I am very picky when it comes to car repairs. I spend a lot of time shopping around for the best price and quality of work. My car has a rebuilt title and I needed two fenders and a bumper repainted plus the hood re aligned. I got quotes from 7 places, but Monarch Auto was the one who gave me the best deal! Diego inspected my car, communicated in detail with me on what I wanted to get done, and gave me a quote. He kept me updated on the progress of the repair and always asked for permission before doing any work so that I wouldn’t have any unforeseen extra costs. He completed the work on time and went through everything (including showing me pictures of the work in progress) when I went to pick up the car. They even washed the exterior of the car for me! If you want to make decisions on how your car is fixed and be informed of the progress, this is the place to go. Thanks Diego!

Back my brand new car into and electrical box, terrified because I had a trip one week away I called up monarch! They were able to get it fixed in the ONE week and were amazing to work with! Their team is amazing!!!

My driver side window shattered and I took my car to Monarch Auto Collision Repair on a Wednesday afternoon. We were able to buy a new window that night and have them install it on Friday for a good price. Very happy with their service and they were extremely friendly. If I ever have issues with my car again, Ill be calling Monarch again.

These guys are awesome!! Diego is honest as very kind. My daughter hit a deer with her car. We got some estimates from a few other shops and it was going to cost more than the car was worth. Then we found these guys. Diego made it work for us. I highly recommend this shop.

I would rate this place a 10/5 if I could. Diego was very helpful making sure I didn’t have to pay for anything I didn’t absolutely have to. He beat the other estimates I had gotten by hundreds of dollars and even made sure I wasn’t without a car for more than 1/2 a day while others said it would take 3-4 days. He salvaged what he could from the bumper I had replaced so I wouldn’t have to buy parts that weren’t completely damaged- something I know other places would have loved to charge me for. By far the best customer service I have ever gotten!!!

I took my car to a few different places around Provo for estimates. Diego was my last stop for the day. He gave a very competitive estimate and we decided to go with his business. He was able to get my car in on a Monday after getting the estimate the Friday before. We were very much impressed with their work and pricing. They were very nice to work with as well. The car looks great and was done in a timely manner. I wish I would have taken a car last year that needed repair to him for repair instead of one of the other big name competitors. I will definitely take my business to him again!

Monarch was great to work with! From the onset he was very helpful in describing how the insurance would work, and what things needed to be fixed on the car and why. Arranged for the rental car to come pick me up when I dropped off my car. Throughout the process he kept me informed the progress and when I should expect it back. Got the car back and it looks great! Looks like it was detailed on the inside. He even took out some extra dents for free on the hood to make sure that the new clear bra would look great. Hope I dont get into another accident, but if I need help Ill definitely go back to Monarch. Thanks!

I had a difficult dent I needed to get fixed on my new Camaro, and Diego did it perfectly. I went to 5 different locations for estimates, and Diego beat out all of them, almost at half the price of some of them! He was able to schedule me in quickly and was able to get it done fast. I had a fantastic experience with Diego and his prices were very competitive. My roommate hit my car into our carport pole and he was really good about getting my baby all fixed up! She looks good as new now. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is that when I picked it up, they forgot to wipe down the inside of my tan interior after they worked on it and the leather was covered in a tan dust that ended up getting all over some stuff I put in the backseat. It looked like I rolled my jacket in a powder and I had to wipe the entire backseat down myself. But for sure would go there again!!

I am very grateful to Monarch, they are the best in repairs, after I suffered an accident, they were so aware of me and my car, from towing the car to leaving it like new. My accident left my car unable to walk, after a truck lost one of its tires, this tire collided with the front of my car and broke the radiator, damaged the car underneath and punctured one tire while the other exploded. Ill leave some pictures so you can see how great my car was. They are super professional and most importantly honest. I am very grateful to Diego for his love of his work, his dedication for being so good; and obviously all her work team especially Sariah, she is so good, kind and very patient.
