They sold me a car with major transmission issues. According to Washington state they are required to either replace the car or refund reguardless of a as is sticker. The car died the next day after I bought it on the freeway nearly killing me. I was lucky I was able to still get off the freeway. Had it died even a min later I would have been hit with no where to go. It literally stopped working breaks seized up. They stole $4200 from me. Hopefully no one else will buy from them. I’m currently working on gathering others who have gotten ripped off to file a major lawsuit against them.

Seller poses as a private seller. Went to look at a motorhome for sale on Craigslist and the guy told me it was his In Laws motorhome he was selling for them. Checked out the unit and it looked nice and started talking price, as soon as we said our bank he got really rude and got an attitude. Then he tells us hes actually a broker and that he buys and sells rvs all the time. After that we passed on the motorhome later that evening he calls us apologizing and tells us he actually works for Puyallup truck and RV. I can see why he lied now. The reviews are terrible and it looks like they screw people all the time. Looks like we may have dodged a bullet and hope this review helps other in there search for a motor. In the end I would avoid this business as a whole

My water damage was conveniently hidden under new carpet. Go ahead and shoot your self in the foot and gamble your life savings away until you are in debt before you buy anything from these rotten people because that is what is going to happen if you do. Slime ball sales at its worst!!! They cruise around neighborhoods and hassle people to sell their RVs. If they see an RV in your yard, they will bug you, hassle you, pester you, annoy you and harass you to sell to them. They even had a woman associate knock on my neighbors door, crying that she Needed a place to live with her kids .They cant find anything at the wholesale lots because the market is high. These are the worst of the worst people and you should NEVER buy anything from them. EVER!!!

Guy Roberts called me a Stupid White Boy He has to pose as a private seller because his ratings are so bad. I like many before me am struggling to get my Title & plate. Its been 2 months. I went to the office his receptionist told me to come back tomorrow. She looked in my file & quickly tried to hide it. This place is crazy! Guy Roberts also said if I posted on Social Media Id never get my title. He sure took my cash & cashed my check for tax, title & paperwork though.

Terrible salesman James. He made us go away just in 3 minutes and we really want to buy that rv.

This is going to be long. I purchased an RV Chinook Destiny from Stanley. We feel in love with it right away but we had to get our finances in order because it was a significant purchase for us. Stanley held the RV for me as promised, even though he had at least two other offers. After reading the reviews I made multiple frantic phone calls asking if he could get us the title on time. He was patient and helpful (he always called and texted me back). He said he would sure enough before the 45 days were up we have our plates and our title is on the way. He came through.Things to note when purchasing. What you see is what you get. He is going to promise that extra work is going to be done and not be able to do it. Keep in mind what you see is what you get. He said he had a guy that could fix a thing and we really just wanted the camper and didnt expect him to come through on that so I didnt push. He did some work for free like charge the batteries for us, gave us new tires and kinda fixed the wheel covers.

Dont ever consider doing business with this business!

The salesman said they were going to fix a couple things on an older Motorhome. They said it will be ready for pickup in a couple of days.4 days later they still have my deposit, and they sold it to someone else!Do not buy from these confused salesman that lie to your face or deal with their old rude receptionist! We purchased a vehicle from them and they collected the registration fee of a $160. When we went to the department of motor vehicles we were told that they never registered the vehicle. This was 2 months later. The department of licensing even said that these guys have a badd reputation of doing things like this.

Do not buy anything from this place. They lie to get you to buy. Youll notice they also do not include all your paperwork that you should normally receive. I urge everybody that buys from this place to get the AG involved. The more people that complain, the better.They will not respond or even return emails and calls. This place is absolutely terrible

Was hesitant on coming after reading the reviews but the sales person insured me they are under new management since 10/15/2020 and I went anyways and they was super helpful sold me a 2004 Toy hauler and I got my plates within 2 weeks and my title is on its way and I really love this Rv am giving 5 stars to help out and let everyone know they are under new management

My family recently bought an RV from James Stevens at Puyallup Rvs and trucks. We searched for weeks and thought we had found the one we liked. A 22 Winnebago Itasca that appeared to be in good shape and a decent price. We noticed a few things that were wrong with it such as a hole in the intake under the hood, overdue for an oil change, and james told us it needed brakes so his mechanic would be replacing the front calipers which he already claimed he ordered.we gave james a $1800.00 deposit to hold the vehicle while the repairs were being done. James assured us multiple times that if we find anything wrong with the RV or we arent satisfied then we could bring it back in 120 days and get a full refund.This Sounded reassuring so we made a huge financial decision for our family and purchased our first RV to explore the great outdoors with our children. When we picked it up only some of the work that was promised was done. Only one caliper was fixed in the front, the intake piece was ignored, no fluid change like was promised. The excitement of our new camping machine overcame the disappointment of the minor broken promises so we bought it.We paid $18,500.00. Our first trip was to Idaho. We drove 18hrs round trip and the rv ran great and we had a blast! When we got back home i found a panel in the front that had popped out of the trim molding. I took a picture and sent it to an rv repair shop and they said it has extensive water damage and will cost over $5000.00 to fix this spot. The other side of the RV has the same de-laminating siding water damage as well so another $5000.00 to fix the other side. When i called james to take him up on his 120 day return policy he told me he has a guy that can fix it. I told him i would rather back out and he said he had to sell a few rvs and he would buy it back from us. I gave him the benefit of doubt and told him i would call back in a few days. I called him today and he still was trying to get his guy to come to my house and fix it. I said no thank you i would like our money back as promised. He claimed he knew of no damage and had no money to reimburse us. I asked when he would have money and he said now that you are getting an attitude im not doing anything for you then he hung up. We are now stuck with this RV that has extensive water damage and im not even sure if it is safe to travel in.I read over his reviews and found that most other customers that have been completely scammed by this guy. He needs to be recognized as the con man he is before any other families are scammed by this con man.The Thackeray Family

Sounds like I am one of many that has been ripped off by this man. I am submitting a report to the state and to DMV. He has my money and I do not have a title or plates to my vehicle.

4 months later and we still don’t have title, registration or plates. They just keep sending temporary tags which isn’t legal. I went to Dept of Licensing and DOL said they only have 45 days to get you the plates, registration and title. When I called Puyallup Truck and RV the secretary said I would have to drive over to get them from Bellingham which is 3 hours away because she doesn’t have postage.They give a warranty on my trailer but they refuse to return my calls. When we picked the trailer up we noticed the wheel was loose and the salesman Stanley said “of that’s normal. All wheels are loose. The bearings were just done.” We took it to our mechanic who said we are extremely lucky we didn’t get in an accident because the bearings and brakes had never been taken care of.I tried calling and the secretary just hangs up on us.

Salesman acted insulted that I offered Kelley Blue Book value for a truck, then wouldn’t shake my hand when I thanked him for his time. I saw the poor reviews before shopping and I can verify; this guy is not a very nice person.

The owner dorsnt know whay hes doing. They sell bad vehicles and dont send registration or plates. Im reporting this buisness and others should as well to get it shut down. What a trash company.

These guys are a joke, it takes months to receive your title and plates. It’s been two months still don’t have them. They will turn off check engine lights, and sell you the vehicle as is. The check engine light came on minutes after I left their dealership. The transmission is shot and needs immediate repairs. The first quote was $6000 and the second quote was $4700. The vehicle is now undrivable and is a lawn ornament. The repairs are as much as the purchase price. Nothing but problems with these dishonest people, buyer beware.

Theives and liars. BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP. They took our 800.00 and never sent anything to license department. We went and took our paperwork back after much arguement and turmoil. Had to pay license again and owner refusing to refund d our mo ey.

I bought 2 cars from them. One in June and one in July. I am still waiting for plates. It is now October 7th. I still havent received plates. I went in 1 month ago, and still no plates. The title clerk showed me a pile of paperwork that showed me that the paperwork had been processed, but was just waiting for a check to the DOL by the owner. I went back on Oct. 5th, and talked to the owner. I explained I am now on my 3rd temp title, and I need my plates. Of course the waiting paperwork that was awaiting a check was stil l in the same spot. I was promised that it would be be taken care

Run away. They cheat. What they did to us ( and many more) they said yes, we will fix anything really? Put it in writing. They did, right on the warranty papers. Problem is They kept that one piece of paper. Very tricky. They have been cheating people for quite awhile. Time we nail them.Took the RV to a shop. Needs a new rear end plus some other stuff.$5000.We told them of course. Nothing. No response.

Trash! Purchased an RV in November.....still no plates. Called a few days after my temp expired, was told I would get the plates soon, emailed me another temp......been over a month and NOTHING!!!!!
