I’ve had my truck for 2 months now and I’m loving it. Great staff very knowledgeable they explained everything to me and found ways for me to understand the things I didn’t understand. I had certain things I wanted on my truck and they didn’t stop until they found the truck that matched it and it was at a good price on top of getting me a interest rate that was literally half of what my previous rate was. I had a very minor issue with my battery and they fixed it right away. I’ve never been to a dealership with this great customer service. When buying used as is vehicles you have to realize eventually something is going to go bad that’s the nature of the beast but this dealership was willing to get the issue fix and was happy to do so. I’d go back to this dealership in a heart beat for my next vehicle.

I just bought a 4Runner from these guys and I have to say it was one of the easier car buying experience I’ve had and I’m 64 so this isn’t my first car . As with any car dealership they want to jump on the paperwork ASAP to lock you in but I’ve seen much more aggressive car salesmen so these guys are alright, I would recommend them to a friend .

Worst experience weve ever had with a dealership. Liars and will never go back for future vehicles. Do not recommend. Shouldve saw it coming with the holes in their explanation and lack of actual facts. If youre gonna even think about test driving a car make sure you take it out without the dealer and make at least 5 stops. Turn the car completely off and back on during those stops to see if any codes or issues pop up on the vehicle. They wipe the codes to pass inspection and sell it as is.

Worst experience ever at Maxx auto! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They do not stand by their product. Then when try to talk to them and make it right they gang up on you and bully you. They drag it out as long as possible with no contact. This dealer is a joke. No customer service. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Mr. Wayne is a very honest salesman, he is upfront with you with whatever car you want to buy. I found this dealership by reading the google reviews before I made my attempt to buy a car from them. I got approved for a 2009 Yukon Denali 157000 miles, with no issues and I’m very happy with it. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, that is the best part. Very friendly staff as well.

Our initial interactions with Maxx Auto Plus were positive. We purchased a vehicle a little over a year ago and have been very happy with it. Until recently Ive gladly recommended this dealership to friends.This month I was pulled over and ticketed for my window tint being too dark. I was confused, as we hadnt changed anything about the vehicle since purchase. I went home and looked up the law and found it is indeed illegal to sell a vehicle that does not comply with the law. I initially assumed we were dealing with a simple mistake. I took the car to a tint shop and had them verify the level of tint and confirm that it was indeed illegal. He recommended I speak to the dealership and have them remove the tint. Over the next several days, I attempted to contact the dealership. My first call I was transferred to someone who told me he was sorry that had happened, then asked if he could call me back in a few minutes. I never received a call back. My second call the next day I was transferred to a managers voicemail. I left my information and never received a call back despite requesting one. The third contact was attempted through email. I did not receive any response.At this point I had limited time to respond to the ticket, so wound up paying out of pocket for removal.I had hoped that this would be a simple matter, and that this dealership would be happy to rectify their oversight. Had they demonstrated that level of customer service, Id have been happy to return for our next vehicle.Instead Ive had to deal with the stress and expense of a ticket and getting something resolved with my vehicle that should never have been an issue.Id advise future customers to check potential purchases carefully. You may think youre making a good faith purchase of a street legal vehicle...but if thats found not to be the case after purchase you will most likely be ignored.While I dont expect to always get what Im asking for in a customer service situation, I do expect at least the simple courtesy of a returned call and a genuine conversation about the issue. Clearly, that is not a level of customer service Maxx Auto is willing to provide.

I bought the car thinking there might be something Id have to fix considering its used. I took it to the place where I get my cars fixed and they checked it over. I was actually impressed when they told me there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. Whenever I buy another car someday it will be from here.Edit: 10 MONTHS later, still no problems with this car at ALL.I had to take it in for an oil change last month.

There were a few minor issues with the truck like fuel guage not working and parking brake not working but wayne went above and beyond even on his days off to make sure these issues were resolved. We drove from Oregon to purchase Fromm Maxx Autos. When we arrived, Wayne came out and helped us immediately. My husband and I are direct and do not work well with fluffy salesmen. Not only helpful but he went far beyond what any dealer/salesman I ever had experience with. Any questions I asked like shipping, total costs, more pictures. He was on top of it. Always answered me back promptly and very professional he even understood I was using insurance (because I totaled my vehicle) and was trying to work with what they gave me. They even worked with me on price! Made calls to get me the best price on shipping! These guys are awesome. Highly recommend anyone from where ever you are to give Auto Maxx a call and see what they can do for you. Mr. Suzuki was great to work with!

Wayne was amazing! We got to meet what felt like the whole crew while we were here and they were so nice. Very friendly fun environment, with fair prices and honesty and integrity that as a small business owner I can appreciate. Their sales office is clean and updated with free snacks! Ask for Wayne he will work for you to get you where you need to be to be comfortable in your own wallet, it really felt like his main concern was what we needed, not what the lot needed!
