This place is not the best and I don’t recommend to ANYONE. Friendly staff, but they are liars and are not honest about the cars on their lot. We test drove a car and the car completely shut down, my husband could not even start the car and the owner of the dealership had to go get him and jump the car. We ended up buying a different car from them that was running good during the test drive and after we left the lot thinking things just happen and now we have replaced coil packs and spark plugs.. still having problems with the car and have to take to the mechanic. It was a waste of time and $7000. Oh I must mention they have had our plates sitting at their office and never bothered to call :))).

We bought a car there yesterday and had a great experience! We worked with Amer and he was super helpful and wasnt pushy at all! We were very happy with the service, and he was also very good about wearing a face mask, gloves and had sanitizer available (we bought during COVID-19). Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Sarabi. Bought my car there in October 2017. It was the last stop on my list of dealerships to visit (I found the car I wanted to check out on CarGurus). Im so glad I stopped by. They are honest and helpful people, and have well-priced cars. Their website is great as well, it has all the prices listed right there. The sales guy even insisted on putting our plates on for us in the pouring rain when we came back to pick them up. And I got the car I wanted - I love it!

Had performed transmission repair for this company, vehicle also had underlying problems (they bought it from auction), now trying to blame those problems on us (even though we did extra work, at no charge) to help them out. One of the owners called and was loud, rude and profane in the extreme. Unbelievable.

This place is amazing! I really recommend Sarabi Auto Sales. When I got there my target is to buy BMW and when I walked inside they greeted me with a warm hello and offered me water and more when I talked with the owner and he was so welcoming and nice he helped me through it then one of the mangers came in and helped me find the perfect car! When I found the one he took me back and I bought it!! I really recommend this place and I loved the experience!!

This car buying experience has been a up and down rollercoaster for me. But I’m thankful that Sarabi is willing to go out of their way to fix their oversights and mistakes.I used to have a VW Bug about 6 years ago and traded it in for a brand new 2016 Jetta at an actual VW dealership (unrelated). The Jetta is great but I’ve wanted to get another bug from the day I traded mine in. They’re just fun cars.. Sarabi Auto sold me an 06 bug on 2/26/2019 with 93,000 miles and it was so nice to be back in a bug again. And although it test drove around the block just fine. The next morning I discovered a huge transmission problem.. it’s and automatic transmission car, and the RPMs would go up but the car would not accelerate.. I took it to the VW dealership and they quoted me over $7,000 in repairs had to be done to this car to replace the transmission to make it drivable again. Certainly not something that happened overnight and I was so defeated having just bought the car the night before and it’s not even drivable the next morning. I emailed Sarabi Auto because I knew if I called I wouldn’t make it through the call without crying. Sarabi Auto called me within a day and were very apologetic (honestly I expected them to just say it is what it is, nothing they would do, in which case I would have made this is a bigger problem.. but luckily I didn’t have to) . Sarabi asked if I would give them a day for them to get quotes from mechanics because they weren’t going to pay the inflated VW dealership repair cost (understandable). Within a week it was on its way to Come and Go Automotive mechanic to have the transmission replaced. I’m still waiting on the repairs to be done, and it REALLY sucks that I bought a car 2 weeks ago and can’t even drive it. And I’m anxiously waiting to see if the car will be drivable again once I get it back.But I really appreciate that Sarabi Auto was willing to own up to their oversights and mistakes and were willing to try to make this right. Amer was very welcoming when we bought the car and had been very nice throughout this whole ordeal getting the car fixed. I understand used cars will have some issues, but nobody expects the used car they purchased won’t even last a full day, so I appreciate their willingness to help fix it. I just hope in the future they disclose these sort of major issues before people purchase their cars, it would save them from having to deal with the aftermath of frustrated buyers.But they’ve helped turn a very negative situation hopefully into a good one by helping me get the car fixed. Had a great experience with Anthony at Sarabi! He was fantastic- absolutely no pressure. He was a sincere and easy to talk to about what my boyfriend was looking for. Like, even when we were test driving cars, he didn’t fill the silences with pitches or gimmicks to persuade us. We looked at a few cars the first time, but didn’t really love any of the cars. We kept looking at their inventory and found another car we wanted to look at. Anthony was again genuine and super nice. Even when we went to the office to go over numbers and the car fax he didn’t hesitate to turn the monitor to us and show us what he was doing. :) seriously if I ever need another car I will go see Anthony first :)

Got to the dealership at 10am for a test drive, the employees show up late to open at 10:20! The car was advertised as very good condition, it was averything but good. Yhe while dash is lit up with service lights. The engine had a ticking sound, when I pointed it out, he tells me thats how the engines sound. Then guarantees (for 2 weeks) that the car is in working order. When asked to put it in writing, he refuses to. Non-punctual, non-professional, made promises that they couldnt deliver on, and tried to sell a car that had no rear brakes. Id avoid this place if I were you.

We purchased a vehicle from Sarabi with cash in December. As of the beginning of February, we still had not received a title, and the temporary, 45-day license was about to expire, so we called to check its status. The gentleman who answered said theyd had it for a week but hadnt mailed it, so he promised to mail it that day. A week later, our temporary license was expired. We called back, but they had still not sent it. The excuse was that they werent sure what to do. State law requires any dealer to transfer a title within 45 days. As of today, we still dont have a title, and we are forced to drive illegally because there is no way for us to register the car without it. All we get are excuses from Amer and Anthony every time we call - my favorite one was Im not a mail expert. Bottom line, this is the worst customer service Ive experienced at a car dealer - and thats saying something.

STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!Bought a car there less than 6 months ago. Was told it was checked out and in great running condition, oil change, fluids filled etc. Within 1 day, lights were going off on the dash so I took it in. The brakes were COMPLETELY broken and the mechanics have no idea how it was even legal to sell such a dangerous vehicle. Tires were on the ware bars. All in all, it needed new brakes, rotors, tires, alignment, oil change, fluid, alternator, had two MAJOR leaks in the air conditioning unit, censors were MISSING completely so mechanic could not diagnose the warnings properly. There was dye in the lines and engine (like someone had tried to diagnose issues) but failed to. Total piece of garbage! All in all, we paid more than double blue book with all the repairs. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN HERE! HEED THIS WARNING!

These guys really care about their customers. I worked mostly with Amer and he does a great job. I bought a clean, low mileage Highlander for a good price. I later discovered a safety concern that no one caught during the pre-purchase inspection and Amer was able to fully resolve the issue. Anybody can sell you a car, but the way this dealership handles customer concerns shows they truly value good customer service. Amer and Anthony are really working hard to establish a solid reputation. I definitely recommend them and will be watching their inventory for my next vehicle purchase.

I just bought 2004 ford Taures SES sport from Anthony at Sarabis . Drove it off the lot and the car started hesitating when I pushed on the gas. Got home went to start it again and it wouldn’t start gave it a jumpAnd it started ! Called Anthony told him what was going on and he cleared it with the boss to bring it into there Mechanic to fix WHATEVER needed to be fixed to make it ran right and started . There doing this on there dime, WITHOUT a warranty ! Plus I got this car for 2,600 and it was priced at 3,300 . Also met a guy name Amer who I talked with as well . Both these Young men are amazing at there Jobs!! I think they deserve a Raise ! Even though I had some issues I’m still very happy with my purchase ! Car is being fixed as we speak! I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my title to arrive. After having 5 separate phone conversations over a span of two weeks, during which I’m told it’s “going out tomorrow” REPEATEDLY, I have finally filed a complaint with the state auditor, as SARABI legally had 45 days to mail out my title. Customer service FAIL.

Young man named Anthony, selling the 2005 silver Hyundai xg350, had told me that this car was a great car with only minor damage from an accident. After I had done some extensive research I found out that this car had a junk/ Salvage record and paid off through the insurance company. When I told Anthony that I had found the junk/salvage report and saw the pics of the extensive damage to the trunk he assured me that this car had only minor damages and that the truck had been totally restored as I indicated that trunk damage was very likely to cause water damages based on photos I had seen of the wreckage. Again Anthony claimed that there was no reason to worry. The car had been fully restored. Because I did not think this man would outright lie to me when I had told him Id be coming out for the test drive as he invited me to do so. The following week I came out to see and test drive the car. The young man was polite and had no problem handing me the keys to the vehicle when I asked to only inspect the exterior and interior first. Upon my inspection I first noticed a long crack straight across the windshield, that was not shown in the online advertisement . The next thing I noticed was the tired had 50 to less than 50 tread left. The exterior was otherwise good. The interior was good to fair condition. The upholstery was ok but interior needed a thorough cleaning. The dash wood panel was in ok shape but also needed cleaning. The radio was very staticky and no heated seat working. Nor did the sunroof and several lights were non working. However windows did work. Some interior lights non working. Upon opening the rear trunk with key zi raised the spare tire cover and to my horror discovered that the tire carriage was almost full of water!!! I could not believe that the young man would lie to me and tell me that all was well with this car and have me come all the way out to Puyallup for nothing. When I told him of my discovery he claimed he didnt know it. But my problem with that was that he knew I was coming to see this car, why didnt he check all of these things that I had concerns about prior to my coming in a week beforehand. Obviously he either didnt care and or thought that I would not look over the car and would simply take his word. He claimed he could have the trunk and glass repaired as well as check out the issues with other issues and let me know when they were completed. I stressed to him that he really needed to have the water removed and trunk fixed asap because this would is not already lead to rust and Mildew as well as cause electrical failures in the rest of the cars ability to work properly if at all. Anthony agreed to do so and shook my hand. But never contacted me back, its been 3 weeks now. Id say he probably didnt want to fix the car. This Hyundai xg350 is not worth the 3,999.00 he was selling it for at the time. I see that theyve lowered the price to 2,999.00. Honestly, this car is not safe and should not be driven until the trunk and glass and or electrical problems have been fixed. At this point the car is worthless, do not waste your time or money. I would not recommend this business it is not an honest dealership.

This place is horrible they took complete advantage of me I am a single women and paid over 5500 hundred dollars cash for a Jeep Compass after my car was totalled in a hot and run. I was promised the issues with the vehicle would be addressed instead they took my money and left me with a car that is dangerous to drive and do not take one bit of responsibility because the papers are signed. Dont buy from here they only care about making a dollar not about the customers a dealership who is willing to put others lives at risk to make commission deserves not even one star in my book....BUYER BEWARE

The people here are nice. But theyre far from honest. I test drove there 2008 Infiniti G37 5 weeks ago and they said the car vibrates when you push on the brakes because of the calipers and rotors however the caliper and rotors will be replaced by Monday they promised. I called a week later to see if the work has been done yet. And they said no they got the parts in I havent fixed the brakes yet that they promise it will be done at the end of the week and they will call me. Never heard from them so I called again the following week asked if the brakes were done. They said no that they promise well be done with the end of that week and they would call me back never heard from them and I stopped calling as well. I was very disappointed if they didnt want to replace the calipers are rotors they shouldnt keep making promises that the work will be done if they dont plan on doing it.

They never sent out my plates or registration. I had to call and remind them to do there job. Almost 2 months after sale and I still havent recieved them. I literally cant drive the car I bought because the temp registration has been expired for almost a week.

I was looking online for a nice used car and I completely fell in love with a 2004 Audi A4, I went down to the dealership to test drive the car and everything was fine. The ride was smooth and the salesman was extremely kind! I didn’t have much credit at the time so they worked with their financing people to lower the price of the car for me, which I appreciate immensely. As far as I knew the only real issue was that the right window in the backseat would get stuck if I rolled it down. A month or two passes and as I was driving home my power steering goes out and my battery light pops on, long story short something was wrong with the air conditioning pump which caused the car to stop running. I got that repaired which put me back 2 grand, which was fine because it was a used car and stuff happens. Recently the coolant light pops up and when I put new coolant in the car it leaked all over the place, I ended up taking it to the shop and now that’s going to cost me another 2,500 because I have a leak in my water pump... I’ve owned the car for 5 months, and literally have been using it for maybe 3 of the 5. I’m not saying don’t buy a car form here, because like I said they’re accommodating but I recommend the warranty.

Good people there. I did not notice any dishonest intention from anyone. I am a mechanica amd did not say anything and they were very transparent. Cars are from auctions and they are a small dealer. Dont expect cars like new. I can say i was expecting a little cheaper cars tho. But? According to Kelley Blue Book? They were in range even when it was the top of the range.
