Excellent care! Everyone here is very kind and personable. They were able to get me in within hours for an irritated eye and were extremely kind along the way even with my newborn baby crying at my side. The doctor was very detailed and explained everything along the way. She took her time to care for me instead of rushing which means the world. I would highly recommend :)

Professional and thorough. I was delighted by how everything came together.I had a difficult time explaining some weirdities with my prescription, but Doctor Khong walked me through all the issues and we ended up making a tiny adjustment to my prescription -- tuning it.I dont know what the heck was up with my previous eye doctors, but I need to hunt them all down and smack them with cold wet fish. After receiving my contact lenses and then my glasses at Eyes On You, I am happy to report that my eyesight has never been better IN MY WHOLE LIFE!I had no idea until now.Thats how great my experience was.And theyre sci-fi fans, too, which I know is anecdotal and personal, but knowing that I can chat a few references from Firefly or Fringe makes the entire experience even more personal.I am terribly grateful to them for their help in getting this particular mad scientist a great pair of brand new eyes!

My first experience with Eyes on You was great! The doctor is knowledgeable, personable, and kind, while the staff is friendly and helpful. I was surprised about the near-$100 contact examination fee that wasn’t covered by insurance, but I’m not sure if that’s something many optometrists in the area have. Either way it wasn’t a detriment to my experience; just putting it out there for transparency. I would recommend this place to friends & family.

I had a fantastic visit at Eyes on You. The ladies were so friendly and fun! Everything very clean and wearing PPE, and one-way traffic throughout the office. For my first eye exam in virtually forever, they answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. I went in because I’ve been having migraines and found out I’m far sighted! Dr. Khong was amazing at helping me and asked me many questions trying to figure out what might be causing those headaches. Very happy to have chosen this team.

She described and illustrated a laser procedure I need to have at a surgery center and will then return to her again. The office runs efficiently and gracefully. Great staff. I came in with a new glasses prescription. I was unsure about whether I would even fill it that day or wait for an internet ordered pair of cheap glasses. The person at Eyes on You, PC was very helpful, took their time making sure I chose the right pair or glasses, and they were able to make the glasses in 20 minutes! You really cannot beat that turnaround time.

Edited review, previously a poor review for poor treatment by the front desk. The doctor here is really great, the eye exams have been thorough, quick and accurate. The location is great, a short walk from home or work. If your looking for a new eye doctor I recommend Eyes on You. If your treatment by the front desk is less than stellar stick it out, I will be back.

Dr. Khong is the best. Ive been wearing glasses for 40 years and Dr. Khong is the best optometrist I ever had. She is attentive, listens to my issues, and figures out a solution for my eyes. The staff is great too. My previous pair of glasses came and had a micro scratch on it. They sent it back and got the lens replaced. They put the customers first, unlike many other places in town.

Dr Kathy Khong is amazing, and I dont just say that lightly. She has a way of explaining complex medical situations clearly with everyday analogies, and is incredibly patient. I have never felt rushed through our appointments, and she takes the time to answer all of the questions I have. Tawnie at the front desk is also very considerate and helpful - she helps me select which frames fit my face best (something I have no concept of) as well as how to adjust current frames for additional ease and comfort. I *highly* recommend this group and this facility.
