I always buy stuff from these guys. I always get treated well by the staff and they are pretty reasonably priced.I wouldn’t buy furniture from anywhere else.

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING SOMETHING FROM THEM. Because Ive Been waiting on response since October/2020, I made a claim about my dinning table and chairs because it is under warranty and everytime I go to find an answer they are like Blanca is not here and when FINALLY get a hold of Blanca she is let me find out, what Dave says and I will give you a call. I asked in a nice manner to get this resolved and they just keep going in circles and no answer from any of them.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an Ashley Power Recliner on June 22, 2020. On September 10, 2020 I made my first call to Affordable Fine Furniture to inform them the recliner was not working. On 9/15 they sent someone to look at it, he thought the motor was fine but that it was probably the transformer and would be back the next day to fix it. He never showed up. I waited an extra day before calling and left 2 messages. No return call. I called again on 9/18 and the owner, repairman, and sales associate just happen to be discussing the chair, the sales associate said they were talking about picking the chair up and would call me right back. Guess what? That’s right, No return call. I called again on 9/21 and 9/22. On 9/22 the sales associate said she would be sure the manager called me. Guess what? That’s right No return call!!! I bought a couch there last year and am very happy with it but apparently this company is more interested in the sale then their clientele or repeat business. As I mentioned at the start of this post BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was looking for an adjustable bed. They were so great to work with and they took their time to show me different styles. The delivery was so smooth and they set it up for me. I am so happy with my choice and will go back if I need anything else.

The owners of Affordable Fine Furniture Outlet offerexcellent customer service and fair prices. They have a good amount of available pieces on the floor and are able to order others if youre willing to wait. We found a huge sectional that worked perfectly in the house we were moving into. We went home to look at the tile floor to see what color would look best and called them. They were able to deliver that very evening for a very nominal fee. Ive never had furniture delivered so quickly and we absolutely love the sofa we purchased.

My wife went there first and was given exceptional customer service. She called me to come and see what she was interested in buying. The store was getting close to closing. The owner heard her say “I don’t think you will make it before they close”. He told her we can wait for him. When I got there the owner took his time to show me various pieces that we were interested in. We were there well after the store closed. In the end we purchased a beautiful bedroom set. Then it was time for the delivery. It showed up when it was supposed to and looking like it was supposed to. The individual that delivered it was very professional and very experienced. He put all the pieces where I wanted them and had it all put together the in less than thirty minutes. I would high recommend Affordable Fine Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture accompanied with professionalism and top notch customer service.

Bought 2 rooms of furniture from these fine folks. NO high pressure, just friendly, helpful attitudes. Not even sure what I wanted, but Blanca understood my tastes and went through their catalogues with me until I found the perfect look at the best price! I didnt even go anywhere else.The dining table came with a ding in one corner. No problem! Well contact the manufacturer and have them send a replacement. Headboard also had a defect. No problem. We can change that out too.Owner Dave and his staff really know how to conduct business and keep the small town mind set of putting the customer first.I WILL be back when I need anything else!

I love this store! I buy all my furniture, pictures, rugs from here. They have the best prices in town and the owner and his employees are always helpful every time I visit. Im due for a new living room set and I cant wait to see what they have as there is always new stuff to see.

They made me feel at home and let me browse around to get a feel of what they offered. Kimberly, co-owner, is very pleasant and attentive and encouraged me to ask if I had questions. On my very first visit I picked out a couch which is made in Phoenix and that was a major selling point, being made in USA. Was there today, my second visit, and made my decision to place an order. Best experience Ive had in a long time. No pressure tactics with these wonderful folks. Go and see for yourselves. So glad to have found them as I just moved from California and needed lots of things.

When I called to ask if the legs on couch could be changed Kimberly offered to get shorter legs. Highly recommend this store. Will be back for absolute certainty!

The people that run this place r the worst business owners I have ever seen. I bought a couch. When it arrived at my house it had snags in it so we took it back the day we got it. They said oh its under warranty, u take this one back home until your new one gets here.( I never even used it at all, it arrived this way. Why should the warranty have been used? ) so 90 days later havent heard a word from them. So I call them. Wheres my couch? Excuses. Called again. excuses. 5 months later I get my couch. A NEW COUCH. I didnt realize how old the 1st couch was until I received the new one, wow. Its so fluffy, and new. They sold me an old couch, then used the warranty to get me my couch 5 months later. They r criminals. Do not buy anything from this place. You will be sorry.

I was driving by and decided to stop and see about getting a mattress. When I walked in the door, the salesperson was playing on the phone with her daughter. I went to the back where bedroom sets were. Salesperson finally came back to see if she could help me. I told her I was looking for a mattress. She suggested I just lay down on each of them to decide which one I wanted. So I did. I Found that I liked. It was on sale for $1049. She said I could get the floor Model for 50% off. I asked her if it was 50% of the sales price. She said yes. I told I would think about it and come back the next day. The next day when I went back to buy the mattress she wasnt there. I talked to a different sales person who said theres no way I could get the floor model matress for 50% of the sales price. She called the owner. The owner said he paid more than 500 for the mattress and wasnt gonna honor his salespersons deal and didnt care what his fiance (salesperson) said the day before. She didnt have the authirity to offer floor model at 50% discount.Lesson learned. Unless you talk directly to owner dont try to make a deal with salesperson, especially owners fiance. And dont believe offers accepted by sales person. Tha place has no morals.

We bought mattresses for bunk beds here, the price was in line with other places in town but the quality is what sold us. Mattresses firm wanted the same price for a mattress that looked like the springs were gonna pop out. These look great, are comfortable, havent felt a spring yet. Im glad we got them, no buyers remorse here. Well likely be back for more furniture once we are more settled. My only complaint, is that they are so well stocked it was hard to navigate through the store. I looked at tables and chairs and it was hard to squeeze through if you wanted to closely examine one that was not on the outside of the area. I get it though theyre trying to provide a great selection.

I ordered a loveseat which arrived one week later and it was carefully delivered and set up by Ron and Kenny the next day. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the staff at Affordable Fine Furniture in Prescott Valley.

Very dissapointed in the beginning but Dave fixed everything. Ordered a table and chairs for my patio. I have to constantly call them and they still do not have them. It has been two months. Come on! They were great a couple of years ago but I think the owner is burned out.Dave, the owner of the store, saw this review.He worked with me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I must admit, when I actually saw the table and chairs, the set would not work for me. Ordering products from a catalog is not one of my favorite ways to purchase items. He was very polite and exchanged the items for a sliding bench that he had available. Thx, Dave! Ill be back!

3 months later & we finally recieved the last of our furniture. One mistake is ok..no one is perfect but 4? From the wrong size bed frame, wrong direction of sectional, wrong pillows, and wrong coffee tables. Very unorganized and unprofessional. The fact that we had to call constantly to remind them, was pretty annoying as well. The delivery guys were nice & undstanding. The quality of the furniture was acceptable.

RUDE, DOES NOT DELIVER PROMISED PRODUCTS ON PROMISED DAYS, DOES NOT CALL CUSTOMERS IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED, ARGUES WITH CUSTOMERS. I purchased furniture from this store on the 26th of March. I still do not have all the furniture I ordered. The delivery date was set so that my furniture could be ordered, and I was told I would get a call if my furniture was early. It wasnt it was late. No one called me to let me know. I had to call them and a woman named Bianca told me their order had gotten messed up and that it would be delayed further. I asked to speak to the owner and she gave me to the salesman who I purchased my order from. I asked him why he didnt call when my furniture was late or that their was a ordering mishap and it would be delivered late. Then, only part of my furniture was delivered (the delivery men were so professional and friendly that I wasnt angry anymore). The rest was to be delivered the next tues or Wed. It was not, no one called again. I called, and was told the furniture hadnt arrived yet and it would be delivered the next tues or Wed. Its now Thurs, and no one called me again. When I called this morning, the woman I spoke to refused to let me speak to the owner and argued with me, wouldnt lrt me talk and interrupted me repeatedly and then had the audacity to say delivery truck drivers driving big semis dont have cell phones. Who doesnt have a cell phone these days???? She argued with me and then said,oh, your furniture arrived yesterday. I dont know where these people learned customer service but they may want to relearn it. I tried to explain to this rude woman that if someone had called me each time and informed me that my furniture delivery would be delayed, I would have had no problem. My issue is that I PAID for product, it was promised to be delivered on a specified day, and it was not. No one called to let me know it wouldnt be delivered or that it was delayed. No one called me when my furniture arrived yesterday and EVERY TIME I CALLED EMPLOYEES ARGUES WITH ME WHEN ITS THE COMPANYS FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE. YOU DONT ARGYE WITH CUSTOMERS. I wont ever buy from them again and will tell everyone else not to as well.
