I had a good experience with this service department. Tony was my service advisor. There was also a newer employee wearing white that was helpful. Yanett and Katrina were very helpful during the entire process. It was a smooth process and my car was ready earlier than expected, which is great. Also, the shuttle driver is nice and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience.

They kept my car for a month to replace the headlights and solve an issue with the hands-free. There was little to no communication, and when I called to check it, was a huge ordeal to try and get someone on the phone. Plus, after the repairs were finished, the hands-free module wasnt configured right, so I took it to a different repair shop to have it fixed. The worst service experience Ive had in my life, I hope no one else has to experience the same.

I’ve gone here multiple times now, and I have always been very satisfied. This time after the diagnosis I decided to not have the repair done since it wasn’t an immediate problem and I just couldn’t afford it at the moment. However, they were so helpful in explaining what I needed to have done, parts to get and everything. The best part is they didn’t charge me anything for all the work examining my car. That was a very pleasant surprise to my day

If they find any issues they give you options and help you get the best result. There are never any surprises when you come to pick up your vehicle and pay for your service. Mason was great he got me in quick and my oil change was done by tech super fast. I literally called every other Jeep Dealer and couldnt get an appointment. I even called Bountiful where I bought my jeep and couldnt even get a hold of a human. I went to Ken Garff and was told it would be a 4hr plus wait and they refused to let me make an appointment in person. Insisting I had to do it online. I called Provo as a last resort and the scheduler got me an appointment that same day! So stoked!!! And when I got there everything was handled quickly. The waiting area is comfy, I didnt feel like I was going to be in the way like other Dealerships.Drive a little farther and get better, faster service in Provo!

The manager was very helpful when I cam in and got to my wifes van very quickly. He was knowledgeable about what the issue was and offered us a new warranty to cover my vehicle to avoid any further large repair bills. I was very happy with the service and I will be going there from now on.

We ordered a Jeep through this dealership. They were friendly and kind in the ordering process, and kept us up to date with all the build checkpoints, even though the were a bit behind in getting me the information. I ended up getting more use out of Jeep customer service chat. Still, they were involved and helpful to my questions. When it came to the point of sale, however, I was a bit disappointed. We were trying to reach a reasonable agreement on the price, and as a female buyer I felt a bit patronized and talked down to in our communications. In the end we both got what we wanted, I got my car and they got a sale at sticker price. But there was a point where they threatened to sell our vehicle if we did not come in right away to pick it up. The vehicle was made custom, with my name on the sticker. That was pretty beneath them. Overall I wouldn’t choose this dealership again if I had a choice.

I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday morning, dropped off my truck. Didn’t hear anything that day or Friday morning so I spent 15 minutes on hold trying to speak with the service advisor, no answer. Had to attend an appointment so I called again 2 hours later, the receptionist put me through to the service department, they said the service advisor would be with me in a minute or two…not so was on hold for another 20 minutes. Gave up and called again on Monday, finally spoke with the service advisor and he informed me that it would be at least another 10 days or two weeks before they would be able to even look at my truck. Just for a check engine light service DEF system light. Needless to say I was frustrated why they didn’t tell me when I was setting up the appointment that it would take that long before they could look at the truck. Called Doug smith ram in Spanish fork, they said they would try to work it in in the next few days. So I took my truck there, 5 days later they had it fixed! I would have still been waiting for LHM to even look at it. Very bad customer service here.

I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I told them to let me know if it was going to take more than an hour. 2 1/2 hours later they came out and told me to get a ride home. They weren’t going to finish. No communication on when they were going to be done. Texted the next day for an update and no reply. Had to call in later in the day to find out what was going on. Bad service, no communication.

Been having AC issues with my truck. Brought it in a few months back and they told me it was a leaky hose and that it would be $200 to fix and top off with new refrigerant so I paid that. The AC still worked poorly after the repair. I reached back out and they said that I would have to bring the truck back in but at the time I had a lot of things going on and I needed my truck so I was waiting till I had more time to bring it in since I knew they would have it for a few days. I had done some research online prior to this and a service bulletin has been posted for my truck and the exact model and year basically saying that the whole AC system design has flaws and needs to be replaced to work correctly.They refuse to say it applies to my truck and they have yet to give me a reason why. I took my truck in for an oil change and asked them to look at the AC again because I’m pretty sure it’s because of the service bulletin. After they had the truck for 2 days, they called me and said I have a leaky hose and it would be $400 to fix this time. When I told them I’ve already paid to have that fixed a few months back, they said that was for a schrader valve replacement and that this is a new leak which I know it isn’t because the AC has never worked well even after the first repair. And they never mentioned a schrader valve during the first repair so I’m not sure where that came from. I feel like I’ve just gotten the run around because they don’t want to do the service bulletin repair even though I bought this truck from them with a faulty AC system. Besides that, the oil change was good.

I was told when we purchased our vehicle that there was a recall/software update that we needed to have done and it was necessary. I kept in contact with the sales associate for a week or so and when he said it was available, I drove 45 minutes to the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told by the service center there was no recall or software update available nor needed for my vehicle. I understand mistakes are made and information can be poorly shared but I drove an hour and a half out of my way for something that didn’t exist. Nothing was done to compensate me for my time nor gas used. Poor customer experience and very unprofessional.

They have always had amazing service and been great with customers. We have been going here to buy many cars and for our service for a while now. The old service manager was great. Now, the service department has changed managers.Ive been in 3 times since and each time Ive been treated as if its a bother to them that Im there and I no one really knows what is going on.I had to tell them several things that they couldnt find in their computers until I told them they were looking at it wrong.The manager or assistant manager let me and others know the customers were making his day very busy and irritating him.I realize people have off days, or bad days, especially when we were forced to did things differently for a while. Thats why I gave it 3 chances.

Don’t go here. Customer service was not at all inviting compared to other dealerships I’ve had service done at. Why I’m writing this review is because they spilled oil in my engine bay which was particularly annoying because I had just detailed the engine bay the week prior. They neglected to tell me this and neglected to clean the mess. I found out because about 4 days later I went to clean a particular spot in my engine bay that had given me grief when cleaning it the week prior, only to find that the air filter housing and brand new air filter were completely stained in dried oil. I freaked out thinking I had a massive oil leak, but concluded after about 30 minutes of inspection that it was definitely spilled from when the oil was refilled. When I removed the air filter completely to clean the exterior, there was still about half an inch of standing oil pooled the bottom of the air filter housing. Couldn’t believe that they didn’t say anything, especially considering that it was about half a quart of oil that looked like was spilled. Will not be going here again.

Tony was very helpful, and took the time to address all of the issues he could find and not just what I brought it in for. Not only that but he gave me pricing for every service, informed me on which services were vital and which we’re dismissible, and even rotated my tires regardless of my request being short of notice. That being said I did go ahead and have all the repairs and services I needed fixed, and now my car is driving like it did when I first drove it off the lot! Thank you!

Took my truck at 7:30am because that’s when my appointment was for. Ended up waiting 6 hours without updates, finally after I asked the service guy he said that only the oil was changed, they didn’t even check the engine light in this 6 hours to see what was going on, finally he checked it and told me they could not repair it that day cause they are behind about a week. When I checked the oil meter in my truck it was not changed at all, then I looked to see if they put a sticker on the wind shield and nothing, so basically I just wasted 6 hours for nothing. Plus they used the one oil change I had left in my account. When I called to speak with the service rep to ask him if they did the oil, he was not available, what a coincidence!. I had to book another appointment at the LHM in Sandy. Don’t go to this place.

I needed a simple computer flash to fix a problem Im having.The service advisor who is very nice just not very knowledgeable, told me yes they can flash my computer . so I took it down there, which was difficult because it wasnt running proper . they had it for 2 days only to call me and say they cant do it .well theyre a Jeep dealership and I would think Im not the only one to ask for this service so I expected them to know whether or not they could do it before they had me make plans to get it down there and only to turn around and say they cant do it. while it was great that they didnt charge me for the service, I would rather of them say that they cant do it before I went to the trouble to bring it down there .Im not happy with the service I got, and I do not plan on using them in the future. And the main reason for that is at one point someone threw out the several people I was talking to began to get a little rude which at that time I was in I was very desperate and frustrated and for them to act as though there Superior was a big sign for me not to ever go there again.

Brought my new diesel Jeep in for the first oil change Thursday morning. That afternoon my wife was running errands and I noticed fresh oil spots on the garage floor where the Jeep parks. When she returned I could see oil on the underside of the frame, suspension, and steering components. I called the service department but it was after 6pm so I had to leave a voicemail. Contacted by service advisor first thing Friday morning asking me to bring the Jeep back. I did so after a morning appointment. I was called a couple hours later saying the Jeep had been gone over and cleaned up. Bad oil filter seal or some similar. Okay, that happens. Only now on the holiday weekend I see fresh oil spots on the garage floor. Look under the Jeep and the differential is still coated in oil from above and still dripping. I dont know if this is a new leak, old leak they didnt address, or just sloppy technician and this is old oil spilled the first time that was never cleaned up. An oil change is one of the most basic and routine things to do on a vehicle and just not this hard. Though part of the reason we chose to purchase a new vehicle was the included services so I dont have to do this in my garage.

Unfortunately, this time the only thing that bugged me was how long they took. They told me 45min and ended up taking twice as long which ended up messing up my schedule.

I recently bought a used car and got the service contract and extended warranty through LHM. This is the !!!6th!!! Time I have brought in my car since I bought it just a few months ago. It keeps having the SAME problem (car dies on interstate, loses power on the road a lot, and it won’t start half the time). These problems popped up TWO DAYS after getting it, but they just keep giving it back and saying “well it seems like it’s fine to me, just some minor issues”. So I am basically paying for insurance and car payments to leave it at the dealership shop. I don’t know if it’s true, but it feels like they just don’t want to pay for the new parts to fix my car since I have the warranty on the parts. Fun fact, got it out of the shop on Thursday after having it there for a week and had it brought back on Saturday after it wouldn’t start. So yeah… Feeling helpless and not getting help here.

After two hours of waiting, I asked for an update only to be told that my oil change hadn’t even started. It is so unprofessional to have customers make an appointment for service and make them wait for a ridiculous amount of time with zero updates during that time. I was so furious by this service, of lack of service, that I asked for my car to be returned to me immediately and left. I will not be returning.

I was told they were replacing my whole strut assembly including the mounts which were the original problem I tried for a year to get these things fixed and then I finally thought they were done and I went to drive it and they dropped the ball they didnt even replace him they only did the struts the problem is still there it shakes and it scared to drive and it is so ridiculous how long it takes these guys to figure out whats going on and then to not even fix the problem is so frustrating I would not recommend this place to anybody ever it is so ridiculous biggest headache of my life

Great experience. Making the appointment was super fast and easy (I tried another dealer 3 times!) I had to drive a little further to this dealer but definitely worth it. Third times the charm right.....Wrong!!!! I have brought my vehicle in for three services on my Landcar extended warranty.In all three services Ive had a bad experience. My first experience as far as I can tell the did provide most of what I needed and oil change and tire rotation however they gave me the runaround when I needed my key fob replacement. I know this because went to the parts department about it and they said they could for sure get it done that day if I had my vin number. I told them my vehicle was being serviced. The parts employee said if I get the manager Seven in the service department to call over they had time to do it that day. I went and talked to Seven(service manager) and he called right away (with 5 minutes of me leaving the parts dept.) After he talk with the parts department for a couple of minutes he said they did NOT have time to make my replacement fob and I had to request it prior to the appointment.On my next appointment I made sure I requested all I needed done key fob replacement. Oil change, tire rotation. They did the key fob as far as I know they did the oil change but they didnt do the tire rotation. They also forgot about me and i was there for two and a half hours. I did check in on my car about 40 min into my appointment and was told my car was being service still and theyd let me know as soon as my car was finished. Nope didnt happen when I went back my service rep said youre still here and I told him I was not notified my car was done. He had my keys right there and handed them to me. He didnt even apologize.The the third visit I spoke with Tony. I expressed concerns with my tire tread and that they didnt do a rotation on the previous visit. He said they would make sure it would get done. What he didnt know was i made some discreet markings on the two front tires and took pictures of all my tires so when I saw my car after service I would be able to see if my tires were rotated. Unfortunately when my car was finished it was raining so I couldnt see my markings or tread as well. The next morning I checked and sure enough they tires were in the exact same spot as when I took my vehicle in for service. It took several calls to finally talk to Tony(the manager) he said I could bring it in yet again to get a rotation, and I could go back to the garage to watch. Every time I have come in for service it has taken at least an hour. I have an hour round trip commute time between the service department and my residence. Im extremely disappointed in this service department. In currently trying to work with corporate so its yet to be resolved. This has been a horrible experience. BE Careful in dealing with this company.

Timing belt broke. Towed the car to the dealer. They had the car and inspected it before giving any quotes. Told me my engine was wrecked $8000. Called another dealer to find out the engine is not an interference engine. It just needed a timing belt. The next quote also way high $2200 and included things like spark seals. I called Jason young and left multiple messages. Nothing. I started leaving messages with the GM. I got a callback from the assistant. Towed it to another dealer.

The service advisor never gave me an update on my car until I called to ask. And yet never got my car truly fixed. I dont recommend it to anyone. The best dealerships treat their customers the best.

Horrible experience Was ready to trade in my car and was just looking to shop around. I have had my vehicle repaired there before so I thought this process would go smoothly. I was with one of their dealers explained to him my situation and I wasnt ready to commit to something right now and was just looking around. Once I said that he pretty much showed me to the door. He told me to come back when I was ready cause this process was gonna take some time and and he didnt want to take the time to do so. I was astonished and in awe I couldnt believe how I was treated. Horrible, will never go back. Salesman knew nothing about vehicles or prices. Salesman had his boss come to help. Boss showed us a Jeep $2000 over our budget. We drove it, by the time our test drive was over... price went from $20,000 to $36,000! Didnt know a used vehicle gained that much value the minute you drive off lot. Then they tried to talk us into leasing a vehicle even though we told them multiple times we were not interested in leasing. They dont listen and theyre not very knowledgeable about what is on their lot. Hate even giving a one star rating!
