We put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it and come look at it, he had it cleaned and picked us up in it and was no pressure from the get go. He even found people our height to sit in the vehicle before we came to help us figure out if the seats were high enough. (Talk about the extra mile).Finance was easy! We told him the rate we were pre-approved at with our bank and they beat it by 1.5%He treated us with respect and he gave us great coffee and some new shirts. We drove the vehicle on a long test drive and the long trip home. It drove great with no issues. It was a great experience all around.Work with Todd. We cannot recommend him enough.

We went to NWMS after having a horrible experience at a super shady dealership. We had a bad taste in our mouth and we’re hesitant to come to another dealership. We came on the lot and was immediately welcomed by Adam who was super friendly and asked us what we were looking for. We explained what we were interested in and then was asked about our budget. Adam listened to us about what we wanted and pulled up all the trucks in our prices. Adam was extremely full with appointments and ended up working with Grant after and man Grant was truly amazing!!! The truck was just a little out of our price range and we were understanding it wasn’t going to happen. Grant did not make us feel bad about it at all and ended up working for hours and going over several options and in the end got us the truck! They were wonderful we felt like family there! Negotiating was hassle free as they made the numbers fit with what we could afford I can’t trully thank these two enough for everything they did yesterday! NWMS saved the day!

We had a fantastic experience all around. Mick was great and very low pressure. Jimmy as well was a great manager and made the process smooth. I would have given five stars with just one exception. There is a second key to our car floating around the dealership somewhere and we need it. Whoever took the key in has no clue what they did with it. This $300 plus item is really a big miss for us.I would definitely buy a car there again for sure.

Sales staff was polite and the process was pretty easy. I received a fair price for my trade in. The only issue is that less than 24 hours after purchase my check engine came on. I contacted them, told them the actual code and problem but still haven’t received a call back on resolving the issue.

I really wish I could give a better review however, the lack of communication with our sales representative Delain Boorman is simply to bad to ignore. We LOVE our Jeep Wrangler so much but he gave us promises he was unable to keep literally from the time we spoke to him until the time we spoke to financing. I can’t recommend this particular NWMS. Maybe just consider a different rep. I can however say the finance department rep Tyler was very polite, informative and helpful. My first experience with the NWMS located in Lynnwood WA was a better environment and experience with a much clearer communication.

Sales person was good, finance sucked I went in and I told them that I went to my bank and got everything pre-approved but they went ahead and submitted the contract to my bank, I had to call and get everything straighten out because I was using my bank for financing, extended warranty and gap. Northwest also they added $599 for theft protection that I did not want but it was already on there so I just said screw it. I would not be going back to them I would only recommend them if you are going to get financing threw the dealer.

This was a deciding factor in my decision.As many times in the past, Paul Russell, the parts department manager was extremely helpful in facilitating the aftermarket items for my Ram Big Horn. Jessie in Parts was solid with his follow through as well. The step rails were installed the next day and fender flares were painted and installed in less than a week. Through Auto FX the interior leather and bed liner were completed in two days. The Tonneau bed cover is back ordered but I’m confident that all will go smoothly when it arrives.

I drove down to NW motorsport to look at a 4Runner. I stopped at a few other dealerships. This one had the rig I wanted. My salesman was Alan Whitaker. He was a nice guy. We negotiated a fair price for the rig and for my trade in. There was also one repair they agreed to do and I made an appointment and they fixed it. 5 stars.

There is a lot of negative comments about Northwest Motorsports, but I would like to say, they really took care of our family the last time we were there.If you know what you want and you know what its worth, they are always willing to negotiate. Sometimes they are priced a little bit higher than others, but they sell good equipment.My son has bought two trucks from Northwest Motorsports, the last purchase was a one-off high performance truck. On the way home there was a catastrophic transmission failure. We loaded the truck on the trailer and brought it back down the next morning. Very disappointed in the customer care from the sale manager. Only positive note was the finance manger was helpful Truck came from Idaho and made me put $$$ down to have it shipped from there, proceeded wanting the sale to be finalized before I could even see it or drive it. Once here I had issues with the doors. Truck was filthy underneath (caked on mud), rear sliding window didnt work (Bought the switch myself to fix it), Battery needed replaced, Tuneup, Radiator cap replacement, Air filter, Remote start doesnt work just to name a few items..... these are all that should have been done before I took delivery. 1st and last time I will do business.

Called in about a specific car. We live a significant drive away, which we communicated to Michael R, and asked for additional photos and details to ascertain whether the trip would be worth it. The additional photos were framed to exactly miss the extensive cosmetic damage to the steering wheel. Over a 2-hour text exchange we bargained to a tentative price, being repeatedly asked our arrival time before reaching a decision.When we did arrive, a steering wheel cover had been added. We also discovered the car had been smoked in. We didnt specifically ask about cigarette smell ahead of time, so thats our fault for not covering all our bases, but since he knew of our drive time and had told us the car was in great shape, we felt manipulated.

Bought a 2012 ram 1500 st with 63000 miles on it and an extended warrantee. Tranny shifted really hard going from 1 into 2. Was Told it went threw all the inspections and it is great thats normal for dodge. a month later it needs a new tranny. The finance guy told us the warrantee only installs brand new oem parts. No rebuild just new. Well now its going to be a used tranny that they wont even disclose the milage on. Sold us a junker and lied about the warrantee.All these guys do is put a lift and tires on stuff and overprice it. save your time and money and go somewhere else. Avoid the headach.

I bought my truck in November and less than a month later it wouldn’t start. I called them and they basically told me that it was “as is” so it’s my problem. Mind you when I went in I told them I was a single mom looking for a dependable truck 👌 so really great people there. So I paid to fix that problem and now it’s February, truck started running rough and dying at stop signs so I have my mechanic look into it and we decided to change the spark plugs. He goes to take them out and not only are they totally loose they are the wrong kind, also when we looked them up they are 2$ vs 15$ each mine cost so they are cheap and terrible mechanics. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Good selection of vehicles and mostly as advertised. You either like buying cars or dont. Im in the latter. I cant fault them for overselling, its their job. I walked in with money to spend and I wasnt at the least bit disappointed and overall a mostly positive experience. Id give them 5 stars if they worked with some better financial institutions (better interest rates) and actually gave you money for your trade ins. Michael did a good job though.

Found a truck at their Spokane location on the 9th waiting on its arrival in Puyallup today. So far service has been friendly and professional. Once the trucks in and the sales finalized we will go from there. Trucks bought and home made a deal to have leather installed just waiting on the call to bring it in. Still five stars. Hopefully no issues come up with the leather install being scheduled.

The fender flair fell off my truck soon after I bought it for $65,000 and they wont fix it now. They say its been too long when it was shoddy work in the first place. Who cares how long its been if it was installed in their shop and the fender flair fell off! Before being denied service from Northwest Motorsports, I had planned to buy another truck from them but I wont now cuz they dont stand behind their products and treated me with disrespect.

Was great when we purchased the car, but as time went on we realized we were given misguided information on the purchase, they changed the agreement several times to where we would have had to give the car back, and they really lacked customer service, even going far enough to force us to give 5 star reviews before we signed the papers. The cherry on top would have to be that the car has issues we were never told about and BJ has been extremely rude about certain misunderstanding and miscommunication on their part with my husband and I. Overall its been a terrible experience and i would NEVER recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be put through the ringer.

I dealt with sales rep jared cortel, on may 22 it was a Sunday. everething went well worked with us, until came time to sign paperwork, I noticed my price went up, and came to find out that they added packages that were never discussed good thing I read before signing. also jarred and a manager James valiere promised and wrote down that they were going to provide me with an extra key for my Silverado, and its been 2 weeks and they blocked my number and dont answer my calls, just for future buyers make sure that you ask for copies of everything and ask for the carafe before signing. and they are not your friends they just see us a money so dont feel bad to go to the next dealership

Bought a car recently from them. They put title in another persons name. When brought up about the error, they allegedly corrected it. Still no new registration although they said they mailed it. Their title department said its ok to drive without it. As it currently stands, no original registration in existence. I did finally get a copy after going there to pick it up. As to their instruction re ok to drive without registration, RCW 46.16A.180 clearly states to the contrary. They clearly need more competent staff. Beware.

Let me tell you about this salesperson named Armann. I was calling Northwest Motorsports for a truck was interested in. Honestly, this truck was my #2 choice. The other dealership, which I wont mention, attempted to bait and switch me. Not cool. Anyway, Armann was the first to pick up the phone. Asked if they can drive down to my home town, which is an hour away for a test drive. There were some things that went into it, but Armann made it happen. Long story short, Armann was cool, laid back and very knowledgeable about the truck. It was like talking to a good friend.
