Everything started out great. Our salesman, Joel, was top rate. It was a fun day even if they were short handed. Checked everything obvious out & were reassured their mechanical team combed over everything. Transaction complete & drive Jeep home. Noticed a lot of shake/shimmy going down the road. 2 hours later we arrive home. We got to looking a little deeper into the frame & found mounts breaking away & a lot of bad bandaid welds had been done at some point. Paperwork with loan was a nightmare. We were promised a call on Tuesday before noon. No call. We were promised to receive any changes to contract/rate to be sent by FedEx. Email with new contracts were sent instead. Very inconvenient. When the damage to vehicle was brought up, we sent pics/video as requested. Nothing addressed about that. Were the proud owners of a giant paper weight thats not safe to drive. Sad way to treat customers. 😞

If youre thinking of getting a car, DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT FINANCE OR PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE GUYS! The owner did promised a windshield on paper for them to replace the windshield of the car that we got from them. We called them every month and they said that they are ordering it, every month we call them 3 or 4 times and still the same answer.. Theyre ordering the windshield. We call them over and over again to check on the order because its been 9 months that theyve been trying to order that windshield. Yesterday, they finally said they cant get us a windshield because its been 9 months already. They lied that they tried to contact us but no one has contacted us ever since we sealed the deal. The owner is a big LIAR!

I spent a long time for talking about the price with Rafael, and it was going to be 21k out of the door, so we got the deal. But this is the contract Sean (the manager) had my cousin signed it. Btw, we are Asian and my cousin doesn’t speak English. I should have had looked at the contract before he signed it. Regretting doesn’t help, but wish god is watching us.I did call and told Sean the situation after I saw the contact, but I was told by Sean that I was rude to ask Rafael to keep his promises about fill in the gas and wash the car. I just cannot stand ppl lying in front of me while my eyes are on a dirty car and he kept on saying it’s washedThen I found the price difference on the contract and tried to reach out with Rafael. Never respond after the down payment was done.What a unpleasant experience! I wish I have looked the reviews before we decided to buy the car here. Don’t say we never been there. We had bad experience together when we bought the jeep 2014 grand Cherokee. Listing price 18,898$. Thanks to Rafael had a deal with us for 21k out of the door, but we have to pay over 26k because we are not native speakers. Rear sensor broken the day we bought. And no future response after the day we doubt the total cost… doubting about life warranty is a lie too, since ppl are not responsible here. I went to the store to discuss about the unfair contracts, manager Sean told me it’s our fault because we didn’t look into the content carefully. I guess my fault is ever trusting this dealership on what they said.

Id worked with these guys for 3 hours the prior day getting numbers and financing sorted out we had agreed to get a mechanical inspection. Everything up to this point was great till the day after at 1 I arrived to get it inspected and i have to call them twice for them to tell me the vehicle was sold from under me. Waste of time.

My husband and I went in to look for a new vehicle for me. First dealership I’ve ever worked with and I was a little surprised on how unresponsive they were. I thought I made it super easy for them when I communicated that I wanted to buy a car they had on their lot. For some reason I’ve had to call 6-7 times after filling out my application to get updates and I keep getting the run around that someone will be calling me back but no one ever follows up.

Today I traded in my car for a more convenient vehicle that I very much needed at Auto Destination. These guys here are prime. I recommend them for sure. Horrible experience with this dealership! Got an suv back in August and been in out of town for a bit. Purchased in August 2020 Temp tab expired sept and til this day 03/17 21 havent received my plates/registration. Made multiple attempts to contact them and nothing was taken care of. Last I spoke with them they said they would bring it to me but never happened. Drove the car a few times after temp expired and recently got pulled over to find out from the cop that the vehicle was never even registered. Plus they told us when we got the car that they would fix the ac and was mentioned a few times to us and we brought it up too and was never fixed. All they seemed to Care about was selling the car and making theyre money and not the customer. Definitely not happy with the service and will not be referring anyone to them.

We bought a truck less than a month ago that has been a nightmare. Its been in and out of the shop the last few weeks and has needed about $10,000 in work done. We got a warranty that paid for half of that but its pretty disgusting that they sold us a truck with this many problems. Buying from auto destination has been an absolutely horrible decision.

Took the car to the mechanic to get a buyers inspection. Everything checks outBought the Truck and not even 2 hours after driving it off the lot check engine light comes on.Call my salesman Raphael and he says no problem he will talk to his manager and mechanic. Tried to follow up 3 times and he would respond and say he will check and never follows up.Not my idea on how to run a good business.Already went to the dealership and had the mechanic run diagnostics over a week ago.

What a great experience working with this business! Joe and Roger were both wonderful and kept in contact the whole time when we did have concerns that needed to be addressed. Customer service is definitely their number one priority! They took care of everything that needed to fixed. This dealership is in the business of selling quality used cars so you can have peace of mind buying from them! I highly recommend this place!!

Both trucks I test drove had complications and the dealer had no explanation on why it was like that. Even though they claimed over and over they could not put a warranty on a vehicle that had problems and that they sell only good quality trucks with warranties on it. Yet i did not experience that nor did I feel like i wanted to come running back even if the trucks were in good condition. The man at the end immediately rushed me out the door so they could offer the vehicle to another individual before i even had the chance to talk to anyone and sit down and make a decision very very disappointed in my visit do not recommend.
