We had a heater hose break late Friday night. We towed it to Miller Chevrolet and left it over night. They were on it the next morning and had it repaired by the early afternoon. We could not have been happier with the service department and their professionalism from start to finish. Russell was the best.
I was very impressed with how quickly the service intake was. I had a scheduled service appointment and somewhere to be shortly after. So when I saw there was a line, I was concerned that I would end up being late to my next appointment. But even with a long line, they were able to check me in quickly. I had recently moved into the area and when I received a recall notice, I called Larry H Miller Chevrolet to make the repair arrangements. The car was finished when they estimated and I was on my way. I even received a text from the service tech who helped me and appreciated his extra attention. Thanks for the excellent service. I just purchased a used Chevy Bolt EV. It had a few minor issue and a factory recall on the battery. The service team were able to address all the small issues completely but GM has not given dealerships a solution for the battery recall. I am confident LHM Chevrolet Provo will be able to handle the recall when GM provides solutions.
I was having a hard time with my car and the business that sold it to me. I just got a Chevrolet Cruze at Strong VW in Salt Lake City and after one month from buying the car from them I was having problems with the car, the check engine light kept turning on so I took it into strong to get it fixed and they couldn’t solve the problem. Chevrolet in Provo is the place to go Russell and his crew was able to solve the problem with my car, now it’s as good as new! I’m always happy with the friendliness of LHM employees and techs. This visit is 4 stars instead of 5 because it took them 2 days longer than they told me it would to get my car back. I had them replace a faulty oil pressure sensor and they said on Monday they “might” have to keep it until tomorrow (Tuesday). I said that was fine, but then didn’t get my car back until Thursday.
My two college age daughter‘s share a vehicle and depend on it for work and school. Thank you for getting their car in immediately and diagnosing and repairing the issues that needed service. Never feel like we are being uncharged or talked into any unnecessary services. Have always been honest, caring, and respectful!
It shouldnt be hard to properly close the case of an air filter to the engine, but somehow they managed to screw that up after an oil change. I had to fix it myself. Only reason I keep coming back is to keep the warranty on my car, otherwise Id just do it myself just so I know its actually done right the first time!
I needed emission check and they completed that service. All other services were up to date.
If I understand that the service department is just does that, mechanical problems I gotta be completely honest and I feel Ripped off and taken advantage of with the car that LH Miller sold Me. Working hard to be able to get a new car and just cause my old one broke, now I have another broken car but on top a 15,000 Dlls debt that these people with their hands in their pockets just took from Me. I havent even made my first payment or got my Plates and had been stranded twice and it wont start but after a few minutes in every time I need to get gas 😓😡 it’s just ridiculously frustrating and I don’t see any integrity on these group of salesmen. Sold me a warranty for 2 years that does not cover emissions or some other problems and it wont start working until I have driven this car 1500 miles on top of the 88,000 or so that this Chevy Cruze has. A 2015 car with only that amount of miles and I am the fifth owner… 🤔 so took it twice to the Service Department and I just for charged 165 Dlls for the diagnostic. Wait but I got it lowered thanks to this nice guy there So I paid 117.00 Dlls and now how can I drive my car those miles for the warranty to start If I was told doing so will cause more problems??? Does it make any sense? So now I have no car that works and a huge debt on top. I wonder where’s the integrity of all those guys working there. It is shameful. Be ware about these places. I used their online appointment system to schedule repair for a recall part replacement. I scheduled it 2-3 weeks in advance. I added notes describing the specific recalled part. I got 4 emails the day before reminding me of my appointment. I called ahead and mentioned to the call taker what my car was coming in for and asked for a repair time estimate and she said 2-3 hours. I delivered my car and my wife drove another car so we could leave the car with them. When I checked in the employee said they didn’t have the part and would have to order it and notify me when it arrived. I told him I’d scheduled it online and described the repair and part needed but he said no one looks at the schedule until the vehicle arrives. He said if I’d made the appointment by phone then they would have had the part.My take away is that their online appointment system doesn’t work effectively or the employees are disorganized in their use of the system. Why make an appointment with specific details if they won’t be ready with the specific parts needed? It was frustrating that I had set aside my time for this and their system sends reminders to make sure I don’t waste their time but it’s not set up to make sure they don’t waste mine.

We had an odd problem crop up on a trip from out of town. They were able to check and discovered the problem: our tire had picked up a chunk of tar from a recently repaved parking lot. They offered suggestions and the reassurance that we could safely continue our drive. They were exceptionally kind.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Took 1 1/2 hours. Apparently they lost one of my lug nuts as there is a different one that does not match the others now. Usually they are less than an hour for this service. No explanation given for lug nut.
Scheduled a time thinking it will speed up the process yet it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to change the oil. Not satisfied I only go there because my work requires it. I would never take my personal vehicle here. They keep trying to up sale me when the service doesnt need to be done. So any women out there reading this for sure get a second opinion before going through them.
Brent the service advisor was very kind and made me aware of what was needed to be done with no pressure of getting it done same day. We got an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service was great along with the service to our car. Thanks once again for taking care of us!

Kurtis and his technicians did a great job finding parts for the repairs on my sons Chevy food truck. I was contacted when there were questions or when I needed to make a decision about the work being done.
The staff was a little short handed and as a result they did not return phone calls, but service on vehicle was very good
They took way too long 3 weeks to be exact. They supposedly fixed the fuel sensor but here I am with the same problem as well as theres now a knocking noise in the front of my car. 3 weeks just for the problems to almost be the exact same.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for my new car plan. It took them just under 2 hours to complete, but they didnt even do the tire rotation. When I asked them why, Curtis was very rude, he lied to try and cover up that they didnt do it. When I explained the marking on my 1 wheel, so i knew if they did it or not. Being caught in his deception, He became extremely rude and he told me to take my car to another dealer next time. Do not buy the oil change maintainemce package with your new vehicle.... unless you want to wait 2 hours, and being ripped off.

My Chevrolet Bolt had a previous recall that only allowed it to charge up to a certain percentage and now with this recall they just did a diagnostic to remove the charging limit and now getting over 200 miles in charge again.
Arrived on time for a scheduled appointment. Complete service with a fuel filter. Waited in the customer area for 2 1/2 hours with no communication. Looked for the write-up man with no results. Went out to the shop; the truck was just sitting in the bay; there were 3 employees sitting at a desk talking. I asked them if the truck was done? They said they didn’t know. I said, the truck has been there for 2 1/2 hours. One mechanic said, we don’t care, we’re not working on it! As I left, someone closed the overhead door so you couldn’t see the truck.I went back to the write-up desk; couldn’t find the original write-up man, found another to check on the truck. The truck appeared in 15 minutes.I was given the fuel filter change for free. As I was leaving, I noticed they didn’t bother to reset the oil or fuel filter life displays.
Went in for an oil change and noticed there were customers and workers without masks and definitely not social distancing.. I was still outside at the time so it wasn’t a huge deal but when I asked if there would at least be people wearing their masks in the waiting room, the guy answered, “well, it’s state mandated but we believe in freedom here” your desire for freedom cost the lives of more than 200,000 people and counting. And I, for one, will choose to do my business where I feel safe.

I bought the oil change package that I was informed included maintenance fluids being topped off. I brought my car in for one of these package oil changes. The appointment seemed to have went well, aside from the excessive attempts to sell me more services such as alignment, flushes and the most ridiculous - the cabin air filter. I was given a car wash voucher, but the car wash was not working. The real problem came the next day as i was leaving town, my A.C. went hot and my car told me the engine was overheating. I called to see if my fluids, particularly the coolant was checked and/or topped off. The response was Generally, if we see something is critically low, we will go ahead and top it off. I popped my hood and the coolant was well past critically low..it was basically gone. I was stranded and had to call for assistance. Upon reading over the service receipt i was given at the appointment, it clearly stated as part of the multi-point inspection that all fluids were checked and topped off where applicable. I personally do not believe in leaving bad reviews, but this was definitely a hazardous situation that should never have happened! I am not seeing value in this maintenance package, since the multi point inspection was poorly done (if truly done at all) and this was not th3 first time the car wash was not working. I always request the tire rotation not be done since it would void the warranty on my tires. I realize that declining this is by my own choice, and I am fine with that, but there is no excuse for the poor service I received that left me in a hazardous situation on the road.
My husbands car had a recall on one of the tail lights, so we took it in. Of course, they found some issues they wanted to fix, racking up the cost to over $200. They said there was water in the radiator and it needed to be flushed out.We trusted their judgment and paid for it. Everything was fine for about a week. Then one day my husbands car started overheating and smoking. Guess what it was? The radiator.We had never had any issues in the past with the radiator until they had serviced it. We changed the coolant regularly and took good care of it.They said they could replace the radiator for $700. Replacing a radiator is not that complicated of an ordeal (Ive seen my dad do it in just a few minutes), so I figured maybe his car might be one that has expensive, difficult-to-find parts.Wrong. New radiators for his car are about $100 (often less).Very unimpressed. On top of it all, they charged us $140 just to tell us the radiator was broken.The employees were all fairly nice, but I definitely wont be coming back.

If you want actual customer service GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I took my car in early one morning around 8 o’clock, with a list of things that were needing diagnosed. I walked in with a warranty I purchased with my vehicle and I was told they would call the warranty company to see if some of the diagnostics were covered under it. And I was told I would later receive a call if it was not covered and if there would be a cost. When I hadn’t heard anything by 4:30, late afternoon, I decided to call. I was informed that the person who was originally helping me went home sick.(which I get. Everyone gets sick, not a problem) I was than told that they would talk to the mechanic and someone would call me back. By 6:30 when I still had not heard back from them, I called and was surprised to find they were closed for the night. Not once did they call to tell me what was going on or the fact that they were keeping my car. The next day after going in there I am told they haven’t even checked with the warranty company yet, however they still did the diagnosis. When they than called the warranty it was not covered and I had now owed them money for them to look at my car. The only reason why I took it in was if the warranty would cover it for convenience.I am not pleased with their customer service and lack of communication. And later when I picked up my car. As I was getting in every door was unlocked and it was sitting in their lot for a day because I couldn’t pick it up till the next day. If you want a mechanic to be respectful of you, your time, your car. I don’t recommend this place. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
I purchased a trailblazer used and was trying to install a car seat.While chatting with someone at Chevys website the information I received was not able to solve my problem. I needed someone who worked with Chevys to look in my vehicle and verify where the child seat restraint hooks were in the seat.The internet, manual and the agent on the website claimed that my car should have the metal loops where the seat meets the back. I even had the stitched hoods that house them as stated in all sources. However, I just couldnt hook the car seat in or see what was going on in the seat.When I pulled up to the service Bay in great frustration a gentlemen calmly walked to my car and searched with me to find out why I couldnt locate them. In the end we did not find them.He was just a perplexed as I was and read through the manual to double check this model should have it. He confirmed it should but suggested that a previous owner may have ripped the hooks out for some reason or purchased a new back seat from a junkyard.Ultimately I was just glad to have confirmation that I wasnt just missing something that was actually there. I felt like I was losing my mind.The guy that helped me spent about 10-20 minutes digging around in the seats (including every 2nd and third row seat) with me and even got a work light from the service bay to try and see inside the seats. He was super nice and did more than I expected.TLDR: The service department has great customer service.
Ive purchased several times from this dealership. Every time its been a fantastic experience. Also, the service department is the best ran service department in all of the LHM group, in my opinion. Recently bought a Ford and I bring it here for service every time.
Went to the Service center to get my air conditioner fixed, $900 but my air conditioner blows cold air, family is happy a cool car to ride in now..

I can definitely say Tony Love here at the LHM Service Center always makes sure I am taken care of.
No other Chevrolet dealership, including the other Larry H. Miller dealerships could figure out what was wrong with my car. While it did take two appointments for this dealership to figure it out and get it fixed, Tony, the technician I dealt with was very understanding of my frustrations, waived the diagnostic fee, and got the problem fixed at a cost under what was originally quoted. I am extremely impressed with him, and this service center, who seem to care more about getting the problem actually fixed than other dealerships. I will definitely request Tony again in the future if my car has issues.
Horrible service. My truck has a defective part and I am 4009 miles over warranty. Do nothing to help me. I ask for a manager to call and they could care less. Not happy with service department at all.
After 3 full days having my car, they still couldn’t find any issues but assumed I needed a new transmission. Went to AAMCO and after 1 day, they found the problem, fixed it, and was only a $120 problem rather than needing a new transmission. My experience at LHM service was costly, ineffective, and such a pain.
They botched my simple oil service, charge to much, dont match prices on tires like they clam. They did comp me a detail job because I had to go back and get my reg service fixed.
Where do I begin.. Took a H3 in due to check engine light for cylinder 1 misfire. Paid 90 for a diagnostic test. Was told it would be 3500 to 4800. They said the cylinder had low psi and needed to be repaired or replaced. Jake told me if i found i lower quote to call himh back to sees if he could do better. I told jake im not playing that to quote me hus best price. The price never charged. I spoke to the service mgr hadin also. Same story. We asked multiple times for a copy if the diagnostic report. Was told after several attempts they already have it to us and did not provide us another copy. Bottom line I took it to Premier complete auto in West Jordan. They found carbon on the valve, cleaned it and coated it to prevent any air from leaking out. It cost a little over 700.00. The dealership went from me having low PSI to needing full cylinder head replacement never offered any other option to diagnose the issue. Shame on you Larry h Miller service!
If this is customer service then I dont want it. Online with BDC Business Development Center earlier this week tells me tires in stock and come on into the Provo store and get them. Got to Provo Chevrolet and told the tire are in the warehouse in SLC sorry. Can you get them? maybe! can you get them today and get them installed, no guarantee I can do that. Can you get them in and I will come back first thing in the morning and get them then. Yes. What time do you open 7 am I will see you in the morning. Can I be the one of the first to get this completed. Yes.Arrive at dealership next day, working on repaving or oiling the Dealership parking lot, no where to park, No directions, No signage except blocked off. Park in New Car parking Walk through store into Service shop and say no way to get my car into the shop for repairs and all the service writer can do is laugh, even the guy that I talked to the day before and then remembers I was the customer yesterday. I ask did my tire come in? I get the response I dont know, did you order them yes are they here not sure, can you check, OK. Find out tires are here but no service personnel till 7:30 am. OKTruck parked out in front of New Cars cant get into service we will take care of it. Only have 2 tire to be done on my Silverado truck still have a lot of life on the others. A little after 8 am I am informed that i have a crack in windshield but I dont have time to have it done today and they dont honor windshield replacement warranty at this store even though I bought it from a Chevrolet store I understand and I dont have the time because I have to be at work at 9 to 915am. At about 8:30 am, the service guy come out to apologize that my truck is taking so long because they have not yet put it into the shop for the 2 tires until maybe 8:45 am. I ask if it will be done so I can get to work response is I dont know, we will try...You have had my truck since before 7:30 am and over an hour later you still have not put it in the shop to get the tire done.At 9:15 I am informed they have 1 tire done and working on the second I am now late, I am asked by another service writer if I have been help and I say I dont know and explain my situation. He jumps on the phone a calls someone immediately and tries to find my service writer to get this completed the only one in the shop that actually cared or seem like he wanted to help. I ask some one at the desk if I can talk to service manager and I am told he is busy with someone else and that I can make an appointment to see him.I finally get my truck about 9:30 am with the big sigh sorry it took so long. If this is what they call customer service at Larry H Miller I will never be back. I have always taken my truck to the dealership because I am on the road salesman and have had my truck serviced all over this country and other than Michigan telling me getting into get an oil change would take 3 days this is the worse experience.BDC has no idea just get the customer in, service writer that has no clue, a service manager that is too busy and tells you to make an appointment about customer complaint and 90% of the employees that could not care less. This store needs a wake up call. I cant wait till my survey comes the GM can here the same story over again,The only thing I can say about this dealership best price in town and carry my OEM tires...but I definitely dont think the price was worth the customer service and the headache.
