Had a fantastic experience buying a used Jeep from Dorien! They made it easy to work out the details and take home our Jeep.

We drove an hour out to this dealership hoping that we would find what we were looking for. We did. We test drove my dream car with Q, a very fun and chill sales person. The car was perfect and we were going to buy it out the door. When we got back to the dealership, we were told by Q to pull up to the front doors of the dealership. Immediately when we got out, the Manager comes out and greets us (thats great customer service, right?). We made a little small talk, and my fiancé, a knowledgeable person on cars, told the Manager how he thought the car was great. Only in that moment did the Manager tell us that the car was already sold to another dealership at full price and he didnt tell us this because he promised us an appointment. We were pretty annoyed at that and since it was already sold, we went our way. Not even 10 minutes after we left, we get a phone call from the Manager saying he would sell us the car. But my fiancé asked how could he considering he sold the car already? The Manager tried to make up excuses saying he wanted to do us a favor and was extremely rude and pushy. Because of how unprofessional he was, we wanted to haggle and knock off a few thousand and he said we insulted him by asking that. Honestly, we dont know why we were talking to the Manager and not Q (who was helping us in the first place). Pretty sure we were asking for the price he bought the car for and thats why he was annoyed. Plus, my fiancé knows a lot about cars and the Manager was probably frustrated that he couldnt outsmart someone who is just as knowledgeable or possibly even more knowledgeable about cars. Went there with high expectations, but left with good riddance.

Today I traded in my ram 3500 for a monster lifted f350. Super happy. Beautiful super clean truck, D, James, junior, and senior were great to work with. Fair price on my trade and the new truck. Looking forward to hemorrhaging diesel $$ on my new set of 40s lol. Now I just have to figure out how to get in it without knee pain and where to park it at work....These guys have a great selection of fairly priced lifted trucks - and they are good to work with. Drove from Everett to look at a truck that I was told was still for sale, then when I got there I was told it sold 5 min before I arrived. Do they really think these old car guy lies really work. I asked to speak to the owner. I spoke to James who stated he would get me a deal on any other truck. Then when I picked one out he quoted me a higher price then what it was online for. I blame myself cause I should have just walked out when the lies started. BTW, if you want a Canadian rust bucket buy from GT.

STRAIGHT GARBAGE! Taking codes off of cars just to sell them as if there is nothing wrong with them, not even a day later after buying a car from them my check engine light came on.

I was pleasantly impressed with the sales staff. I didnt purchase today (will be purchasing when car is ready) and wasnt pushed into anything or having to deal with the used car lot guy. They showed me the car I wanted, took me and my family on a test drive, and provided all the information necessary. Even after I said Im not buying today they still gave me full attention as if I was buying cash. We did find some minor things on the vehicle and without argument or twisting the sale around, they immediately said not a problem, well take care of it and let you know when its ready. Ill give a follow-up review after I complete my sale

Just bought a car from them, it was a great experience, very friendly staff, felt like i was dealing with friends instead of a dealership.very helpful, fast and reliable.

I was extremely impressed at the beginning of the sale but everything fell apart at the end. I bought a $60,000 Mercedes that has legit been spray painted (roof racks, side mirrors, and emblems), my exhaust fell out on Meridian (pretty embarrassing), I was told the car was gloss black since its been wrapped (its actually blue), the advertising said the car had 47k miles (Actually has 53k), the wrap was cut into the paint (that gonna be a fun bill), and 3 bad valves. Mind you it hasnt even been 30days!! I expressed these problems to the sales guy (James) and he legit did NOTHING but tell me it was fine when he was driving it. I now own the most expensive fixer upper in town. My expectations were higher for the price of the car but at the end of the day, its a USED car dealership with USED car sales tactics. If I operated my business in this manner, I wouldnt have one.

Began the purchase of a vehicle here and 6 days into it a family member became gravely ill and we couldn’t complete the sale. We were unable to come up with the remaining deposit amount. Sadly we had to return said vehicle and were consequently told we were having to pay a restock fee of 500 dollars and 325 dollars for mileage. Nearly a thousand dollars they kept for “ their inconvenience” because every dealership I have spoken to, including the financing department and the bank that was carrying the loan said the restock fee is unheard of, and the mileage, although understandable, is ridiculous to charge. Given this happened because of a family members illness it is appalling. So much for humanity during a pandemic. You couldn’t pay me to buy a car from here.

Very friendly, sales people were not pushy at all. I would definitely highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. In my opinion they have a good selection of quality cars and trucks. I just bought my 2008 Ford F350. Could not be happier with my purchase. Probably next year my wife is going to come in to buy one of their nice jeeps they have for sale.

I would NOT do business with Gt Auto Sales again! Would only negotiate the price on Sunday, told us the car drove great but the battery had died so the radio needed a code. We purchased with them saying if they were wrong they would fix it.. Well they were wrong, did not fix it and last they said, well it worked when it was here. Who does that.. So we have a car that wont run now and still has no radio.. Horrible customer service and cares zero for customers or what they are selling..

Sold my family member a 2013 Scion FRS. The vehicle sold had many aftermarket parts on it. Unfortunately, the aftermarket parts on the vehicle VOIDS the factory warranty. The vehicle was taken to the Toyota Dealership and Toyota Corp will not cover the engine. A extended warranty would not have covered it as well. Bad Business Practices! They should help my family member get out of this huge mess. We will see what they will do...

Super easy process and these guys were fun to work with! We started by responding to a Craigslist ad on a Sunday in the late afternoon and recieved a prompt response. We had a lot of questions and had a trade in and lived a distance away...they worked with us through text and calls and set up a time for us to come in and test drive the new to us vehicle they were just as easy to deal with in person, very knowledgeable and made the paperwork a breeze. We will shop here again. Now off to cruise in our new Durango with the sunroof!
