived we were met by Javier. Javier had the vehicle parked right out front & ready for us. We were free to look over the vehicle & then went for a test drive with Jason. Jason answered all of our questions, took us & the car to Les Schwab so we could know about the health of tires & brakes. We were given the Car Fax report and an additional phone call at Les Schwab for a full report of the maintenance that was performed. Jason was very up front with the purchase price, no hassels. Great people. Great experience. I will recommend doing business here to family & friends
Best place ever. JOHANNES IS THE BEST! HAVE HIM HELP YOU!
Yesterday was a bad day, I blew a headgasket on my Ranger, I contacted Puyallup Car and Truck and explained the situation and had no way to look at the van they had listed on Craigslist. They not only came out to pick me up but gave me a great price on the rig. Ive truthfully neer experienced service of this magnitude.
The best of the best! Honest guys who really care about their customers on and off the lot!
Get serves best place to get or fix any car
Sales guy Javier Sanchez was very professional and helpful, my brother credit always gets mixed up with my credit and they took care of me, Ill definitely look here for cars in the future.
Very professional, friendly staff non hovering help, really works with you to make a great deal.
Kenny and Jason are awesome! Great staff here!
Awesome deals and great customer service. You will like dealing with these guys.
This dealership scams people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!They will sell you a lemon and as you all know the laws arent that great to protect us consumers. We all know the dealership can see their reviews, and I find it funny reviewing Google user reviews always have 5 star rating... Lol good cover guys. You have scammed to many people and I only hope people read all these reviews and realize they should go elsewhere!!Its really sad you dirt bags arent trying to fix your mistake. Dont buy from scammers!!
I like everything about the sale of the car i will come back thank you very much
Probably the best inventory Ive seen in Puyallup for such a small independent dealer
1.0 star rating 9/5/2017Do not do business here.Get your own mechanic to look at the vehicle.I did---one day after buying the vehicle !On New Years Eve, we purchased a 4-wheel drive truck from Puyallup Car and Truck.Manager Jason Howell said our truck had been completely gone through and inspected and met stringent conditions for a PRCO aftermarket warranty he could sell also sell us.Mr. Jason Howell assured us the Washington State Dept of Licensing audits and regulates dealers and he and his salesmen, Simon and Monty, assured us they only sold top-notch used trucks.Immediately driving the truck off their lot, it began belching smoke and I drove it over to Sunset Ford. They discovered our trucks 4-wheel drive system was broken (no 4-wheel drive), the fuel coolant system was bone dry as it had no coolant in the radiator (large leak), the batteries were dead and the alternator/electrical system was not charging properly. Oil was leaking from the drain pan plug and other hoses were leaking. The Ford dealership said they could not guarrantee any repairs to our new trucks electrical system due to obvious fire hazard liabililty. When these deficiencies were pointed out to Puyallup Car and Truck I asked for an immediate refund the first business day they were open after the New Year.I pointed out to owner Mr. Brautigan--that the day before-- his contract writer, Mr. Howell, promised and assured us we were getting a truck that was inspected and merchantible but one day later it has all these pre-existing issues--which no warranty would cover.Owner Ken Brautigan said we bought as is and under the law my wife and I had no recourse. Many dealerships give 72 hours to rescind an agreement; Puyallup Car and Truck does not. However, to Mr. Brautigans credit, he did agree to look at the repairs our truck needed. The repairs took 3 months and cost them three thousand dollars ($3000)--during which time we placed no personal miles on our truck and we had no use of our truck.Three times they picked up the truck and brought the truck back to us.Each of the three times the truck did not start.During this time, Puyallup Car and Truck also placed over 500 miles on our truck running errands under the pretext of road testing it.The detailer for Puyallup Car and Truck, Carlos, said that they used our truck for errand running. When confronted, Puyallup Car and Truck informed us they had no idea how these 500 extra miles got on our truck during the three months they possessed our truck for repair. But these odometer miles are from repair invoices and documented in the State of Washington Attorney General Report, in the State of Washington Department of Licensing Report and in the Better Business Bureau BBB Report.During these three months, Puyallup Car and Truck delivered our 4-wheel drive truck back to us three times. As mentioned above, each time it would not start.(The first time Puyallup Car and Truck attempted a repair, it came back to us with no coolant --one battery--of two--was changed out but the truck still could not start. Compromising the reliability of our truck, Puyallup Car and Truck had placed over 150 miles running our truck on errands to Marysville with a completely empty and dry fuel radiator as documented on repair invoices.)Puyallup Car and Truck took our 4-wheel drive truck to Sunset Ford, Korum Ford, Milam Ford and to Toomey Auto Electric (all businesses in Puyallup) just to get the vehicle in merchantible condition as Mr. Jason Howell assured us it was when we purchased it ! Puyallup Car and Truck spent approximately $3000 to get our truck running. During these three months I repeatedly asked Puyallup Car and Truck to rescind the deal. Our documented report to the State of Washington Attorney General and to the State of Washington Department of Licensing--and to the BBB-- showed we placed a total of no personal miles on the truck; Puyallup Car and Truck placed over 500 miles on our truck using it as a vehicle to run errands.Do not do business here.
This place ripped off a hard working family man. Who busted his ass to get this truck to just be robbed by modern day thiefs. You have damaged this family. And took away there right at life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. So to me that makes you sound un american. Robbing this man and his family of there 4th admendment. Do to your lack of responce or any help fullness to even try to make it right or at least better makes you the worst business owner. And its a shame to share a state with a man like you and share community with a man like you and ever more to share a last name with you and have you run the Ashby name through the mud. I hope you get what you desurve and thats forclosure.
I have purchased two cars from puyallup car and truck the first time everything was fine i got a good car and really enjoyed dealing with the sales team so that is why i went back when it was time to buy a new car...this time i am far from satisfied with the experience the car was sold to me with a non working horn ( witch they neglected to tell me before hand) than two days later the air bag light came on in the car indicating that the air bags are faulty so when i brought it up to the manager i was told it wasnt there problem that i had to fix it now i have had the car about 3 weeks and the service engine soon light is on so the sold me a 13,000 car that is a POS i will never buy from them again nor will i ever send someone to puyallup car and truck for a car
Good car lot good people Quality Service went there to look at something and they didnt have what I needed but they went online and searched to find the vehicle that I wanted but at the moment it just was not out there but a very helpful place
Fourth vehicle from them. Fair price and happy with all four.
