Service Department went above and Beyond to Diagnose Misfire in my 98 Continental. Best Lincoln dealership in Western Washington. Service adviser was much more Professional then all other Ford Dealerships Ive worked with. Michael M in Service got me in and out figuring out the issue other Dealerships refused to Diagnose!

I did not purchase my 2019 navigator from them but had the pleasure of using their free pick up and delivery services done by Sean, he is great and very knowledgeable representative. All of the services that had to be done to my vehicle were completed in timely manner with updates and the most important Free of charge due to warranty coverage. If I ever get another Lincoln I will get it from Korum Lincoln!

Sean, who drives the valet car is singlehandedly responsible for making the Lincoln experience what it is supposed to be. Before he started I was disappointed. He is changed that. Wow! That is the word that sums up my experience with my new Lincoln mkz hybrid. Not only was I given the Royale treatment with flowers and champagne upon purchase, but I have an app (lincoln way) that monitors everything for me. I can easily check or even be alerted for things such as needing an oil change, brakes, sensors, where my car is, how much fuel, if I need air in my tires, etc. If that wasnt the coolest ever- along with having a LUXURY hybrid that gets 40mpg- Lincoln provides valet service. So lets detail this....U come pick up my car 20 miles away, drop me off a brand new 70g loaner car for the day, give me an oil change at half cost of jiffy lube along with a thorough diag check and car wash. ... n then surprise me that the 1st service is free! This is unheard of! How 😎 cool.
