Like many of you, I thought highly and would have recommended Jacks before my last experience with this store! In less than two years I have bought two mattresses from JACKS . i am a heavy person, when I bought my first mattress Joe of jacks was aware of my weight and he assured me that he had the mattress for me and it would hold up under my weight which at that time was about 375 lbs, in less in than a year the mattress failed, I brought this to his attention and he said policy prohibited him from refunding my money or even partial credit, he did not mention warranty process to me,so after some consideration and dialogue with him and his assuring me that he would make sure that he could get a better mattress that would hold up, so i decided to give Jacks a second chance and I purchased a second mattress and it also failed and i had lost weight, I had used the mattress for about six months and the mattress edge failed on both sides as well as most of the mattress,when I brought this to his attention and after sending photos he agreed with me that the mattress had failed, I admit that I pursued this matter vigorously, I literally felt that I felt i had been in a fight the night before each night I slept on this second mattress, he told me couldnt get me a new mattress and that it had to be sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired, but because of covid -19 the whole warranty process was on hold, he mentioned to me that after he spoke with manufacturer rep that we could come to a resolution, well after calling the store, their resolution was simply this that be cause of my weight, which isnt that great, now about 330 and has held that way for months that i should have spent more money on a better quality mattress and not one of theirs, they took my money twice with a smile on their faces, but when faced with the fact that they failed me twice and their obvious attitude that they were not going to make this right with me and the possibility of having to incur an expense, they passed the buck and treated me as if i had the plague, obviously I come from the old where you stand by what you sell and these people care more about money than doing the right thing! SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT!,

You won’t find a better deal for well-made furniture in the area (I know because I visited just about every furniture shop, new and used, when I first moved here!). This is a family-owned small business and they only deal with quality furniture, but get it at an excellent price. No pressure, lots of options to choose from both in the showroom or their catalogs (I ordered a beautiful platform bed frame and dining set; they looked as good if not better in person compared to the catalog), reasonable prices and excellent customer service. If I could do my furniture search over again, I would’ve started here and gotten all my furniture needs met in one place! I highly recommend Jack’s Furniture Shack.

I purchased a complete living room set and dining set from Jacks and it was a great experience. The salesman was so helpful and patient. Everything was done by text because I was not in Prescott. Jacks went above and beyond tonight. My husband came home from work today and was telling me about an older customer who had nothing in her home at all not even a bed. So we searched all over to find this person a nice bed. Everyone in town was giving us outrageous prices. But then we called Jacks and he gave us a fair price and even waited for my husband to drive out to PV and stayed late for us. After we purchased the bed we had no way of hauling it as we thought it would fit in our in SUV but we were wrong. After explaining to Jack what we were doing he did not hesitate, loaded the bed up and drove it all the way into town to this persons home in Prescott. I was born and raised in this town and its so amazing to see that there are still some down home quality people still here. Jack can take our money anytime! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I recently moved into my first home. Jacks furniture shack made me and excellent deal on my bedroom set and couch. They also went above and beyond with the delivery and set up. Same day. I highly recommend anyone to at least check them out.

I’m excited to see another Furniture store open up in Prescott Valley. There not to many here in town. When I first moved here a few years back I literally went to Phoenix and bought from Mor’s Furniture. Cause there wasn’t a Furniture store here that was affordable or anything I liked.. just saying. Especially for the young family that are just starting out they need some good affordable prices.. This little town is growing rapidly and people will be looking for Furniture. So I’m excited for this store opening up and will tell my friends and pass it on to others. If you don’t see anything on the floor you like they have several catalogs to look through. I was amazed that the more I purchased the more savings I got. Where can you go and get a deal like that. They also DELIVER for FREE.. All the other STORES CHARGE for DELIVERY. WOW! What a great furniture store I found in Prescott Valley. I live in Prescott and have just returned here after living 28 years out of the country and needed to furnish my little casa. I did some furniture buying in Prescott, but needed more and my budget required that I find some bargains without sacrificing quality, and I did....at JACKS FURNITURE SHACK!! Joe and Jackie were extremely helpful in finding just the right beautiful, dining room table and matching, comfortable chairs; a patio/Arizona room wicker 3 piece set, and a lovely dresser for the bedroom. All these quality pieces were for an unbelievably reasonable price and delivered to me, in Prescott, for FREE!Joe called 2 days before the scheduled delivery date, (the furniture arrived early....in fact, just 3 days after I had placed my order!) and promptly delivered it to my home and set everything up and hauled away all the empty boxes.I have received many compliments on my unique and beautiful furniture from JACKS FURNITURE SHACK in Prescott Valley and I thank Jackie and Joe for all their valuable help in finding just the right pieces for me at just the right price.
