Purchased a REBUILT 2010 Escape 1/28/21. Up front advertising, solid customer service, and reasonable prices for the condition of the vehicles (and willing to negotiate if you can substantiate your concerns).A lot of the low rated reviews are from people that dont understand how to buy a used car and the risks you take. Make sure you do your inspection or have somebody you trust do it. If you dont do your due diligence on a multi-thousand dollar purchase, thats not Mikes fault.Yes, a lot of their cars are rebuilt titles but they are up front with that information and it shows up on their paperwork. WA state has strict rules on this that they must follow (and they did, for my purchase).Highly recommend a look!

This is a wonderful place for anyone who wants honesty, value and integrity. I can say as someone who doesn’t have the best credit history that if you aren’t unreasonable and are serious about getting your foot on a pedal, they’ll treat you like you won a few gold medals, i promise!!! If i could give them 10 stars i would. Courteous staff, Outstanding Service.

Called this place asking to look at a specific vehicle. They told us they would be closed before we arrived and when we mentioned their website listed closing an hour later they acknowledged the mistake and had someone stay to meet us.The salesman was very professional, friendly, and no pressure when we decided the vehicle wasnt for us. We thanked him for his time, he thanked us for coming out, and we went on our way. Even though we didnt purchase a vehicle it was overall a very positive experience, and we would definitely come back if they get something else we were interested in.

I Bought a 2005 CR-V from Mike about 6 months ago. He was very honest about the car and what it had been through before I had bought it. Also after some talking we found out he had sold cars to most of my family. It was a funny coincidence. After a couple days of having the car a check engine light came on. I gave him a call and he said to stop in the next day. I stopped at the lot and Mike pulled the code. He knew what it was instantly. He explained that when the car sits for a bit some of the oil in the engine builds up on a screen in the V-TECH solenoid. I got a new part For 15 dollars and installed it. I havent had a problem since and I will definitely be back for another car when I am ready for a new one.

I am very happy with the service I received at Puyallup Auto Source. Mike was very helpful, professional, friendly and easy to work with. I went in about a month ago to look at a 2003 Nissan 350z. It was a little out of my price range but Mike, seeing that I was a serious buyer, was able to lower it to fit my range. The car looks and runs great and I am very satisfied with it. Nothing but positive things to say about the dealership.

We bought a used car, we made a offer the dealer took the offer and we paid cash. all papers were signed with the dealer, After the plates came the dealer said we need to pay more for the registration fee with was $33.00 more than the offer price. The dealer said price for the registration was an estimate. I told the dealer that I should not have to pay the fee because they took my offer for the car. The dealer said that they would send the plates back to DMC and I will still have to pay the $33.00 It is more important to help the customer in the purchase because the dealer makes more money in the long run from the customer.Dont purchase from this dealer because it about how much they can get from you.Always remember the customer comes firstChaplain Fernando Woods

Came to this place for the first time yesterday to look at a Ford Escape, saw a few negative reviews but took the chance and was not disappointed. Sean is great, some people in the reviews are saying they were sold a car with a rebuilt title without their knowledge, but before he handed me the keys to go test drive he told me that it is a full disclosure dealership, that the car had been in an accident and asked me if that was going to be a problem. He was not out to try to trick me into buying this car in the least, explained everything very simply with no pressure. Overall had a great experience that Ive never had at any other dealership. Very friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend this dealership, and when Im ready for my next car, I will be back.

I am VERY happy with the customer service that we received. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it! What I appreciated most is everything was above board, respectful of my time and questions. About 3 weeks after our first purchasers my older daughter needed a vehicle and we were on a tight budget. We found one and with a little maintenance it is a perfect vehicle for her. Again, no pressure, just decent used vehicles. Thank you

BUYERS BEWARE!!!Dont buy a car from this rip-off dealership! It came to my attention that I unknowingly bought a car for my dad with a salvage/rebuilt title from this dealership after learning from my parents auto insurance company when they filed a claim when another driver rear ended my brother.I verbally asked the owner Mike when I purchased the car from him 2 years ago if the car that I was purchasing had a salvage or rebuilt and he said no. I also learned that there is no salvage/rebuilt disclosure after reviewing the cars official title as well.I called up Mike and requested him to refund me $2,500 as I was not made aware of the salvage/rebuilt. I also learned that the car is not even worth more than $2,500 after it was appraised by the auto insurance companys appraiser.I bought the car for $5,657.45 - $2,500 (appraised value) = $3,157.45 difference that I was ripped-off and he wont even bother refunding me because he said he had told me in writing in the vehicle order but he failed to tell me verbally from the beginning.

DISGUSTING!!! They tried to pass off a car that had a rebuilt title due to being stolen as one with clean title. He convinced me to go all the way from Seattle to Puyallup because he told me that he had financing all secured and approved. When I got there, he told me that we couldnt do the deal because of the rebuilt title. I had told him about my concerns about the title, after checking carfax. He told me that it would be no problem.Last, he tried to get me to look at some of his other vehicles. Yeah, right!IF YOU GO HERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I went in to go check out a vehicle at this location with my family, when i began asking the guy working their some questions about a vehicle he instantly interrupts me and says how much are you willing to offer, if lets say the car runs and drives fine. I state to the guy i cant make an offer unless i can get a bit more info and test drive the car at least, which i think is a reasonable thing to ask before hand. The guy says flat out no and then from there begins to assume and also verbally states that im going to low ball him, i ask him why he thinks this and he says because i know you will. While he looks at me and my family, which to me seemed weird because ive never talked to guy in my life before this so how is he to assume my character. Immedeatly after speaking with him he escorts me and my family out making it seem as if we were going to check out the car and right as we get outside to the vehicle he turns around gos back into his store front and locks his door. Im not going to say the guy is racist because i dont know but i honestly do believe he is pregeduce against people of color after only interacting with him for not even 10 minutes.Sadly this was some of the worst customer service ive had in a long time.

Extremely POOR service and not willing to negogiate at all. They seem to replace the rims on a lot of their cars so that they can increase the price. Honestly, I was treated better by the repo man then this salesman!

I was looking for a mid size pickup and found a 1999 Ford Ranger with 4WD, 5 speed manual Transmission with overdrive, and has 177,141 miles (Vin(1FTZR15X2XTA44907)). The selling price was $5,000.00.The sales manager came out and gave me the key saying I looked like I knew what I was looking for and if I wanted to take a test drive to just pull up and let him know. This truck looks nice in pictures. Up close, not so much. The clear coat is peeling off in spots, there are scuffs and small dents all over the body, and different colors of paint that either dripped onto the truck or the result of overspray, the spare tire was missing, and some rear end work had been done.Once fired up, I let it idle for a bit just to hear it run and about two minutes in, thats when you could hear the problems. The engine revved pretty high for about 30 seconds then settled so low it sounded like it was choking for air. I sat in the cab and did an inspection in there. The tachometer was completely unresponsive, and when I revved it, the engine seemed to misfire a little. However, most of these had the potential to be small repairs over time, which I couldve handled, but, what set me off the most was what I found on the drivers door frame under the manufacturers plaque.A tiny blue and white sticker from WSP stating that this was a SALVAGE vehicle. Are you kidding me? You might have told me that when you came out to give me the key, or even on the advertisement. Shady as hell, definitely made me feel like I was misled and lied to.Needless to say, I was concerned that they were asking way too much for it (Brand new these trucks go for around $14k). The cost of parts and labor alone to diagnose and repair the truck could be upwards of $2,500.00. I can say this with accuracy because I work in the Automotive Parts Industry and my Father is a Service Manager for Firestone. This truck is worth about $3,000 if it was in GOOD RUNNING ORDER. It is not. I would have bought this truck if they wouldve been honest in their advertising and priced the truck what its worth.VERY OVERPRICED and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stopped in to Auto Source by chance, and found something i was interested in. Ended up buying a 96 Pathfinder with 180,000+ miles and in need of rear end work. The guys at Car Clinic in Puyallup quoted a price and took care of the issue. In the end, the cost of labor should have been much higher, but they stood by their original quote. Both Mike Feehan of Puyallup Auto Source and the guys at Car Clinic in Puyallup treated me well and stood by their word and service.

I asked the lot to refund our money and they refused. Not only did they refuse but I was berated for not taking it to their recommended mechanic. I feel that knowingly selling lemons off a lot, especially knowing they are too old to be covered by the lemon law is extremely poor business. I will never again shop at this little lot.
