The staff are extremely helpful. They will work with you to get the best appliances and furniture that best fit your home. Not to mention they will deliver and build anything you purchase. They are always a call away for any questions are concerns you may have with your purchase. Best rent to own company in the area.

How refreshing. They had a refrig in stock to rent. (I couldnt get one delivered after buying from Home Depot and Lowes). They set an appt to deliver. Texted prior to showing up and delivered on time!!Then when I was able to purchase one from Costco (and delivered on time), Rent-a-Center picked o the rental precisely on time!Very professional.

Jasmine W. is awesome; everything was handled by phone. This was our first rental experience, and she answered all of our questions. We got a washer rental for a month (thats how long the box stores take to fulfill purchases because of the pandemic slow down). The price was fair considering it is saving us trips to the laundromat, lots of quarters, and convenience. The washer is an Amana, even though used it looked like new. The delivery was the very next day. We called Aarons first, but they said the minimum rental period was 3 months -- to their credit, they recommended calling Rent-A-Center when we told them paying for three months was out of the question. We will use Rent-A-Center again and recommend them to all our family and friends.

My significant other & I have bought several items from this location, but resently I called to get the payment history & spoke with AL that informed me, he could not give me that information. My name has been on the account since we began purchasing items when Joel was manager. Not 1 time has this Rent A Center denied payment from me or account information. I asked to speak with Stephanie, & was told she is working at a different location, but Monday I could speak with acting manager Zach. I then asked to speak with the owner and was told he couldnt give me that information., but wait you took $ for years out of my account to pay for items purchased, but you cant give me any information, why is that? Rent a center how much of the items purchased at your location was paid for by my significant other? Did you call him for payments, I can answer for you NO you didnt. Shame on you! Im disappointed in how I was treated & if my other half ever buys from you again, please dont hesitate to call me, because Ill return the same treatment that was given to me.Thanks Ill NEVER buy from here again!Elsie6/29/20 today I reached out again to run a center Al answered the phone telling me that Zach will be in a meeting all day and could not talk to me when I let him know that I could be on location and 20 minutes to speak with somebody AlRudely hung up the phone as he said have a nice day I will be reaching out to the corporate office in Texas today & see if I can get managers name information or owners name & contact information .

Ive called them several times over the last year about products on the site to see if I could get various items. Zero calls back or maybe a call back saying their system was down but would hear from them the next day, no call back. I went in for a laptop and was given the floor model and a promise to get a new one once one was ordered into the store but that never happened even though I had called to remind them, it was my fault I paid it off without receiving the newer version and left with a laptop that has a hard time with running simple games or programs. Customer service is not good and not bad, just blah. When paying the prices they ask for I would expect just a little better service. They have no problem calling you if youre a few days late on a payment though.

Ive been using these guys for years now and I continue to be impressed by them! Ive gotten a few things from here and the staff and Joel has always been incredibly friendly and helpful if I ever (rarely) run into a snag with a payment. This is usually in the form of say my due date will be the 10th and I dont get paid until the 15th or something. They have always worked with me and genuinely care about their customers which is what keeps me with them and coming back.Yeah, if you stick to just the payments and dont do an early buyout, the item will generally end up costing more with interest fees than if you were to buy it outright somewhere else, but sometimes a person cant always do that at the moment. The payments are low and flexible which can make it easier for sure though. Great guys overall!

The store manager is a dramatic spiteful woman that presents herself in the same manner as a toddler. Do yourself a favor and go to Aarons or at least a different Rent A Center location.
