I have been shopping for a new mattress for a while and after some bad experiences I walked into Mattress Firm in Prescott Valley and was pleasantly surprised. Ben was the sales associate who helped us and he was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, with no pressure. We had a mattress brand in mind and the store had three types available to try and in stock to purchase. We picked the exact one we wanted and the payment option we needed and it was all done in a small amount of time. We walked out of that store completely satisfied and with a set delivery date for our new mattress within a couple of days. Started out as a decent visit, started ordering the mattress we wanted and was informed it couldn’t be delivered to our address, no big deal we bought the mattress with that understanding. When we got the call that the mattress was in we were advised to “bring our own help” and when my husband told the guy we might not have help and he gave excuses and went on to say how he injured himself moving a mattress the extent of the injuries, and that he ISNT going to hurt himself helping. I couldn’t imagine him telling someone who is literally incapable of moving a mattress. It wouldn’t of been a big deal but, it was very unprofessional and wasn’t told upon Ordering the mattress but instead, when planning to drive the hour to pick it up. You should hire employees who are capable of their job and not guilt tripping customers. I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere.

I just needed new king size box springs. Ben was very helpful to find 2 in the warehouse that were floor models. It saved me some money too. He educated me on the difference between a wood frame and metal. Being tried of my old box springs that made a lot of squishy noises, i opted for the metal for longevity of life and mine. Definitely would go back if i have bedding needs. thanks...

Sales Rep Tyler Predmore was very KNOWLEDGEABLE of the products for sale in his store. I was shopping online for a king size mattress and came across the Mattress Firm company. They had the lowest prices of any of the stores that I had been looking at. I was fortunate that they have a store located within 10 miles of me so I decided to stop in and take a look at some of the mattresses . They had a good selection, and I was able to try several of the mattresses. I found a mattress that I really liked and they said it could be delivered in two days which was a real benefit. One of the real plus values is it there was no sales pressure in purchase a mattress and the employee was very accommodating and very informative on the mattresses. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I will NEVER purchase a mattress here again. We paid $800 for a new mattress last year and it fell apart very quickly. Getting a replacement was a nightmare! We had to fight Mattress Firm every step of the way and ended up having to pay $100 just to get it replaced with a cheaper mattress. They wouldn’t give us the same mattress because it was no longer on sale/“available”. When they finally did come to replace the mattress 3 weeks later, they decided our old one wasn’t in good enough condition because of a small blemish on the pillow top. My husband asked them to call a manager (management kept forwarding their calls to VM). We ended up waiting around for 45 minutes with the delivery team as they attempted to get someone to answer the phone. Finally, a manager agreed to replace the mattress after a ton of back and forth, pictures, etc. The delivery guys were extremely nice and understanding, but I will NEVER deal with Mattress Firm ever again. It was almost like they are told by corporate to avoid warranties at all cost and bully customers into just accepting it. Unless you want a mattress that falls apart and have to jump through all their hoops to get a warranty honored, you shouldn’t buy from them.

Well I walked in and took a lap around and saw the prices they were out of my budget. As i grab my mom to leave Tyler stopped me in a very comforting way and asked what was driving me away. I told him the prices and he said well I have a sale section let’s just take a look . As I explain what issues I’m having with my bed and positions I sleep in, Tyler was very knowledgeable and helped me slowly try and find a bed that I like the feel of. He was quick to find financing and I liked how he didn’t push me in a direction more than what I wanted to spend. Tyler went above and beyond and found me outlet options. I’m super thrilled to have a mattress and a great stand comin, that’s going to be better for me healthwise in the long run and in my budget. I never had a salesman put time into researching product to help me out pricewise, and still get quality . Tyler generally looked out for me and not forcing a sale. Thank you Tyler Predator for stopping me from leaving, now I’m looking forward to a great bed.

So my delivery was to be yesterday between 445/645. At 710 still no bed and no contact. I called prescott valley store and talked to Tyler. He told me there was an accident and the truck was held up and assured me it would be here around 9. That didnt happen. Still no contact from anyone. It was almost 11 pm when they arrived. My kids in bed, my husband gets up at 4. The two very loud men told us they had a hard time setting up a 8,000 dollar bed with wifi, took them almost 4 hours. So guess I was lied to. Today no calls to follow up. This is unacceptable.

Also the mattress have amazing warranties, and one of the other ones we bought we had to use the warranty and the manager heled me too!They also have the best Customer service, The manager of the Prescott Valley store is very nice and extremely helpful.I dont know when we might need another mattress, but if we do, we know where we would go!
