Our experience with Jo Fuentes and the Prescott Valley La-Z-Boy store was excellent in all respects.She was friendly and helpful without being pushy, was extremely knowledgeable about the lineup of recliners we were looking for and educated us in the realistic timeframe to expect.Jo presented a nice range of options without us feeling lead or directed toward any - she genuinely cared that we got what we wanted and needed for our movie watching experiences.I would recommend Jo for anyone looking for a top of the line recliner, loveseat, or couch!

Tammy was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the furniture. I knew exactly what I wanted and she was efficient in figuring out my order. The reason I gave it four stars is because of the long wait time for the furniture. Possibly up to six months or longer. The plus was Tammy said she would text me every month and let me know the status of my chair.

We worked with sales consulant Tammy Montierth. She was knowledgable, confident, and helpful in choosing a color scheme. We look forward to meeting with her again.

This review is a reflection of our experience with the sales person, Michelle. The store manager, Shawn Hunter was great and the product seems quality. My husband and I went to the store back in January and placed an order for over $5000. Michelle was nice at that time because Im sure she gets some kind of commission or perk for her sales. She told me then that we should expect our order to be in in May or June. She also told me she would call monthly to give me updates on our order which she NEVER did. Mid June came around and I called and was told that my order wouldnt be in until end of July. I didnt want to wait any longer so I asked to cancel my order especially since it wasnt even made yet. Its funny how quick Michelles attitude and tone of voice switched. She told me I couldnt because it was a special order and that the paperwork said 6 months. My paperwork said 18 weeks from factory again in store she said May or June. She was extremely rude at this point once I asked for a refund vs when I spoke to customer service or her coworkers which just proves she gets some kind of kick back. I asked to speak to the manager and when I didnt he offered a discount or my full refund. I chose my full refund because it was too long of a wait for my liking and I refused to give Michelle any sale.

Good service; not pushy. We came back after trying out other places and bought a chair.

I am 65 tall with most of my height in my torso. (My trouser inseam is just 32.) I sit very tall, so finding a recliner with a back tall enough to offer proper support for my neck and head is a challenge. After shopping online and in-store at a prominent regional furniture store, I remained frustrated. Not expecting a different result, I stopped in at the Prescott Valley, AZ La-Z-Boy store where I was greeted by Robin. I saw a chair immediately inside the stores front door that looked like a solution. I tried it on and liked it. Robin recognized my challenge and directed me to a different chair she thought would work. Work!? Wow. It was great. And it was on sale at a $500 discount from regular and a whopping $900 less than the first chair. My thanks to Robin and La-Z-Boy for putting my needs first.

Beautiful furniture, large showroom. Did a complete makeover with the help of a very talented in-store professional designer. Much more is available than what is is displayed in store so lots of options. Very happy with the entire La-Z-Boy experience.

Looking for a couple of recliners. They advertise a price, but you cant get them for that price because they are in Phoenix. Prescott is the stepchild of lazy boy. You can get them for the price advertised if you pick them up in Phoenix. 125. 00 more if you want to pick them up in Prescott.

We purchased a LazyBoy recliner 2 years ago. We immediately had a service call to install a Cotter pin. The call was under warranty and was free. Two years later we had a second call for the same thing in a different part of the same chair. The warranty covered the pin which cost 5 to 10 cents. We paid $135 for the service call to fix a factory problem. Their warranty is not worth much and their quality control is not what you would think for their reputation.

Wow, the prices are ridiculous! Great staff though.

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did not push her preferences on us at all. Then we worked with your Interior Decorator as to size of rug and what went together color wise. They both came out to the model and were extremely helpful. It was a most pleasant experience. We have bought from you before and will certainly come back when we need more furniture. You have jewels in both of those gals!

Ordered two swivel recliners today, you cant beat a Lazyboy made in USA. Ordered 2 last month made in Vietnam.They were sent back!

I felt like she cared about finding a piece that was just right for me rather than just trying to make a sale. I ended up with a piece I love. When I need more furniture, I will go to La-Z-Boy and work with Robin!

Michelle, our sales consultant, was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and didn’t try to push us in any specific direction. She was good to point out our options, if we had any, and constantly ask what we liked or didn’t like about a specific piece of furniture. When it came time to determine fabrics she had a good eye regarding what colors and patterns went together and helped us determine our selection without being judgmental or pushy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the LaZboy store to anyone else.

My husband and I are making a big move and decided that we needed new furniture. We had planned on shopping around but after visiting the La-Z-Boy store we did not go any other store. Robin and Jo where wonderful! We are not decorators thus this furniture shopping was daunting for us. After working with Robin and Jo, the experience was pleasurable and exciting. What a fabulous experience! We went to La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings to window shop. They were having a great sale and we met Robin Tanaka. Robin is nothing short of amazing. No hard sell, no pressure, just answered our questions and guided us with information and suggestions.We found the perfect sleeper sofa and two accent chairs, all of which are gorgeous.And we saved a ton of money. As our furniture is being built, Robin will stay in touch with us and keep us updated on when its coming. I feel like I have a new BFF! We will definitely be back!

Wow! What a wonderful experience at this store and with Robin Takata. We had purchased two recliners and, unfortunately, they did not work for us. We drove out to the Prescott Valley store yesterday to see what we could do and were greeted with Robin’s smiling face. She worked with us for a long time trying to find the perfect “fit” for our body size AND the crazy shape of our living room. She was exceptional and found us exactly what we needed. We have shopped at other furniture stores in the Prescott Tri-City area and have been extremely disappointed with the customer service. Not here. Their only concern was that we left happy. So, not only did we exchange the recliners, we also wound up buying a TV stand with matching end tables for our new love seat. We also found an arc lamp that we may go back for after we see the new furniture in the room. I never knew La-Z-Boy had such a huge and lovely selection of furniture for the entire house. I could have spent the entire day there just “playing”. Thank you, Robin, for the expert advice and “happy to help” attitude! This is our new favorite furniture store.

Walked in, told the sales lady what I was looking for, she took me straight to what I wanted, sat down, loved it, bought it. Quick & easy! She was wonderful. Not my 1st time in a Lazy Boy recliner. Had some before. They last.

Excellent quality items but a bit pricey. Sales people are impressive and attentive. Not pushy at all. Lovely selection of both couches, sectionals and chairs.

I have never got to experience having an interior decorator help me design my living room. Well let me tell you it is an experience everyone should get to enjoy. Jo was fantastic and made it so easy by providing excellent input and wonderful fabrics and patterns to choose from, she was so knowledgeable and personable. I will be back to see her. Its good to have a store with such extensive inventory in my area. I was not aware this store was in my area until today. I look forward to the delivery within ten days according to the sales staff. I purchased two leather recliners from LazyBoy. They have had issues with the leather. Not the quality that I have come to expect from them. I spoke to the store manager about how disappointed Iwas. The manager said that he would give a full store credit for the cost of the chairs. I have ordered two new chairs in a beautiful fabric. Did I mention the chairs are two years old? Way to go LazyBoy! Nice to know they stand behind their product!

He assisted my husband and I in finding a style of chair to use in my mother in laws assisted living apartment.Chad was familiar with the concerns and needs of a fragile almost 92yr elderly person, as he had worked in that field for several years and understood the sensitive issues they face. Knowledgeable, about the fabric in which we chose and suggested a protective measure used on the chair to help with stains or any other situations that might occur.Extremely helpful with a wealth of practical ideas, safety measures for when Mom gets up out of the chair. Both chairs will have height added to them and the chairs will vary in that one will be a rocking chair, and one will be a stable chair. Acknowledgement of this remarkable young Sales Consultant is in order as, Chad Kite will be the main reason for returning to Lazy Z-Boy Home Furnishings in the future.

Previously purchased 2 chairs and 1 couch from Lazboy in Prescott Valley.All arrived in perfect condition and exactly as ordered. Its been about 2 years now and all are wearing very well and still appear as new and are very comfortable.Today we ordered another chair, and have no reason to believe it will be anything but perfect as the others were.The sales person was a pleasure to work with also.

Buying furniture is like buying a car from a dealer. They try to upsell on everything. Having said that, shopping here was a good experience but I paid a bit more than I planned. The chair I bought is really nice and well made in the US so overall Im satisfied.

I bought few furnitures in this branch almost 2 years ago (I know its a late review) and it was okay. I customized some of the pieces I bought. It turn out okay, nothing special. One of the side table they recommended was cracking (made of cheap wood) and its less than 2 years old but its passed warranty so I cant replace it. The recliners are nice because we put it in the game room so we used it often. I spent a lot to replaced old furnitures in this store but wont go back here again. Too Pricey!

Both Tammy Montierth and Jo Fuentes were excellent in helping us design and choose our living room and bedroom furnishings for our new home. Not so happy, and getting worse. Bought a bed through them. Was delivered the wrong mattress. 6 weeks later, when the correct mattresses were delivered, they werent going to take the wrong one back. Ordered two pillows, recieved one. Store made it right by giving us two more. I shouldnt have bought a bed at a furniture store.
