Over the past six years I’ve received exceptional and professional customer service from Shenyah and the staff. My partner and bonus-kid have both received eye exams and the doctors have both been thorough and didn’t rush through the exam.The staff understand how to help you pick a frame looks good on your face and also meets the needs of your prescription. The frame selection at BV is chic and interesting, and there are options for most budgets. They have also helped my family maximize our insurance benefit.

Went to look at a set of frames on my day off and was turned away for not having an appointment. Their website doesnt say they require an appointment, and was then fed a line about the CDC requiring them to be appointment only. Considering I can walk into Peacehealth to purchase frames I dont believe them. I understand we are in a pandemic and am willing to wait outside for my turn, I just dont appreciate being lied to.

Dr. Sarah Pajot was excellent. She was extremely thorough in the exam and took the time to explain each process. I have worn contacts and glasses for 15 years and the exam she conducted was the best I have received. The eye health portion of the exam had more steps in it than I had received previously from other doctors. I can only assume she takes eye health a lot more seriously than the previous doctors I have went to see. I did not purchase contacts or glasses from them yet. But there was absolutely no pressure to do so either. I will definitely be going back!

What a total bummer. Wanted to support a local, independent business. But customer service matters, and the folks handling the retail sales and business side of this shop just really dont value the customer. Theyre trying to charge me for a missed appointment that theyre at least partially responsible for, and the fee ($75) is more than the entire cost of the frames with high-end lenses I ended up getting elsewhere. Read the other reviewers about their customer service, and go elsewhere. Shopping local is awesome, and important, but only when the local vendors care about their customers.

Beaumont Vision has been the only place I shop for glasses for years, and every time a friend talks about needing new glasses I bring them here.The staff is knowledgeable, so patient, and committed to helping you get the perfect prescription and the perfect frame or contact lens.The opticians have a wonderful eye for helping me select frames that suit my face and are honest about what works and what doesn’t.Coming in here is always more like shopping at a well curated boutique than completing a necessary errand. They carry the best variety of frames I’ve seen anywhere.Whether I come in looking to be adventurous and fashionable when it’s time to refresh my eyewear, or something that makes a more muted statement, I can find exactly what I’m looking for. They carry a huge selection of local and international brands and the shop is so cute; they always have a cool changing window display.I got my prescription renewed here with the ophthalmologist and have never gone back, I finally have a lens prescription that corrects my difficult dual astigmatism and gives me clear vision. I even managed to *finally* get contacts that fit correctly and feel comfortable after years of trying and failing.I cannot recommend Beaumont highly enough!

If you want a vision care experience where its all about you than Beaumont Vision is the place. Had a most wonderful time picking out frames. The staff is so helpful here and dont push to make the biggest profit. They truly listen to what one has to say and once it was all said and done one leaves happy and confident with the eyewear that one decided on. I have been seeing Dr. Lewis for about 3 years now and he is on time, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and always makes me feel I am getting the best care possible. Staff is friendly and competent. I appreciate that the office does not try and push procedures or product on me. I feel confident in putting my eyesight in his care and will continue to have him monitor my dry eye and glaucoma concerns.

Dr.Lewis was great-comprehensive, relaxed and communicated clearly. That said, there was a little pressure to buy glasses from them. Enough so that they refuse to give or measure PD which is needed if you are to getting glasses elsewhere. It struck me as petty. I can’t afford anything but cheapy online glasses right now. I ended up getting my PD measurements for free from another optometrist. I won’t be going back.

Very friendly helpful folks here at Beaumont Vision. Super spiffy space and the doc is great at explaining everything he does.I havent had an optometrist in over 10 years since my lasik. I work at a desk job and strain my eyes all day staring at a computer screen. They lead me through all the things I needed to get the proper lenses to keep my eyes in better shape longer. They were so nice and great at explaining my options I would highly recommend them to anyone!I cant afford most shop frames despite having insurance but they are supportive and help you to find the right fit even if its not with them. And they will still gladly support you with fittings and any future advice or appointments whether or not you go with an online retailer or them. But if you have the means, I say support this amazing local business!

The Doctor is great.Immediately whisked into hard-sell by the showroom staff after the exam.Overpriced.Surely.Unpleasant.A year later ...No help at all when I required an emergency replacement - ended up going to lenscrafters and spent 1/2 as much and had glasses in 20 minutes.Then went on line to Zennis online and got great glasses for 1/10th the price.Need to work on costumer service.

Dr. Pugot is great, but frame selection is a little... eclectic.
