WARNING: THIS IS A SCAMPLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYPLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW...THIS WILL BLOW YOUR MINDI found Jackie on OfferUp while searching for Z Gallerie furniture. I bought a dresser and two months later a mirrored piece fell off. A driver named Joe came out to my house to fix the mirrored piece. He applied WAY too much Gorilla Glue, which ran down the front of the dresser. I wife called Jackie to let her know what happened she said she would have Joe call back. Joe calls my wife and admits to using too much glue. He also states I have never repaired a dresser before. So, clearly he was not a repair guy, his solution was to remove the Gorilla Glue with nail polish remover. The glue was on the wood detailing of the dresser lol this would have made the problem worse. Then Joe proceeds to cuss me out over the phone, f*** you, b****, w**** etc. Appalled by this, we called Jackie back, who says Joe is just some dumb driver and plays it off like no big deal. After some google searches, turns out Joe is not only the driver but also the owner of the company AND him and Jackie are either dating or married.Jackie states that she needs to talk to the owner of the company to figure out a solution. Funny thing is that the owner of the company is her boyfriend/husband. In the mean time, Joe had not only used too much glue but had also applied tape to another mirrored piece. When we took off the tape, the other piece fell off and broke. Jackies solution was to give us a $100 refund after talking to the owner. We got several quotes on fixing the damage from the Gorilla Glue which was $300-$500. Since that statement, Jackie has not responded to any texts and has not answered any of our calls. Jackie completely lied to us the entire two weeks we were dealing with her. We also never received the check either.Now, we are stuck with a dresser that has a broken mirrored piece and damage from the Gorilla Glue on one side. No mirrored piece on the other side because it broke off from being taped. Also, after doing some research, we found out that these scam artists used to own a store in California which has since shut down (I wonder why). I have attached a screenshot of the other stores Yelp reviews. Clearly this is not a one time issue with Joe (the owner), this is a pattern.

Joe and his wife Jackie are absolutely awesome people I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and Joe took a lot of time with me to help me figure out what would work for me in a queen size bed after finding the one I needed we set up delivery and Joe came and was very professional hes an amazing guy especially lifting up those mattresses ovaries had bringing everything in and assembling my adjustable bed many thanks to them I will soon be getting from them chest of drawers and a nightstand also thank you guys for working with me youre amazing.

We recently purchased a mattress from Joe and Jackie for our youngest son. It is his first big boy bed! Jackie was awesome and so informative on all of our options. Joe is awesome too, he personally delivered our mattress the same day all the way to Chino Valley! We have been so impressed with their knowledge and kindness. We will definitely be back to shop more with them!

I went into the store just to check prices and how long delivery would take. They were willing to work with me on the delivery date (since Im between apartments), and the price was much less than I expected to spend. They listened to what I wanted and explained the options without being pushy about up-sell. I will definitely go back if I ever need more furniture.

I called the store regarding platform beds advertised. Very pleasant helpful man .he confirmed that delivery was indeed FREE and could do next day..He also installs it to if u need him 2for a small fee.. very satisfied will return again
