I’m pretty sure I checked with every dealership in Utah before I ended up at Provo. I got a referral to work with Jonny and I was glad I did! He was personable, knowledgeable, worked his butt off to get me a good deal, but not pushy! I was very impressed with him and the sales team overall (can’t remember the sales manager’s name but he was so great also). They encouraged me to think about my purchase and make sure it was something I really wanted (that’s not something you hear at a car dealership often!!).The SUV they had on the lot wasn’t exactly what I wanted so they tried their hardest to find me one already made but I ended up ordering. The whole process was easy and clean.I’m a very satisfied as a customer and will refer anyone I can to Provo Larry H Miller!
This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle. We ordered a Mach-E from this dealership and ended up moving across the country before it got delivered. Delivery got pushed back (as is expected with COVID) but once the car finally arrived at this dealership, it sat in the lot for weeks before they sent us instructions on how to purchase and drop ship the vehicle. We ended up wiring the funds to purchase the vehicle and NO ONE thought they should reach out to verify funds were received! After that, the car was sent out to us without temporary tags. Now we finally had our vehicle but couldnt drive it because they forgot to put the temporary tag in the vehicle before sending it off. So we had to wait another week to drive our car. We were also told our local DMV would reach out to us regarding registration of the vehicle and get the title BUT its been over a month and they still havent sent the information to our local DMV. Our temporary tags are now expired and we cant get ahold of ANYONE who can help us at this dealership. Communication with people at this location is absolutely horrible. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else if you expect any sort of decent service. Oh and on top of this the original sales rep reached out to us about our low survey score and asked us to redo the survey because money is tight and it makes him look bad.*** Not a professional experience in the slightest.
For once it didn’t feel like a bunch of shady sales men. Zack the new sales member was an honest genuine amazing kid. We had an outstanding time just hanging out with him. Moving up the ladder the sales manager was a straight forward guy. Very nice honest and open. Straight forward and to the point. At this point this is a rare occasion! The last and final member to work with is the finance guy… everyone knows the finance guy is out to get you. All I can say is the gentlemen we worked with was unbelievably honest and fast. There was zero attempts at pushing things on us that we didn’t need and we got the sale wrapped up ASAP. We then we’re able to build a friendly relationship and learn more about one another. My experience with these 3 was one in a million. I always have a hard time going to dealerships because it’s a scam and a headache. I can honestly say being from Colorado if I ever wanted another car id call to see if these gentlemen still worked there.We decided that our service was so amazing we wanted to get some extra parts and accessories for our truck. The gentleman behind the counter again was OUTSTANDING. Got us with everything we were looking for. We then had to schedule with the installation team. Very very very friendly people and got us taken care of in short notice!Wow what can I say 10/10 service across the board.Yes trucks and cars are more expensive right now but that’s everywhere in the world. If you want to work with some top notch employees go see Zack, Jory, and I can’t remember the gentleman’s name at finance but he’s been there for over 15 years and wow was he amazing.THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR ALL THE HELP!Sincerely,Adventures of a Lifetime!
We were traveling from out of town and had an emergency break down. Service was able to diagnose the problem, get the parts and schedule us for repairs the next day. Olivia arranged for our transportation to and from our hotel. We were fixed and back on the road 24 hours later. Thank you guys so much for the incredible customer service and professionalism!!

I wanted to see if my car was ready for pickup after leaving it for some warranty work. The phone tree for reaching the service department is incredibly annoying. As soon as you get first in line an automated voice will ask you if youd like them to return your call or give you a voice message. I left 3 voice messages with no return call. Another option is to text your question. I did that with no response. Management needs to hire a little more help. And fix the phone tree! Have an option where the customer can continue to hold. Dont make the only options be - leave a message or get hung up on.
We had been truck shopping for hours with no success. Bronson met us on the lot and immediately put us at ease.Bronson was great to work with. He explained our financing options and we found the truck we wanted, and we bought it.Dealing with Bronson was a pleasant experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Most importantly, he didnt lie to us or blow hot smoke up our skirts.Also impressive was that he called the next day to make sure we had arrived back home safely, and to answer any questions that we might have.Once the deal was made, Joe took us through the paperwork. ReeseI took my car in to get an oil change and it ended up taking around 2 hours. There was a mix up in the getting the air filters changed and the part guy ended up getting the wrong part. Throughout the frustration- Reese was very understanding and was able to give a discount for the inconvenience. He didnt need to do this but did anyway and so I was very grateful.I would definitely recommend taking your car here. REESE WAS GREAT!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR HIM!Thanks
So far terrible experience with the service department. Had an appointment and several days later no work had been done. I’ve had to send my employees twice to check on the truck to see if it was even getting work done and both times they were told I’d get a call that I never got. Now almost 2 weeks later it isn’t fixed and no solution. Terrible communication. Promised I would get a call back and never would get calls back. The phone system is horrible and I can’t ever get the service people to answer and so I have to call for an appointment and then they sometimes patch me through to still get no answer. I try several times a day every day now. This is on a heavy duty truck for work that is costing me a lot of money to be out of service and it’s now been 2 weeks. They haven’t found the problem still. No loaner truck. No solutions. And poor communication. All for some sort of electrical issue that gave a bunch of codes that they can’t figure out. Maybe this review will get an answer or get my truck back in working order.

I am very angry about the bad service at this location, first they didnt have the machine to perform the test in my car A/C, and after 3 days the told me that, my car was just sitting there, I spent money in Uber and bothering people, when they could just tell me that from the beginning. I had to bring my car latter that week, and finally told me what was wrong with my cars A/C, it took 2 days to fix, and they didnt call me back when it was supposedly done. I had to call them to find out, they told me 475 dollars and when I went to pay, I was told $533. We dont see how this extra charge was tax and not hidden fees. I use my card and a day latter, the A/C fail again, same problem, I called the leadership and they keep hanging up on me. We went there and then they told us they needed another part on top of the first replacement. We dont understand why they didnt just do the entire repair and replacement from the start. We paid $180 more on, we paid over $700 with something wrong with our AC. I dont find it fair I have to pay more when they didnt solve the problem from the start. We went to the dealership expecting a high quality of service and it was the same as any other bad mechanic. I dont recommend coming here at all.
They sold me a car and the transmission went out two days later. No refunds. Great.
Called on Wednesday to make apt for Friday for oil change, windshield washer, and trailer wiring hookup repair. When dropped off vehicle was told it might be next day or Monday before completed. Got call back on Monday AM with estimate of 4 hundred some odd dollars to finish and another call back late Monday afternoon that vehicle was ready to pick up. When picked up the bill was nearly 600 dollars. Oil was changed and repairs competently performed, but would have preferred to bring in Monday am rather than having it sit there over weekend, and would have preferred inclusive price quote over the phone when authorizing repairs. Have always had prompt service and accurate estimates before, so even though service was well performed, this visit seemed overall a bit below par for this previously stellar facility.
Tim, Curtis here, I would like to visit with you about my overall experience at Larry H Miller Ford in Provo.From the Service Writernot keeping us up to date regarding part unavailability, to the parts guy I spoke with - I had to find the part myself after being told by Grant that the part was on emergency back order. I don’t think the “Original Parts guy” Larry Miller would be amused.Imagine my surprise to find we were charged $270 for Labor on a .7 hour job according to ALLDATA. I dont mind paying a little profit, but that seems more than a little excessive. I bought my son a Ford Escape knowing if he had issues he could take it to his local Ford store. I hoped I could count on you, and though you personally delivered as promised, your team failed.I am usually not one to complain, but I just expected better. With 37 years in the car business, several years of direct experience with Ford dealerships, I am surprised at the level of failure.I am sure this gives you something to work on. I believe you can make sure I am completely satisfied, as your staff strive to provide the high quality service you would provide your own family and friends.Thanks for your time and attention.Respectfully,
Olivia and Matt in service are the reason I continue to drive an hour south to have work done on my 2017 Focus RS. They know what they are doing, they never try to oversell but they will educate where applicable. Absolutely wonderful people to work with and I could not recommend Larry H Miller Ford in Provo more based on their service department!I know very little of the sales folks so mileage may vary there but based on service, I can only hope that the rest of the business is just as solid!
I traded in a truck a few weeks ago and bought my dream truck. The sales guy I worked with was very kind and did a good job with helping me find a truck and getting me a good deal. When I went in to the loan office, i was told that the extended warranty was for 6 years and had unlimited mileage limit but that it expired just at 6 years. I surprisingly asked him again and said “no mileage limits just a full 6 years?” And he said yes. Well later that night I was looking at the signed docs and I saw that it actually did have a mileage limit so I went in the next morning and they wouldn’t honor what I was originally told but we had it adjusted to better fit my needs. The next issue I had was my plates never came in the mail so I had to call them a few days before my temp tag expired and they said it should be to my house any day now. Well it never came so I called the day it expired and they said it was in the office and I needed to go pick it up. Just kind of a pain. And lastly, the truck I bought was so poorly detailed. It was hard to see how bad it was when I drove it home because it was dark but in the morning I saw dust/dirt everywhere in the cab and splashed food on the dash and ceiling. Also the rubber trim on the inside of the drivers door was torn off and hanging so I had to fix that. Just wish they would have put alittle more attention to detail and really have the truck get a real detail and not a quick wash and wipe down with cleaner. I would buy here again but just make sure you really look over the vehicle good and do not take their word when signing docs because what their docs say are different from what they verbally tell you so make sure to read the docs.

I go here to get my oil changed. 3 changes for $90.00 .For full- synthetic!! Beat that!!Dan Plagge was my service advisor this go- round. He is like my new bestie!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even told me about some scratch-and- dent type stores that are sure to enrich my life.Why go anywhere else?!
The service department is an absolute joke. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was repeatedly told it would be done in a certain amount of time only for it to take over 2 hours. With an appointment that is ridiculous. For a different vehicle that was dropped off, my husband waited on hold for over 25 minutes just to check the status. You guys need to get your act together.
They are terrible service. At first they said it was battery issues then next week they told me it was the wire from battery to starter that got fried so need to replace starter along with new wire. I tried called four times and left the voice mail twice to get them to answer my few questions why I need new battery. Tow truck driver tested my battery said it is still strong but something draining the battery every time trying to start the engine. My battery is 7 months old and wanting to be sure if new starter was necessary but they let me know it was done after trying to get a hold of one person all day. I even questioning one service person but all I got was hesitating respond and sorta give me run around the bushes. I even emailed to service manager 4 hours before it was done but I got no response either of them. I felt getting new battery was unnecessary and maybe new starter is possible not needed as well.
I had a service appointment for 7:45 AM I showed up to drop my vehicle off and I was told they wouldn’t look at the vehicle for two days.And that’s how they do the service appointments I was told. I don’t know if they know the definition of an appointment? I should have known better I’ve got their three oil changes for $90.00 two of them I won’t use after my first one I waited for three hours to get my oil changed.
Brodee deserves the world!! We had trouble with our truck trying to get back to Idaho and he was there after the work day and stopped by to help us. Sacrificed his time and energy to help us out. He was so nice and willing to help us out!
Went to get a recall fixed on car for the second time. Made an appointment was told an hour for it to be completed. When I got there at 9:00am with 10 other people I was told it would be 3 hours. Told them this is an inconvenience because I had to rearrange day due to the wrong time given. After 6 hours I called and asked about my car and was told to come get it at 6. This is now 9 hours for something I was told an hour for. I will never buy another car here. I have had several issues like this and they believe people have nothing going on and can change their days plans and they really really don’t care was pretty much told that.
I made an appointment to have recalls taken care of. I was contacted about 6 hours later and told they would have to keep my car over the weekend. They had not even started work on it yet. I told them I needed the car back as we could not be without it for 4 days. What I want to know is why they would make an appointment if they had no intention to even start work on it that day?
They replaced my exaust manifold and kept me informed throughout the process. But unfortunately they forgot to reinstall the undercarriage cover. Whatever?
I go here every year for emissions, as my vehicle is about 17 years old at the time of writing. Its local, they work quickly, and when theyre done with my service, I can head over to a building in the same lot to get my plates renewed. I can typically call and be in within an hour or two.Quick, helpful, and cheerful staff. Always an easy process when I need to stop by.
Was a great experience overall. No hassle from the sales team & they gave me exactly what I asked for on my trade in, which is atypical. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
I will never purchase a vehicle here again. Bought a brand new Ford Explorer with only 4 miles on it and had only 2 requests I wanted met before I purchased it. All weather mats and a missing plastic piece covering a bolt. I have had to fight for 6 months to try and get the mats and still ended up paying for them. We signed papers stating they would provide those things and they never did. Every time we called or went in they would just try to pass the blame on to someone else but would not help us. I will never do business here again. I want a company that values their customers and their reputation over a few dollars. Very disappointed.

Olivia took great care to keep me updated over the phone about any issues, provided video of issues found, and was very professional. I was especially impressed with the dealership coming to Saratoga Springs to get my vehicle. The Dealer that is closest to my home in American Fork was not willing to come get my vehicle, (siting it was to difficult even though it was with in the 10 Mile Radius advertised) and they were between my home and Larry H Miller in Provo, UT.I can not say enough about Larry H Miller Provo.And Olivia in particular! 5+ Stars for sure!
I bought a car from them 4 years ago and I still constantly get calls from them trying to sell me another car. Like dudes you have already had my service and I have asked you to leave me alone while I enjoy my car for at least 10 years. So leave me alone!
I love our car we got with them. Their sales team was well informed on what they have to offer and car models.I am frequently frustrated with how long simple services like oil changes take. I dont think its anything wrong with their techs or anything I just think the organization and the communication between departments is severely lacking. It is certainly not an efficient transition from appointment making to service and checking out.

The service was good, but even with an appointment it took over 90 minutes to complete a 5 minute recall inspection.
Do not have your car serviced here. They do not stand behind their mistakes. I had my Sport Track serviced with a tire rotation. They scratched all 4 wheels, claimed it was corrosion.The service manager said he would have their wheel guy look at them. I waited a week, never heard a thing even after leaving the service manager Tim Urry a couple of messages. I went to the dealership and talked to him. He called his wheel guy who told him it was probably corrosion. I know what a scratch looks like. He is the only one who actually looked at them, the wheel guy never did. A day went by when they called and said they would not do anything because it was corrosion. I have been a good customer for 5 years. I bought 2 new cars in that time. So much for customer satisfaction. I will no longer deal with this Larry H. Miller dealership again. I also talked with the General manager Mr. Fortune after my review without any resolution.
I have always had a great experience at this branch of Larry H Miller. The service department has always helped me and then went tje extra mile. MATT is the best.
Theyve had my car in their repair shop for 2 months now. They never answer phone calls or give any updates. Save yourself the time and do not buy a ford and do not do anything with this dealership. They are the actual worst.

I received a check engine notice on my 2013 Ford Raptor while driving from Arizona to Utah. I called the Babbit Ford in Flagstaff and asked them if it could wait till I got back or needed looked at immediately. They advised it should be looked at. I called Larry Miller Ford in Provo, UT. and got an appointment at 1:00 PM. I was able to drop off the vehicle at 10:30 AM so we could run some other errands. I got a text message saying that when the vehicle is done I would receive the invoice. At 2:30 I had not received any notice and so I checked with the service representative Matt as to the status. He began looking in the computer and advised that he did not see my vehicle listed. He left and returned a short time later advising that it was being looked at. Later he advised it was a faulty thermostat. We finally got the vehicle fixed and returned at 5:00 PM. Matt was helpful but the length of time to get vehicle fixed I felt was very long.
Had to come in for a recall and service on my vehicle, Dan was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back and asking for Dan!

I’ve been going to them for awhile now, just recently had a great experience with Reese. Quoted me wrong for a repair, and honored what they have quoted me. So far my truck is running good.
I went with my younger sister to get her a car and was so impressed with the service that I came back the next day and bought one too! Cort Pease wasn’t pushy or a salesman in the stereotypical way. He listened, stayed in my budget, and spent the entire day matching me to the perfect car. He even went out of his way to to help me get a better deal on the car I loved but was out of my budget. Very impressed. As a loan officer, he is the only person that I recommend to my members.
We worked with Matt. I would give him 5 stars, however our overall experience with LHM lost stars because of the following:We brought our rig in while it was still under warranty for an electrical issue. They could no find the issue. When we brought it up again (warranty sense expired), they had an answer to the issue right away. The problem is they wanted $400 to fix it. They would not work with us to find a compromise. This ruined the trust we had in their technicians. I’m bummed to have to find a new mechanic I can trust.
My car is currently getting worked on. It was supposed to be done yesterday. They told me I would have free Uber service. I called them six times this morning so I could have a ride to work, they never picked up. Clearly they are understaffed and now I am an hour late to work
They were great about communicating my car’s progress and gave me the option of additional work that could be done on it. Very good experience.
Dont come here. Wish I had listened to other reviews because this dealership does not deliver on what they say. My registration period passed on November 26th but I never received my license plates. I called to inquire about the matter multiple times and each time was transferred to a voice mail or was told I would be called back soon, but never was actually called back. After a week of this I went in personally and was again told that I would be called the next day. Note no extended registration tag was given to let me drive around. Its been another week since then and still no call or license plates. A professional business doesnt make statements they cant fulfill. If I was told I have to wait a week, I can wait a week. Im beginning to suspect my car was never registered. Havent been able to drive around much since I dont want to get pulled over. Save yourself the time and stress and look into other dealerships. Amateur service at best.
Great experience despite the fact that I came in later toward closing time which is normally a rude thing to do as a customer. So I appreciate the team helping out and being quick with the process.

He showed much patience in explaining all the technology of the vehicle. We really appreciated that very much. The overall experience at the dealership was 5 star service! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam or this dealership to anyone.
My service rep, Olivia, kept me well informed. Even pulled back in my car when I had remembered another concern I had forgotten to mention and double checked everything. It gave me a peace of mind and they really didnt need to do that. Excellent service!
We had the pleasure of purchasing our new Ford Bronco Sport here. It was great working with Jayden, Joe, and Thomas. They aren’t pushy and we felt supported throughout the entire purchase process. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and would recommend LHM Ford to everyone.
It seems like they got the work done, but the communication and time was horrible. We called several places and decided to take it in to Ford even though it was a lot more expensive because they said they could get us in and run a diagnostic the next morning. We dropped the truck off on Thursday morning and then didnt here back from them at all until about half way through the next day on Friday. I had texted and called before then asking for an update. When we did get the call we went ahead and agreed to have them fix whatever issues it had and were told it would be pretty quick. We again didnt hear anything until Monday morning. The whole process took around 5 days when we had chosen to go there because we were told we could get in and get it done that first couple days. The length of time would not have been as bad if we had known. My wife and I called them several times without getting any status update or answer.
I cannot complement the service department at the Provo Larry Miller Ford enough. I particularly want to thank GRANT at the service department who went above and beyond taking care of us in an urgent situation. Last Thursday after a long awaited trip taking our brand new RV out camping for the first time, our engine started to fail. We had to turn back. It was after hours and so we started making calls at 7 AM Friday morning in desperation to Find any Ford service Dept that would take this on. Not knowing for sure what the issues were But willing to accommodate as best as possible,GRANT told us to bring our vehicle down immediately. He guaranteed they would diagnose it as soon as we got there which they did. Fortunately it was mainly a Tune up spark plug issue. We also opted to do a transmission service. Knowing our situation, GRANT committed to having it done around 2 1/2 hours. We realize they could not guarantee this every time, but his call saying it was done came in just shy of 2 1/2 hours.. We were also impressed with others who kept checking on us to make sure we were being helped during the drop off and pick up. There seems to be good teamwork within the group. We cannot think Grant and this service department enough! We were able to leave shortly after and have an incredible much anticipated family vacation because of them. We now have a new service Dept to rely on when needed.

I had a open recall on my truck I took it in there and they fixed it free of charge they did it fast and the techniton was very friendly definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.
Got a great vehicle at a good price but it took forever. I dont even know what they were doing half the time. The salesman would just walk off and then come back and have me sign something. Very disorganized and slow. If it werent for the fact it was Ford, I would never consider going back.
I brought my 2016 Ford in at 11AM because there were some minor shifting issues and we had just passed 60k miles so it was time to change the transmission fluid and get other normal maintenance items checked off. I asked ahead of time if they would diagnose the transmission with the fluid change, to which they said yes, and expected to pay more since it was a dealership. 3 hours later they called to tell me it would be $700 to do everything I had asked to which I said yes. 2 nights pass and they call me to tell me there is an “internal issue” with the transmission that would cost $6000 to fix. I asked what the issue is and they said they’d need to open it up to see what the problem was. I asked why they hadn’t already done that since that’s what I paid the steep $700 for. They told me that they didn’t charge a diagnostic fee and that was for the other services provided (transmission fluid change, coolant top off and “plugging in the diagnostic computer”). They took 2 full days and charged $700 for fluids.... I told them no to the $6000 and picked up my car and left. The only reason for the 2 stars, instead of one, is that they were able to get me in the same morning I called, and Alexander called frequently with updates and was very polite, which I’d imagine would have to go really far at this sketchy dealer service.

I always get nervous when working with dealerships but they have been great! Awesome with work and recalls, fair pricing and always open with me.
Had a great experience with our sales person Johnny, however I can’t say the same for the rest of the experience. When test driving our vehicle we noticed one blinker was not working. No big deal let’s get the paperwork done while a tech fixes the blinker. A few hour fix turned into a two week fix. That’s right two weeks from our purchase date before we could take possession of our brand new vehicle that we had paid for! Johnny was great to get us a loaner vehicle in the interim and keep us updated, but the service department did not inspire confidence that they knew how to fix the blinker. It wasn’t until I left a message with the dealership GM that all of a sudden the vehicle was ready the next day.
Our experience at Larry H Miller Ford was amazing from start to finish. When we arrived to the dealership, we were immediately greeted by the salesperson, Jayden. He was very knowledgeable about the Broncos and went out of his way to make sure I got everything that I requested with the vehicle. I cannot say enough about how great of a salesperson Jayden was for us. I would recommend anyone interested in a Ford to go to Larry H Miller and ask for Jayden!

Grant in the service department went well above and beyond to help out when our car was getting a recall taken care of. Although a one day job turned into 4 days, it was completely out of Grants hands with corporate not sending the items in a timely fashion. He made sure to offer a rental car, kept me updated with the process and offered an oil change for the debacle while having to apologize on Fords behalf for not shipping the parts. Again Grant is someone I would do business with again in the future, because I know he will go above and beyond more than just the repairs.
Its been over 3 weeks since Ive gotten an update on my vehicle from the service department. I have called so many times and texted. Its been almost 2 months they have had my vehicle. I have even requested to speak with the manager. It looks like Ill have to go down there in person and demand information on whats actually going on.
Easy to schedule however, I was scheduled as the first appt of the day and it still took 1 hour 1& 15 minutes for an oil change.
I traded in my 2015 Escalade for a 2017 Lincoln. My sales person was fantastic. However when I went to sign the paperwork in finance I needed up walking out regretting I ever went to this location. I purchased a certified used vehicle. The finance person made a big deal about me being a veteran and all the things he was going to help me because he was one too. Since your a veteran, Im going to do this...pushed an unnecessary warranty and so many extras that all the cash back from my trade was gone. I have never been so furious in my life. This is the reason people hate buying cars! I canceled the unnecessary warranty, but I did not get the full cost refunded. In fact, I have been waiting over a month to get the refunded amount sent to my finance company. I have called accounts payable on 3 different occasions requesting a call back and have yet to receive one. I have even sent 2 emails which have yet to be answered.
WOW! We had just had a horrible experience with our truck- It took us 13 hours to go from Colorado to Provo (normally 7.5 hours) hauling a young horse in a horse trailer. We showed up 1st thing in the morning at Larry H.Miller hoping we could get the truck fixed up and Matt Unrein took AWESOME care of us- keeping us updated and getting the truck back to us in a timely manner so we could make our trip back the next day. As an extra bonus - he shared some tips as to some good rules of thumb for maintaining our truck to help avoid these issues in the future. We hope Matt enjoys his 2 month vacation in the Bahamas! (joking....) Sending Matt some good vibes- Larry Miller is lucky to have Matt as an associate.
Very disappointed. My mother purchased a truck with a bumper to bumper warranty. She took it in because of a concern over wheel-bearings which she stated. They diagnosed both front wheel bearings and hub actuators. Wanting to charge her almost $2000 and saying her warranty doesnt cover those. She has not even put 3000 miles on this truck.She took in into today to another shop and their statement is that there is nothing wrong with the bearings at all, either side! Frauds here at Larry H. Miller!

I will never take my autos to be serviced here again. Last time I brought my truck in, they lost my key and kept the truck for an extra two days longer than they said to “make sure everything looked good”. I feel like it was just extra time to look for my key, which they ended up having to replace.This time I came in for what the representative said would be a 2 hour job. That 2 hour job turned into 5 days, and I had to initiate any conversation about updates. They also put the wrong oil in my truck.They seem to be a company that does not care about your time, or delivering on what they promise. So I will take my business somewhere else. I really like Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork.

We had, a month ago, the oil changed on our Chevy cargo van at the Larry H Miller Chevy dealership in Provo. We paid for 3 FULL SYNTHETIC oil changes $90.00. Yesterday, we took our Ford van to the Larry H Miller Ford dealership In Provo. We requested full synthetic oil. They charged us $165.00. Even though they have big signs stating that it is $90.00. Not only that, but as we were driving away, we noticed the engine light on. We drove for a few minutes hoping the light would disappear but didn’t. Who changes the oil and the engine light goes on?? We drove back and got the problem, they caused fixed. We spent about a little over 5 hours at the Larry H Miller Ford service yesterday. I called today to complain about the big difference in price; the manager gave me the poor excuse that the Chevy Larry H Miller dealership simply charges FAR LESS for the FULL SYNTHETIC OIL change. I wish they explain that prices vary according to dealership in spite of the fact that both dealerships are Larry H Miller and are only a few feet apart from each other!!!

Not recommend buying a car from here, first the person who helped me told me the car was diesel witch it wasn’t and I put diesel on it because I trusted the sales man, the car was disgusting and it had roten food in the trunk they didn’t even detail it, and on top of that they sold me a broken car that I had to fix from my pocket, and to end up this horrible experience with them my permit was up already I call no answer so I when to get my plates and they didn’t even had them now I can’t drive my car until I get my plates because if I get pull over ima get a ticket and they didn’t even care about it horrible costumer service !! Don’t waist your money here.

I had the BEST experience I have ever had buying a used or new car. Adam was very respectful of me. He could have easily taken advantage of me, but he didnt. At this point I cannot see myself EVER buying a car from anywhere else than Larry H Miller!!
Good service. Not the best communication. I dropped off my car because of an overheating issue. I was happy with the service and the prices were reasonable. I had to keep calling for updates and I wish they had been more proactive in informing me of the status of the service.

Brought my car in to get a new seal because of a leak. (Which was being replaced under warranty) They had my car for 3 days and never kept me updated when my car would be done. I had to come in on my own to find out and then the service rep told me the car would be done by the end of the day (which was on the 3rd day) when I came in to finally get my car nobody was there(in service) to help and I talked to a technician that was there only to find out they didnt have the right part for it. This wasnt very ideal at the time but I wasnt too concerned about it just wish they had kept me updated a little bit better. However afterwards since I needed the car and the leak wasnt bad at all I told the technician to just put the original seal back on because I needed some sort of transportation for work and wasnt offered a rental or any means of transportation by management. told the the technician I would take my car back at a later date.After getting into my car I find out that there is 60+ miles on my car from the time I dropped off my car. This was unacceptable.... They have been most likely joyriding my car for 3 days and never kept me updated on anything throughout the time my car was there. I even almost considered trading in my car but after this Ill be going elsewhere as well to get my car serviced.... Sales staff took decent care of me and wasnt too pushy which is always a plus for me. But I wish management tried to help me a little bit more with my car situation they didnt seem to care when I talked to them.... Not even sure if this was relayed to the GM by management but I hope it did.... at this time cant recommend this place at all. Hope changes happen soon.

My scheduled oil change appointment took the right amount of time. I was curious about the cost to replace a few other things I want done in the future; they were able to get me the estimate for the labor but havent heard back about the price of those parts.
Adam was so fantastic and was able to give me a great deal on my dream truck. I even sent two other people his way because he was so helpful. The car buying experience was fast, painless, and Informative. Will definitely be getting my wife’s next car here.
Currently waiting to get my oil changed and have been here an hour and a half, and just got a text it will be 25 more minutes. Had an appointment and everything.Ridiculous that it could take that long and not be communicated when scheduling. Will not be coming back
