Love the service department here. Josh was awesome. He made sure my 2020 Kia Soul had an oil change, everything checked out, topped off, and recalls checked out. All for $59.95 in about an hours time, and my car washed. Josh took the time go over what was done, and answer all my questions about future maintenance schedule. He was informative, polite, caring and friendly. He even walked me to my car. The waiting room was pretty terrific too. This was my best experience ever getting my car serviced.

Buying my new car at Kia of Puyallup was a great experience. I had been in touch with Scott, our sales person, for a little over a month. I had my hopes up for a Kia Telluride and when we spoke the first time he explained to me how difficult they were to get (and when they did get them, they went fast). As soon as he got one in, he gave me a call. I drove up from Olympia to check it out and fell in love. He was great about negotiating price and making sure I was within my new car budget (within reason, of course). He was patient while my husband and I made our decision and gave us the time we needed to discuss potentially purchasing the car. Was there with my son, last week. He was trying to trade his 2019 F150 for a sedan that gets better mpg.. owes 37k on the Truck. He said when he first got there he wouldn’t do a roll over for the car. He wanted his truck fully paid off. They tried to give him 32k. Mike said no. The sales man left to talk with the finance manager about three times. The fourth time he left. And instead of saying they couldn’t do what he wanted. He sent another person, who said nothing and just dropped the keys on the desk. Mike left I doubt he will ever go back.

Came here to look at a 15 Honda CRV and unfortunately it was already sold. Anthony approached me and asked if I was interested in a different vehicle, and honestly I wasnt. Then he showed me the 19 Rav4 they had which had me a little interested and sat down with me to run some numbers for financing, he was very quick and prompted about it. Less than 30 min told me his financing manager will be in touch with me which usually means youre approved. Everyone there was very pleasant and offered snacks and coffee. Within the hour I was sitting down with Chris Simpson(I think his name is) signed paper work, took down payment and I was out the door with a new vehicle, not one I wanted when I came in but one just as nice and reliable

I arrived into the show room in mind to buy a used Kia Soul. I test drove one and circled back, got back in the store and Rick Purdy showed me the used and new comps and what would be the difference if I bought one vs other; I was sold. I looked at the new one and loved the silver color and it had all these great features including an actual spare tire which the used one did not. My sales guy Rich was very helpful and I even had a start key while I’m not in the car, back rear view camera and Apple play in the car. PLEASE BEWARE IF PAYING CASH …. This morning… 10/4 /2021.. was planning on closing a sale at the Puyallup Kia dealership… had contacted my sales person about my credit union needing a purchase order to disburse payment… Was told to come down and it would be handled .. Upon arriving ..was told they do not make a practice of “ HANDING OUT “purchase orders… I’m thinking ..how else would the CU know how much to disperse for payment.. at that point I was handed a credit application… told it was part of the process… Perplexed at this request… the finance manager came over and said he would “‘explain it to me” Wanted to comment “..please don’t talk down to me ..we both know why you are requesting this .. want to check my credit and and try to beat my current deal “ …At that point everything stopped and we went our separate ways.. spoke with my loan officer about the situation… she had never heard of that….. how else would Kia receive payment…agreed it was a probably a good decision to have walked away.. We are a big Kia family ..driving 4 at this point .. Great Cars .. several other dealerships..!!

Brie did a fantastic job getting us the Kia Telluride 2021 SX edition. These SUVs were very popular at the time (May 2021). We called 5 different dealerships in the area and no one had the car in stock or they were charging an extremely high price. Brie was able to hold on the car while we were on vacation and even was able to meet us close to when the dealership was closing at night time. She answered all of our questions and was very patient. It was very easy to text with her as well about any concerns that we may have. Even after we purchased the car she followed up over text message to check in on us. We loved working with Brie and are thrilled with our new car.

So my girlfriends Kia forte engine decided to seize up on highway 167 South from my house and got it towed to Kia of Puyallup because it was under warranty with under 100,000 miles on it they put a new engine in but took the steering rack off when they put the steering rack back on they did it wrong and it ruined her steering column power steering pump as specified by my ASE mechanic in Kent.On top of that they didnt listen to her because she was a woman and they said that her tie rod ends were bad come to find out from my mechanic that they are just fine and it was the power steering box that was the issue so they couldnt even figure that out.So in all they lied to her and were willing to charge her 1200 to replace the tie rod ends that wouldnt even have fixed the problem since they were replacing pieces that were not worn.When I confronted them about it service technician Andre and the service manager they refuse to take any responsibility for it saying that the parts were worn out when they werent actually worn out and they were going to fix a problem that wasnt a problem so she would have ended up having to owe for that and fixing the original problem.Dont go here they lie to you and try to upcharge everything.

I worked with Brie via internet, didn’t buy a Kia but used Lexus. Asked about water spots and was told they would detail it. When I brought it In they only detailed the hood and tons of left over spots. I sent pics to Dealer and they reached out and I told her but she never responded. I feel they also scratched the hood. My odometer is off a bit and I can also smell burning from the car at times. Sucks I felt I had a good experience now I’m hoping my car doesn’t burn out
