John is a prince among men. And the other people in the store are also great. I recently moved to the area and needed a bed and furniture. We spent some time there then looked at another store. Bottom line: the other store was simply interested in moving me to their high margin items.We went back to Mattress & Furniture Gallery and talked about our options with John. John is very knowledgeable about beds and furniture but whats even better is he uses what he knows to find the best fit for his customers that will make them happy and satisfied with their choices. He laid out the options along with the pros and cons and gave me the space to make my own decisions. He is very easy to deal with and is genuinely friendly.We became acquainted with some people who also moved to the area and they were bragging about the person who they got their furniture from. It turned out to be John, also.I was impressed with the delivery guys in terms of their diligence, professionalism, and demeanor. They made two separate deliveries and both times, they were consistently polite. They worked quickly but was not rushed. They made such an impression that I made a special trip back to the store to compliment them to John.Im not going to need a new bed or furniture for quite a while so Im not angling for a good deal with them. I just think good businesses and good people need to be recognized, acknowledged, and their businesses patronized.

I love this store.. they have a tiny showroom down the road this building is new to them. Same owner, great deals. I bought my couch for 300 a year ago. My mom has bought 2 beds, I got my bed there years ago. Also took my sister to pick up 2 twin mattresses. Great people!

This is the Best furniture store in Prescott Valley. Owner is very courteous and helpful always. We have bought living room furniture from here 10 yrs ago and still if great condition even passed it down to our daughter.Recently bought a bedroom set and mattress. Weve had it so far for 6 months and LOVE it. The one bottom drawer of nightstand never really worked right. I didnt think anything about it. Until i decided to use it. Well the railing was not attached correctly (manufacturer default) we went in see if we could get it fixed. With NO hesitation John(owner who is always there) didnt even ask he said we are switching it out. 😊Best place to purchase any house hold furniture. We will be back Always!Next buy another living room set!

I ordered a dining table during the Corona 19 and my table was delayed almost 8 weeks due to California closing down. This place went above and beyond by loaning me one! Ive bought a ton of furniture and have never had this type of service. I highly recommend if you are in need of new furniture. I will be buying again from them.

!!!!*FALSE ADVERTISING*!!!! 😡Came here because we saw an ad on OfferUp for reclining sofas on sale came all the way out here for NOTHING. NO sofa sale it was for recliners even though the ad PLAINLY stated otherwise.Apparently the new owner doesnt know how to operate a business properly.

Several reasons to shop here vs. Ashley Home Store, or anywhere else for that matter. You can pick up your new furniture at the store or have it delivered for free ( location applies i`m sure) instead of waiting 2 weeks and being charged 69.99 for delivery.. No pushy sales people at all, but always someone there to help if you needed. Nice sales floor with reclining on one side, and non on the other. That was a real help for me. John ( the owner) was very helpful in breaking down what was in my budget. He was overly generous with me when a couch I wanted didn`t come in on time ( truck broke down in flag) and he made me a deal on a nicer model. Sold ! If I ever need anything bedroom or living room furniture again, I`m going straight to this store.Thank you John, the love seat looks great !Adam

My feelings about this store are kind of double-edged. I feel they have a good selection, and decent prices, and I must say: the mattresses we have purchased are awesome. I purchased a kids memory foam mattress last year for my son which is comfortable (so much so that I have fallen asleep on it by accident when getting him to sleep, and its nice!) and I have also purchased a higher end mattress as well. Both are of great quality, and I want to purchase two more of the kids memory foam mattresses for my twin daughters.However, I have had a few interactions with a man I believe to be the owner, of which I cant figure out. He has, on a few occasions, been less than welcoming and slightly snarky toward my family. I will speak in this review about today. Both my mother and myself observed this, as initially, I thought I was just imagining it. Perhaps it is my children, as I have three small kids. They were trying out their new beds today, and I went so far as to have them remove their shoes. I can understand that small children can be stressful in a store, but I do take care to try to make sure they are well behaved. When inquiring about price and also about whether we will need a box spring for our new mattresses, we received very curt and very put-off answers, as though he was irritated with us being there. When my mother asked if we needed a box spring, I felt she was treated rudely and like she was stupid, well, if you dont put a box spring in, the mattress will fall through and when I mentioned to my mother once in our vehicle that, wow, that was sort of an unpleasant visit, she pointed out that exact interchange as coming across rudely to her as well. People come into stores like that to talk to a friendly and knowledgeable sales person who will empower you to make good choices when buying, not make you feel talked down to. The question was meant to see if there was a need for the box spring--obviously, we know some sort of mattress support would be necessary. Additionally, I noticed that all others leaving the store got a thanks for coming in or a have a good day, thank you comment, but we, however, did not. It is not like we slipped out the door. We felt very unappreciated, and though we didnt buy today, we had intended to return. This has made us wonder, despite the great quality of the mattresses (and wanting to buy the same ones again) if we even should return.Overall, my experience is sort of down the middle with this company. Though I have loved the mattresses, I am mulling over whether the snarky and apathetic treatment is worth the purchase. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, so it is my sincere hope that this review will be read and better treatment will be given next time.

I will not buy furniture or mattresses from anywhere else. The entire staff is top notch.In house, they are knowledgable and friendly. I have bought several pieces from them and have never been disappointed. They can answer questions and help on decisions of what will look and fit the best.The delivery personnel are clean and polite. They go above and beyond every time I have had them deliver to my home.

We have purchased furniture from this store on three separate occasions. Each time, we have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the service. The prices are better than we have found anywhere else, including the Valley. The time it takes to receive our furniture is always quicker than we are quoted. The delivery service is always top-notch. The delivery truck always arrives when they say they will be there and the furniture arrives in perfect condition with very professional people handling it. The quality of the furniture has always been excellent as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and their products to anyone.

The store is very clean and the staff was fabulous.We picked a chair that was in the warehouse so we paid for itand also paid to have it delivered.we bought the chair on 10/3/16 but they cannot deliver it until Nov 1st.We only live 60 mils from the store.This was VERY disappointing.

We bought a bed & Temperpedic mattress plus a large La Z Boy chair from Mattress & Furniture Gallery. This business is operated by the owners (two brothers) who treated us well, with no high pressure and they offered a good price. Their delivery was on time and performed by two nice young men who were careful to avoid damage as they brought these heavy items into our house.

Nice store. I shall return.

Service for sales was very good no pressure but we purchased two chairs for our RV not knowing there was a water storage unit under the couch where we wanted to place these chairs now I have called to return chairs and told noting is returnable after 72 hours now I did not want a refund just a store credit you can tell by looking at these chairs that they are not used they were delivered unboxed and now Im told they will not take them back because they are not in a box I really did not expect a refund but to get a store credit should not be out of the question
