Dont waist your time shopping anywhere else! This is the place to get quality used furniture! July 2020 our family was able to move out of CA and the shut down back into AZ. As a result there was a shortage on larger U haul trucks and we had to leave a lot of furniture behind. Upon arriving in PV we discovered Finicky Used Furniture and was able to purchase couches, mattress and boxsprings along with a washer and dryer! The price was perfect and on point! The customer service was so amazing we returned last week to purchase a rocking chair for our family. We have had such amazing customer service each time that we recommend them to anyone who is looking for used/great condition furniture. With beautiful smiles and wonderful customer service how could you not want to return and see them!Very clean and well organized business. My opinion is strictly from what I saw in the 1 of 2 buildings that I actually went in because I was looking for something specific. Was the asking prices for the gently used furniture was priced a bit high for furniture my parents had when I was a child. The ladies were friendly, knowledgeable, personal appearance was clean, neat and appropriate for the business. To me the prices were a bit high for some if what they had, some looked in everyway what new furniture looked like in the 70s, 80s and 90s, dark or bright colors I saw alot of like bright blue, lime green, pinks, gold furniture just wasnt what I expected and they didnt have what I was looking for but maybe fir someone else they will be a perfect fit.

I love this business and have been here numerous times. They dont always have what Im looking for, but when they do its quality furniture and reasonably priced. Ive purchased a number of pieces that are used throughout my home, but my favorite piece is an arched center china cabinet with beveled glass insets. (At sunrise prismatic lights project a beautiful pattern on my kitchen walls!) I have looked in many places for a cabinet to protect and display my mothers china, but the really nice ones always run from $700 - $1500. I purchased this one AND had it delivered to my home for less than $200. I couldnt be happier, and the staff and owners of the business make me feel like a valued customer.

Has some nice older furniture. Price on some things seemed a bit pricey, but in spite if that, I bought a loveseat.

We went in looking to replace our love seat. We looked at the great selection of recliner loveseats they had available. We ended up with a sectional🙂We paid o have it delivered the delivery guys were AWESOME. They were professional and polite.Now a month later were are still pleased with or purchase. I would definitely recommend here

Wouldn’t honor online price posted on their website and on Craigslist.Have since updated their website to reflect they won’t honor online prices and instead will charge you whatever they want on the price tag they put on it instead or they are using the “online prices” to get you through the door only to never have those items listed at that price.Just moved here was looking for furniture will never come back.Just bad customer service and way to manage an issue their mistake(or not) created.Don’t go here. There business practices are shady even outside of their refusal to honor a price THEY listed online on multiple websites.

I was shocked to find out what they pay for an item, then mark up to resell! The lady that runs things will say, “ I can only offer this much” than turns around and sells it for hundreds more. I understand you run on profit but you turn greedy when you completely rip people off doing it. Not very friendly either. Just be wise when doing business with her!

If you are looking for some antique pieces, they had a couple of nice ones. Good variety of furniture.

I bought 2 end tables, They were very good price . Very good shape. I also bought a washer was not good . I bought it and moved out of state the next day . Worked good at first, lasted two months. And the computer on it went out on it !

They came and low balled me on a beautiful Broyhill bedroom set. Said they has a lot at the time no big demand offered me $100. I was desperate had no place to put it so took the lousy $100. Week or so later I go to the store and there is my set for over $1000 pieced out I was furious. They completely take advantage of people them over price the items. Poor work ethics.

I love this store! I seem to always find just what Im looking for, and the owners/staff are great - helpful, not pushy and just very nice in general. :-). The store is always clean.... Anyway- no complaints from me.

Pretty used furniture! For cheap!

They have a wide variety of used furniture and appliances and depending on what is it sometimes will buy your stuff. The employees are friendly and helpful. Prices seem to be high considering how old some of the pieces are.

Very upset with the quality of the bed frame I bought from them. They sold me a bust bed frame missing one of the hooks to hook it in not to mention the whole bed frame is bowed like it was sitting outside Im the rain so you have to twist and bend it in to its spots the slats were not the correct slats that were supposed to be with the bed werent even long enough to reach all the way across the bed and then the pegs that hold the slats werent installed correctly either and have broken off I spent 300 bucks on a bed frame that was knowingly sold to me in bad condition theres no way they didnt know when they put it together on their sales floor that there were issues with it.

Bought a washer and dryer set from them and the dryer already stopped working after ONLY 5 months! It cost me $65 to have someone come and diagnosis it and they quoted me $350 to fix, which is more than I paid for it. They said multiple things were wrong with it, which was never disclosed to me when I purchased this. I called and complained, but their warranty is a joke of only 72 hours! Their manager was rude and unhelpful and did not express any concern at all. Im out $300 dollars for a a piece of junk and now have to replace something that shouldve never been sold to me. Will never return. Not recommended!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

No bible in the rooms, no information on local businesses in the rooms, no place to hang towels in the bathroom, no nightstands in the rooms the lights are on sensors and shuts of if no motion after ten minutes and no dressers to store under garment etc.

Never have purchased from them,obviously they need new delivery drivers though. One of their delivery trucks was just going about 60 down my road in Paulden a terrible dirt road with many holes.. The whole vehicle was bouncing in a way that you probably wouldnt want your furniture to handled.Hope that persons new whatever is still intact.
