My car started making a dragging sound as I got off the freeway. They were able to figure it out and fix it super quickly. They were also very kind to my mother and helped her into the office with air conditioning and brought her some cold water. They went above and beyond to make an a rough day (funeral) better.

I have taken several of my vehicles here and its been great every time. The follow up they provide from beginning to end is very convenient. It is a family owned business which makes it trustworthy and they explain what needs to be done and they do it. Pablo knows how to service all aspects of your maintenance needs and pays attention to detail to advise. It is hard to find a good honest mechanic until you work with IM Auto.

I just had say they are awesome! Every time I go there, they explain me what happened and what is my options to fix and how long will take. They are so kind and let you feel good. Especially when I don’t know nothing about cars. I trust them and fair price. Really happy about every job they do!

I needed help getting my truck to pass emissions. I stopped by a couple auto shops and they couldnt get me in fast enough, i stopped by IM auto and they got me in immediately. While i expected it to be a fairly quick job it came to be a lot more complicated and work for the auto shop then expected. They were very kind and reasonable and even stayed true to the original price that they had offered before it came to be a much more difficult job. The mechanic Pablo got it done in a timely manner and communicated well. Now my truck passed emissions. Highly recommend!!

I have being bringing my cars here with Pablo several years, and they always being fixing everything nice, and I considered they have good prices. I’m very busy I have two jobs, and the only time I can come are Saturdays, they always have time for me, and besides that I can pass my emissions, and also I can get my renew stickers, so everything here without waisting my time waiting big line of people at the DMV, so for me this Shop is “very good”

After waiting for 30 minutes for my safety inspection his wife told me it wont pass because my tires are to big and they hit the suspension which I know is false. Then she tried to make me buy a whole new set of tires. As if I didnt blow 1500 on the ones I put on, no one go here they are just trying to make a quick buck and confuse anyone who cant speak Spanish. The lady was very incredibly rude little kids running around the office yelling and a small dog chained behind the desk yapping the whole time and when I got into my truck they had taken off my dash cover and tried to put it back on but it was all messed up and wrinkled and skewed. I feel like he was looking around in the truck for money or something. Just felt dirty in the office I needed to shower after.

I went there with my Altima for some leaks and he and his wife was so good to me and he fixed my car very well for me and did a lot to bring my price down as well.

Perhaps the first guys wife went in with a less than gentle approach.Ive been going to Pablo to get my vehicles services for about 5 years now. Since MaryBelle (Pablos wife) is a working mother their childcare is their place of business. I can admire that.Ive found Pablo to be capable and very helpful. He is willing, upon request, to search auto recyclers for parts instead of just always going for much more expensive new OEM parts. When I did my own mechanic work Id very often frequent the recyclers with excellent success and Ive found the same with Pablo doing the installations.Both Pablo and MaryBelle have been very easy to work with even tho the language barrier (Spanish) can be troublesome.Overall I rate them a very good mechanic shop and will continue doing business with them.
